The one consistent factor in the store aside from bad customer service: overpriced items. Old games were priced at close to retail, basic used and damaged Amazon Kindles at $7 off, old Vizio 15" LCD screens for over $120. The woman who helped me and my girlfriend rolled her eyes at me and sarcastically laughed at me while she was trying to get my gf's ring size, because I mentioned that temperature and humidity can alter optimum ring size. She also did a shoot a month before my Mom's wedding where my Mom and I went to Glamour Shots got our makeup done then got in our dresses for my Mom's wedding and did shoot. I am blown away with how great our photos turned out. Rachel captured our magical day, and our…read morephotos look straight out of a fairytale. She made me feel beautiful, and was really fun to work with. She took my ideas and created masterpieces. Her use of light an color really created a dreamscape of the setting, while also capturing our personalities and our love. I dont know that I've ever seen photos where people are caputed so beautifully as well as the setting. The retouching and editing on our photos was also top-tier! Our site was at a historic location with all kinds of safety signs, fire extinguishers, cones with those yellow plastic chains. None of those appeared in our photos to distract from us or the setting. I highly recommend. If you are looking for a photographer for any reason, pick Rachel.
