They really work with the Well Now across the street to get your medicine ready even when it's close to closing time. They never have an attitude even when the consumers do. I have always been treated like I matter and that matters :) The CVS CORPORATION itself however has bypassed the human completely, by routing EVERY consumer to a voicemail for a call back. Not every person has a phone attached to their hip, a secretary or have the knowledge (elderly & disabled) or opportunity to take a call back and not get fired or worse (driving, walking or another distracted danger). Always about putting a few more $ in the pockets of the shareholders. As competition decreases so does caring & quality!

The Rx wasn't in the Phoenicia pharmacy, and I asked to pick it up in the Tannersville pharmacy; it was done seamlessly. Up in Tannersville I was helped by the pharmacist (Jennifer B, I believe), who was as helpful and kind as I needed. This is the way health care should work. Not a corporate profit point, but a place to get help from a human being who is caring and kind. I'm a believer, and I HIGHLY recommend Well ess Rx.

The pharmacy seemed to be the most staffed part of the store, there were more behind the counter than any place else in the store. That's partly because of all the unmanned self-checkout kiosks in the front, somewhat crowded with a lot of other displays, service counters, and devices, many of which had "out of order" signs on them. The dark colored carpet and the dim lights add to the dreariness.
