Tire and Lube Center put an oil in my vehicle that I did not want and claimed it was because of policy. Is it policy to perform work on a vehicle that a customer doesn't ask for without consent or even speaking with the customer. Clean and fully stocked. In and out was a breeze. Actually let me rephrase that. It was the first time to do curbside pickup and it was the best experience ever I didn't even have to go in. They load your groceries in your vehicle for you. That simple. Amazing! Who doesn't want someone to do the shopping for you and have it ready at your car for no extra charge. I think the Walmarts need to be ashamed of themselves . and it all begins with the managers they could care less how people feel didn't even get one to answer the phone or to call you back if you leave a number the one in Monroe sucks so bad in the paint department you can forget getting the glass door open you might as well leave I've gone in waited 20 minutes to different times still can't couldn't get anyone and most of the time to try to dail to the inside and you cannot get an associate to even answer the phone and do not think about calling the Bastrop Walmart and think you're gonna get somebody on the phone you cannot you can't get a manager there either it's just changed through the years and it's gone to shit , I have a local beauty salon and mostly the conversations are between customers complaining about their experience with Walmart nothing will ever be the same! read more

I had my tires rotated and balanced today which cost me about two hours of my life. It was a Saturday after lunch with 3 mechanics working on the 2 cars before mine(1 was an oil change and the other was fixing a flat tire) and 4 people running the register which by the way had no one in line. They could care less about the customer so look to get tire care from a local dealership and don't make the mistake I did. I'm sure your time is precious like mine. God bless! read more

Bastrop Walmart is a huge walmart supercenter located in a small town. This walmart is well stocked and is the heart of the slowly dyeing town of Bastrop. Parking is plentiful and the check out staff do a great job of getting you out quickly. read more

We had to utilize the auto service section due to a blown tire. They completed everything as requested. The only bad thing was that they only had one mechanic doing all the work which caused the service to be extremely slow. Why would Walmart have one mechanic working during the day on a weekday? They need to do their schedule better. read more
