This is Thursday a little after 2pm. I went to Battery Joe . I needed two batteries for my car…read morekeys. On the door it a sign said Temporary Store Hours. Monday- Friday 8:04 - 6:04 and then it said the weekend hours. No was there . Doors locked and lights were off. No sign saying anything about lunch or why they're closed. Another woman drove up as I was leaving . That was two sales they missed. Yes I was ticked because I went out of my way to go there, but not again.

This is a very simple store that does a little more than just sell batteries. They do some cell…read morephone repair and will install watch batteries for you, usually even while you wait. If you're in urgent need of some unusual size battery and can't wait for delivery, they will probably have them here. They also sell and change out car batteries. You can even dispose of old dead batteries here, whether lithium, alkaline, or something else. The guys working here have always been friendly. Beware the prices though, it's what you pay for convenience.

My paint store experience was a good one.... I do not remember the names of the employees that…read moreassisted me.... sorry... But , I was greeted and allowed to shop for a paint color with as much or as little help as I dictated. I was able to purchase small amounts of sample colors and that was a wonderful way to actually see the colors on my wall before I bought a gallon... I will use this store as my "go to" for paint supplies in Lubbock. Although my painting project has taken longer than planned, It is taking way longer than I expected. That's OK.... it'll be great when I finish!

Helping some elderly folks buy Valentines, well organized and actually had a few Texas Tech items…read morethat I could tuck away in my travels as you can't get Tech items at the Houston stores. Staff were extremely kind.

Wtf are you on? Higher up won't allow it.... why do you think people are grumpy who work there and it looks like a tornado hit inside..... because higher up won't allow leeway.... but expects a miracle.... bring in more business no it won't change anything but higher getting more.... I was screwed out of it pay they got pissed when the brought it up and they owed me pushing 100... and they weren't to nice about me catching and them fixing it.....I am glad I left that is a dishonest business avoid if you can
