Incredibly friendly, prompt service. Missed a chunk of cold iceburg lettuce on my BLT to balance savory saltiness of excellent bacon. A scant bit of leaf lettuce doesn't cut it. Husband relished every bite of a chicken salad sandwich. Food came on metal trays. Drinks out of a box & NO unsweetened tea, bottled or otherwise. Known for desserts but only two pieces of coconut in a frig case. Don't want cold pie. Stopped in on Saturday morning for take out for lunch. I had the harvest chicken salad sandwich and it was so good. Love the pecans in the chicken salad! Service is fast and friendly. There's a nice seating area, if up opt to eat in. Highly recommend Pea Farm for lunch! They were closing early today for catering, so check them out if you need a caterer! read more

I stopped by hoping to get a quick bite for lunch but as most awesome restaurants are they were very busy. The person working at the counter was kind enough to tell me it would be 20 to 30 mins to get a sandwich so I was about to leave. He suggested a cup of chili that he could get right away. Absolute best sandwich place in the area, small mom and pop feel with a big town flavor. The staff is always very friendly and will customize their many choices of menu items to what you would like. My friend took me to eat chicken salad sandwiches and it was superb. The homemade bread was very soft. The salad had cranberries and nuts besides the chicken. It was yummy. So I was headed to the school to get in the dreaded car line. Wanted something to munch on so decided to stop by the Pea Farm Bistro just down the street from the school. Charming little place! The menu looks spectacular! Now admittedly I only ordered a cup of chili and crackers to go but I have to say that was some of the best chili I've ever had! I cannot wait to return and try one of the amazing looking sandwiches! There were two sweet ladies that assisted me and they were calling other customers by their first names. This is the best place in Cabot to eat period. Fresh local products and everything is homemade. I never knew this cute little bistro existed but now that I do I will be coming here more often! Everything taste so fresh and everyone so very friendly and spent time letting me taste different items on the menu! I've ordered numerous things (the pastrami, broccoli cheese soup, meatloaf, and the ham and cheese sandwich) and all were delicious! Definitely recommend Update: Tried their Thursday special "3 tacos with cheese dip" and it's delicious!! Met family at Pea Farm Bistro recently for lunch! They have a limited menu, but the food is excellent!! I had the ham and cheese sandwich!! It was very good!! They bring your food to table, but there is not really table service! Sandwich comes with chips, only one kind, and drinks are very limited as well!! Found Pea Farm Bistro using Around Me & Yelp! What a find!!!! The menu offered so many choices the gentleman who took our order guided my decision and he was spot on. I had the pimento cheese sandwich grilled with sautéed pepper & onions . The bread was delicious. I took advantage of the daily special 1/2 sandwich & a side. I choose the potato salad creamy & delicious. My husband ordered the chili (yummy) and the chicken club (huge & tasty). One of the owners came out & asked how we were enjoying lunch. We had a nice visit with her and two other patrons. Nicest folks you'd ever want to meet. This is now on our travel list for a return visit. read more

This is a small town Bistro. Nice little Sandwich shop! Lunch specials are really good you will find your self there at least once a week getting your favorite Dish. Owners are Usually Always in there working behind the counter. The ice cream is amazing. The pickled onions are Good. It's good but their prices are pretty crazy. I went there twice but won't be back. To feed a family of 5 there you're looking at spending well over $80 and you'll leave hungry.
