**April 2025: Monday Afternoon Visit**…read more I was visiting the campus during my Spring Break and wanted to commemorate the visit with some Wildcat gear. This bookstore is pretty massive and has all types of sweatshirts and merch to proudly rep the campus. There were items for mens, women, kids, babies, alumnis' and some for specific departments like nursing, business, etc. It's also has a Starbucks and all the course books for students. I don't recall a changing room, but there were at least 2 floor length mirrors if you wanted to see what the merch looked like on. I ended up buyng a long sleeve basketball shirt to proudly wear for my high school's college wear Wednesdays. There's $2 an hour for parking in the visitor parking lot (right next door) and a big UK sign at the front. During my visit I saw quick a few students take graduation photos there. This store definitely has the widest selection of UK gear that I saw in the area.

The week of Christmas Ross is open from 7 am to 1 am which is crazy . Of course the store is definitely in a holiday last minute shopping state . They have some small KATE SPADE bags all very reasonably priced . They also have some other designer bags as well. I got my neighbors dog a Grinch plush toy and some treats . I also got his cat some treats for Christmas . The customer service at the cash registers is always great. I can't think of a time where they weren't friendly.

The cluttered shelves, racks, and items on the floor are entirely on the clientele, not the staff. Occasionally, I'll spot security tags on the floor or shelves due to thieves taking them off items. Also, I continue to notice used, soiled hats hanging up due to customers changing out their hats for new ones. That's gross, and I can't imagine being that desperate to steal a $7-$12 cap. Next, I witnessed two adult men opening and using pomade and running it through their hair. Again, gross. So, a word of advice: please ensure you're purchasing products that offer a seal to ensure your product hasn't been used. Have fun bargain hunting, but use caution when purchasing certain products at Ross Dress for Less.
