Had to wait 25 minutes for help. Pushing the assistance button several times. Even stopping the staff to ask for assistance at the craft department. Went to the electronics to ask for help. Stopped a guy and he said idk how to do that (cut material) and kept walking. Finally the electronics lady felt bad for us and came over. She was finished packing it in 30 seconds. read more

I don't know what the 2 star rating is about. The Walmart Supercenter where I'm from (one outside Baltimore Maryland) was never stocked consistently, trash was left in the carts and around the store on shelves, and it always took 2 hours to check out because they had 3 cashiers all with lines almost out the door.. and they have a 2.4 stars! This Walmart though? It's wonderful! It's always stocked consistently, they don't seem to move things around too much, the lines are always moving quickly, employees are always busy and the store is always clean. By every standard, from what I've seen, it's deserving of at least 4 stars. In terms of how bad Walmarts can really get, this one is doing just fine :/ read more

I went to auto department on a Monday and was told to order my tires online instead of buying from store would save me money. I ordered and asked the guy if I needed an appointment to get them installed because I was going on a trip on the following Monday he advised no just come in we will get them on we take walk-ins, they came in on a Friday I called and asked for an appointment the gentleman said just come in no need for an appointment. I take off work and arrive early at Walmart and the employee said can't get you in today you don't have an appointment I tried to explain that I tried to make an appointment but the previous employee wouldn't make one. this guy was very rude so I asked to speak with a manager . When she arrived she looked like a 25 year old that cared more about her cell phone then her customers was very rude and clueless about wether or not you even needed an appointment Nevertheless I will never be back very very poor customer service and management read more

Walmart - Bridgeport West Virginia, Emily drive I placed my online order , paid delivery fee and tipped $20 because I appreciate someone helping me with my order and delivery.. BUT.. once I received my notification of the delivery, I went through my items and 11 items missing ! I called Walmart at Bridgeport, Emily drive and asked to speak to someone about missing items. The lady who answered cut me off as I was explaining and said you have to call this 1-800 number.. I told her please let me speak with a supervisor.. she again cut me off and told me "Do you understand what I'm saying about the 1-800 number?" I again asked for a supervisor.. she eventually told me to hold ---thinking that she muted me --and called a supervisor.. I heard the whole conversation.. she told the supervisor that I was extremely irritated and would not listen to her. (Which was honestly not true.. I just wanted to see if they could contact the driver and let them know he may have forgotten some of my items in his car--) The supervisor then remarks "well I'm going to tell her the same thing, so tell her to deal with it" I finally spoke and said " I can hear your whole conversation ". Eventually they got a supervisor named Debbie on the phone. She was very professional and helped. Turns out Walmart allows and contracts 3 rd parties to come in , get groceries, and deliver..But they have no communication or responsibility for this service nor will they deal with an issue. Yes, things get messed up sometimes and that's ok, but I worked too long in business to know when you have a poorly run system and poorly trained supervisors to represent a billion dollar company. I finally called 1-800 number and although the gal was nice.. it was very hard to understand her dialect and I eventually had to add up the items and total for her . She actually was trying to give me too much money . Please be aware of who is coming to your door during these deliveries and the potential of not getting items. It took me almost an hr to get my money refunded back to my card.....although they first want to refund it through a Walmart card for credit and I politely said no . I do not curse or raise my voice. I am a 56 year old professional female. I respect situations and people involved. Most of all .. local customers.. please be aware of the type of supervisors that run Walmart on Emily drive. And you wonder why their employees look so stressed??? read more

This Walmart was decent, but what made it awesome was that they had discounted gas. The pumps were in good shape too.

The employees are rude unfriendly unhelpful, seriously disappointing. As far as busy I don't know about that not any busier than every other Walmart. The store itself I'm is a mess. Purchased a refurbished Apple IPad Black 16gig unit thru Walmart from a company in CA. The unit arrived and does not work at all. We tried contacting the company in CA at their online number, 213-745-4040, and a non-english speaking person answered the phone. This business is Wireless Source in Reseda, CA. Took my car for tire replacement and they didn't reset my tire pressure light. It has been a week and a half and the light has no "reset itself" like they told me it would after waiting 45 minutes for someone to assist me. I was surprised to see only one review for this Walmart, considering the fact that, at one time, this was the busiest Walmart in the country. For the life of me, I don't know how or why that's changed. The place is filled with people that never bathe, never change out of their pajamas, and never have to work for a living. That's right. I said it. Walmart caters to nothing but welfare trash. I only go there because nothing else is open when I get done with my JOB. Its extremely depressing, too, that I can't afford nearly as much stuff as the people that just rolled out of bed. Okay, end of rant about customers. Let's move in to the problems with the store. They are always out of stock of the one thing I'm mostly looking for. Frustrating to say the least. There's no security, and I know for a fact people steal things from there every day. It's like corporate doesn't care. They didn't need that $1000 from a flat screen anyways. All in all, I just hate what this country is coming to. The employees and manager at the auto center at this Walmart were extremely rude to my wife and myself. We waited an hour-and-a-half for an oil change. After the first hour, when we went to check on our car, they acted like it was a huge inconvenience to even check on the status of our vehicle. Then when we went back 30 minutes later the attendant very rudely said "Yeah, I remember you, you were just here 15-minutes ago!" in a very rude tone and with a sour expression on his face. My family and I recently moved and we were extremely dissatisfied with this Walmart. We usually go to Walmart once a week but now we're never going back again. The lines are extremely long and takes forever in the line, the service wasn't that bad, they don't have the brand of cat food that we get our cat and people are just standing in the middle of the isles like a bunch of degenerates. Now we've decided that it would be best to drive 45 minutes to go to a different Walmart. I wouldn't recommend shopping here to anyone. read more

Make sure to check your things to make sure you're getting what you're wanting before you pay at this Walmart. Went shopping today and asked the employee in electronics if the had any Fitbit Versas considering they didn't have any displayed. She told me they did and asked which one I wanted and I replied the regular Versa. She said okay and that she'd take it to register 5. When I get to the registers to pay I ask about it and the cashier grabs it for me. She scans it and put it in the bag. I look at it real quick and realized that it was the charger and not the actual Fitbit. So she calls her manager over and the manager has someone take it back and bring up a Fitbit. Well the employee who brought up the Fitbit said that I didn't specify which one I had wanted. After paying for all the things and getting out to the car, I look and it's the Fitbit Versa Lite and not the regular Fitbit Versa. So, just check what you're getting. read more
