I set down the merchandise so I could get a mint out of my pocket, and when I went to put my keys/keychain back in the pocket, a worker started yelling at me from a different section of the store. I was confused and held my keys up as I walked over to him. I emptied my pockets, but he continued to tell me I looked suspicious. He was being so rude and I started crying and left. I have an anxiety disorder and I was panicking so bad. I can't believe this happened and this employee is allowed to still work there. Check the cameras. That was crazy. I bought a Samsung 40" Smart TV on 8/28/22 with the ALLSTATE 5 year protection plan…read more During the early morning hours the volume went all the way up and because of this the TV vibrated so hard that it fell off the stand and cracked the screen. When I called Allstate to file a claim, they stated that since the scree was cracked they would not cover the claim. The screen cot cracked because the volume went all the way to full and vibrated the TV off of the stand. Be AWARE of the words written here and advised that Allstate Warranty is a WASTE OF YOUR MONEY. I would think Sam's Club would want better for they're customers.
