Not impressed with this store. Typical Walmart with very few check outs open, hard to find staff and produce department that looks like it's been already eaten. Store appears very clean and shelves are nicely stocked. I just wish they had a dress code of no slippers or pj's allowed. read more

Whatever you do, don't buy tires from Walmart. They don't back up their product. How is it road hazard when there is a split in the side wall. Was she driving on the side of her car. Came to this location with my 48 year old mother as she needed a bottle of wine and our cashier, April, was beyond rude and patronizing that she needed to see my ID. I explained that I didn't have mine on me and my mother explained that she was the one buying it. She refused to sell it to us and loudly told my mother she couldn't make the purchase. We will now do all of our shopping at Meijer. read more

i was at your store 9-1. I used an electric cart because of a bad foot. I was almost done with my shopping when my battery went dead. I couldn't walk to the front of the stite to get another one. I asked an employee to call to ask someone to bring me one. She did and was told someone was bringing me a cart. 25 minutes later when no one came I called the store amd was told someone should be bringing me one. I waited another 10 minutes and called again. I asked To speak to a manager and was told she would try to find one. (I wonder if there was a emergency if a manager could be found... that's scary). I waited again another 5 minutes called the store and said I've been waiting at least 45 minutes for a replacement cart and no one has helped me so I'm leaving the cart and leaving the store. When I walked out 2 women got into an electric cart and went through the store. I called when I got to my car and spoke with a manager who I explained the problem. she wasn't the least bit interested I said I will never shop here again her reply was OK. Bought a tire the day before came back next to have tire switched on rim. Worker named Steve questioned us like we stole the tire and then wanted to charge $17 to just change the tire and we already took it off the car for him. So he didn't actually have to do any real manual labor. Then we question the price he goes to talk to another guy and they go talk in a corner for about 10 minutes. So we just took our tire and left. The workers are sloppy and not well mannered. Lazy, worthless and should probably learn what shampoo is. read more

Not impressed at all with the tire center. Very rude people who act so annoyed with anyone who doesn't know everything about cars. I just wanted to get a new tire knowing they can't fix everything on the car but at least it would be driveable and the man was so very rude to me I took my car to Big Rapids Tire who were much better! Grocery side of things the prices are much lower than Meijer for the most part and most of the time I don't have any problems with the cashiers. I'm here for the prices, not the experience! I have three problems, first straight talk phone si so bad. Second, Walmart has the dumb people working there, don't know the difference between a credit card and debit, how dumb are you. Walmart lies to you and steals your money to get interest, so they can make more money off you. Do not go there very rude customer service DO NOT have any right to yell at you and raise her voice. I am can raise my voice, I am so upset with them for not refunding the money that is owed to me. Being in retail, you do not raise your voice, you are to be calm and get the problem solved, no they want the fight with you. Next, you order something and it's in stock you go to pick it up and they tell you they don't have it, but two are sitting on the shelve. So I cancel it and the email I got from the idiots saying they canceled it because I did not pick it up, bull. I still have not got my money from this, all they have to do is push a button and get my money back to me. NO Ten days, they want your money. They are worthless. We all need to stop going there to solve the problem. read more

Despite their lovely "low" prices, this Walmart must have awful stock rotating or inventory. Several times now, I have purchased food from them that was going bad or already bad, including merchandise that was expired (sure, I should've checked the label, but it SHOULDN'T have been on the shelves in the middle of the afternoon to begin with). Their produce is poor quality, I bought almond milk from them with clumps in it, bread that I opened to find that it is moldy. Just be careful grocery shopping here, because it might be expired or gone bad. read more
