To top it off the employee was incredibly short and rude about it and hung up on me. Don't bring your vehicle here. The service put me out of my vehicle for 2 months, all because they can't answer emails in a timely manor, which apparently isn't their fault.

Its always great to see that our society still has positive actions during difficult times!!…read more As we found out from visiting this London Drugs, there is a section within the store that carries and highlight products from local small retail outlets that is forced to close down due to the Covid-19 Lockdown, the aim here is to help these stores have a little bit of exposure even though there stores are closed. I also found there are more local made products within the store so as to support local producers, yes, the price maybe a bit higher then national brands, but if we all chip in and help buy local, we are helping our society to recover faster! I hope my thinking is right?! Btw, staffs here are all very helpful and kind too!

It is really conveniently located behind the Walmart, so I find myself here sometimes instead of the Canadian Tire. I have bought smoke detectors, and towel bars. Due to it's convenient location I have also looked here when they did not have what I was looking for at the Walmart. The employees are generally friendly and the restrooms are nice, but I slightly prefer the Canadian Tire. Maybe because it's smaller or just different from the stores in the flatlands. I am sure if I needed lumber or a new vanity this would be where I would go though. I have never asked for help with a home improvement project, so I cannot comment on that aspect of their service. Overall, it's a good store and it's nice to have a hardware/ home improvement option so close to Walmart, which has a very limited selection. I think it more than a two-star place (which is the only other review it has received) , although I can not speak directly to the quality of the advice, as my need for advice has been limited to "I need another one of these." I do know a handyman who was a fan of this store though. The view from the store is fantastic too. :)

Mistakes happen, and I am very patient, but there has been no communication or status updates which is incredibly frustrating. The staff on the HD decorating team completely ghost you as soon as you pay the invoice. Cheryl, Brea, Logan all refuse to answer calls, emails or texts unless you call their head office to complain. It is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They are awful to deal with. Avoid them at all costs.

I did find a big pack of erasers for under $3! That was a great deal! However, there barely were any other teacher items that I wanted. They had a great selection of baskets for the classroom. However, it is rather difficult to take it back in a suitcase. I could definitely see this store as a stop to buy everyday items. They have cleaning supplies, office supplies, food, etc for a really cheap and affordable price. I saw many items that you can purchase at the grocery store for cheap. They even had holiday items for Christmas. Even though it was after Christmas it still wasn't discounted yet. The staff were nice and friendly when we checked out. However there were no staff working on the floor to help people. Overall good dollar store, but I couldn't see myself wanting to come back here again.

The bloke at Urban Alpine was soooo helpful! He spent quite a long time measuring and fitting boots for me, my husband and our friend. He wasn't pushy at all, and showed me a few different options. He also took into account our each of our skiing styles to recommend the best possible styles for each of us. In the end I bought some ski boots (I love them!) and he told me to come back after using them a few times to see if they can further improve the fitting. My friend found a really good pair that were more than 50% off, so he was happy too. My husband wasn't able to find any boots that fit him perfectly, but after the advice we received here, we have a better idea about what to look for.

I have…read morebeen there multiple times in the last 3 years and bought ski boots, poles, skis, a jacket and a few small accessories. What brings me back? Well first off it's the prices and range of products. These products are largely focused on park skiers and boarders, but even if that isn't you, you can still find something. Prices are usually pretty good, especially in the off season. I have been to the turkey sale in Whistler at Thanksgiving 3 times now looking for fairly important purchases (first boots, then a jacket, then skis) and all three times I've ended up going back to Urban Alpine because of better prices and availability. The service is the best I have ever experienced in a ski shop, possibly the best I've ever experienced in any store. They always are quick to help you, and have knowledgeable and honest staff to answer every question. This is particularly nice, because the Whistler Blackcomb outlet store that is basically in the same strip mall, rarely has anybody that knows what they're talking about when it comes to skis. I have also asked on two separate occasions of they have a specific item, and when they didn't, they offered to order the item for me for no extra charge! I am always amazed by this store, and will always do my best to go there when I am in need of something ski related, even though it is very far away from me. I hope others do the same!

I was immediately drawn to this place seeing the entrance with dried plants as an archway. The whole space is bright and makes your soul happy. Lots of great smells and plants decorate this place. They carry various items like plants, plant care, facial items and bath products, pottery, net grocery bags, aroma related items, and more... I ended up walking out with their Squamish Solstice buttercream lotion and a Matcha Milk bath ball. Their Squamish Solstice buttercream lotion is very popular; I took the last one! Stop by here. This is a great location with unique items. Parking is terrible! The small lot always fills up quickly, so we end up parking on the street or around the corner at a nearby shopping center's lot.
