It is a large supercenter with a great selection of clothing, household items, groceries, a full dairy and meat section, seafood, and every possible thing you would need for a camping trip or automotive supplies, outdoors, etc. It's clean and will organize and as a brand new store with plenty of parking out front in a convenient location very close to the interstate. My husband and I travel from Sherwood several times a week just to shop at this well stocked, clean, organized Walmart. On early Sunday July 28th we did our $160 trip and the lanes are not available with cashiers at this time, and we are well aware of that. Yet, my husband gets angry every time we do it! The cashier covering that area was so kind to come over, several times, to show "us" what the issues were! She saved my marriage a little that day, and I would love to see her rewarded for her hard work, dedication, and superb customer service! I had a prescription refill by phone at the Cabot, AR Walmart and went by to pick it up. They did not have it ready for that day and I told them it was scheduled for that day. I was told it could be filled in 30 minutes. I shopped for an hour, returned and they told me they did not have in stock what I needed. I told them they can put my cart items back on the shelf and left. I am now going to have my prescriptions mailed to me from another source after 20 years with them. So, now I shopped for an hour and a cart full of goods and there are 2 long lines with only 2 cashiers on a Friday night at 11:30pm. 1 cashier closed and I was glad not to be in that line. My line had 5 carts ahead of me and 4 carts behind me. After waiting my turn and arriving at the cashier, he turns the number light off and says he is closed and will not check me out and to go to the self service. I told him that he can put my items back on the shelf and that Walmart s***ks. I am done with this place. They have messed up 2 oil pans changing oil on my cars. This Walmart used to be a good place, but the last 2 or 3 years has gone down with no smiles, thank you, and just rotten service. read more

This is hands down the biggest, cleanest, nicest Wal-Mart I've been to, and I've visited a few supercenters that were brand new in the past few years in Northern California. Very spacious, and lots of product. This location is huge compared to the one outside the base. The biggest let down would be customer service. The greeters are great, but it does seem like people walking the floor look away or go in the other direction if they see a customer. I've tried smiling and saying hi, but no response, no one asks if I need help or anything. Check out is crazy too. The busiest time I've visited so far was on a Saturday, and it was pretty crowded. There were only 3 or 4 cashiers working and lines extending out like crazy! What is up with that? I thought since we were moving to the state where Walmart has their HQ that the customer service wouldn't be beat, but this location proved that theory wrong. :( read more

I avoid this place like the plague...it's an unfortunate necessary evil though. Today was especially terrible, I managed to have to interact with two employees and both were completely incapable of good customer service. All I asked was to try on some clothes and the attendant literally sighed and rolled her eyes as she unlocked the changing room door. Then I went to the paint counter and had to wait for an employee to show up and when I asked a question she just stared at me blankly until I rephrased it. Walmart seriously needs to have some classes for their employees to teach them how to deal with customers. read more

I needed help and three people walked past me I went looking for help the person with out batting an eye said they didn't carry that. I love the cabot walmart supercenter. If I can help it I try not to shop at any other walmart. The people are so friendly. When I asked a young lady in the infants section for help she not only found me what I needed she did it with a smile on her face and asked me if there was anything else she could help with. She proceeded to find me two other things I wasn't even sure walmart carried. Love this store and the people in it :) read more

I spend a lot of money at Wal-Mart, as I'm sure many do because it's the only option without traveling outside of Cabot. I'm not one to go around putting negative reviews out there however, I felt I did need to because of this becoming a patten, and possibly to report to Wal-Mart hr department. The cashiers are not polite, just rude or they don't say anything. You can't even get anyone to help while shopping, you literally have to go track them down, unless it's in the food section. The majority of cashiers do not even acknowledge you when you've been staonding in line 15 minutes to get checked out. Not hello, thank you for shopping here, nothing. Employees need to be monitored more closely on how they interact and treat thier paying customers. I've lived in Cabot 20 years and I've never had this problem until about 4 years ago involving rude behavior in stores. read more

The general population of shoppers is better than some other walmarts in the area. The store itself is still a Wal-Mart, though. Employees are 50/50 rude & helpful. They like to block the isles talking or make you move because they're all walking in a line (the managers are worse). They will make you wait until they're done stocking before they let you in their way to get an item they're blocking. Some of them are really nice though, especially the younger cashiers! The prices infuriate me. It shows one thing on the shelf but rings up more at the register. Every. Single. time! Sale items don't ring up on sale. The worst is fresh foods. Today, I bought 1.5lb peaches but at the register, it suddenly weighed 2lb. Obviously I know how to use a scale. Every time we shop there's at least one item I have to have corrected. read more
