This Wal-Mart is better then the one in North Brunswick but still just as crappy. It's ridiculously busy on weekends with tons of rude people walking around. Walmart in Piscataway is the worst! I needed to see if they had a product in stock before I made the trip to the store and was put on hold for a ridiculous amount of time, not once, not twice but six freakin times! You call there for anything and they put you on hold. Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Well, it's their lost because I ended up ordering the $220 dollar product from Amazon. It is located in the center of Piscataway and is surrounded by manyy different stores/restaurants (Olive Garden, Shoprite, Panera Bread, Starbucks, Sports Authority, etc.) VERY safe VERY good store.. read more

Nobody at this Walmart knows what they're doing. I ordered something online from their site to store and I got an email saying it was ready to pick up. I went that night and waited 50 minutes just to be told it was still on the truck. Called about it the next day and after trying to get through to someone for 10 minutes, they put me on hold for another 15 and they told me it was still on the truck. Fix your system, Walmart. Don't order anything for their site to store. It'll drive you crazy. read more

This Walmart in Piscataway is horrible. The managers are soo rude . You have to be careful even when you purchase stuff because sometimes there are a used stuff in a box. I purchased a Carpet cleaner and when i opened it was used called corporate to let them know . Go to return the manager Richard was soo rude saying it was not the exactly the same item thinking I put the used carpet cleaner in the box. Since he was rude to me I did not want to purchase another item at this store. He did not want to give my money back wanted to give me store credit. I said no I want to buy it another store. It took me 3 hours to get my money back never shopping at this store again . Target, Kohls, and other departments are much better than this store. Online, it is reported that item 44162676 (un50ju6500) is in stock. I tried to call store to confirm, but no one picks up for several days. I finally came to store and had to wait almost an hour for help. Customer service said they do not have access to check store inventory, and the worked at the TV department did not know to use the system and called someone for help. An hour passed as the worker tried to locate the TV but couldn't, they finally found a TV of similar model which was un50hu6950, which was actually out of stock according to their inventory. Online showed the price $699 for this model and UPC, in store the item scanned at $898. Manager refused to adjust the price or honor any kind of adjustment, said it's a different model than the one they don't have (even though the inventory reports they have it), and she can't even bring it down to $699 because the "Walmart" item number doesn't match, tried to convince me that model is different, when it was clearly the same. When I searched Walmart for item by UPC, it came up with the one for $699. But staff at this store try to give you the run around. Very unprofessional, they feel stupid when an educated customer actually starts to talk to them, and make a new story up as they go. Thanks Walmart for wasting nearly 2 hours of my time, for not picking up the phone, and for having me drive all the way to the store and not having the item. What, no way to give zero stars? The store and the stocking of the store are average, maybe a bit better than average, but the customer service and attitudes of the employees earn them the low star rating. I don't know why they wear vests that say "How can I help you?", because they can't. Most of them can't even understand what anyone is asking them. Because it is local, I find myself there more than I should, and always regret the visit. Was there last night, since I had to buy some baby food, which I never buy, I couldn't find it in the regular grocery aisles. So, I asked one of the vested workers "Where is the baby food?". She looked at me, gave me a deer-in-the-headlights look, shrugged her shoulders, shook her head, turned her back on me and walked away. She had no idea what I had asked. Several minutes later, after locating the baby food myself, I saw her in a cluster of 5 employees, chatting away happily in their language. read more

I ordered eye glasses for my son on February 6, 2016. I was told it would be ready by February 15, 2016 and that they would call me. It was not ready and they did not call. I called 1 week later and they could not find the order. I went to the store and was told that the lenses had a scratch so it was put on back order. They said they would call but they did not. I called again the next week and was put on hold for a long time. Someone who called himself Michael said that the order was again on back order. The receipt had stated thatMichael was the manager but when I asked him who he was, he said he was just an employee. I stated that I wanted my money back and he could care less. After our conversation, he called back and told me that he had found my order and did not care if I got my money back or picked up the glasses. When I complained, he yelled at me and hung up on me. One month later, no apology for the horrible customer service was given. The worst customer service ever. read more
