I was staying with my cat in town with a friend and it started snowing so I went to find some little cat booties for my cat because he loves the snow. He's a therapy-trained Maine Coon and we came in to just run and grab some booties and leave and my flabbers were gasted when they told me they don't allow therapy cats but THEY ALLOW HORSES into the store. I said I was going to be there 30 seconds and he was on my shoulders, on a leash, and they said no. So next time, I'll dress him up as a horse I guess but my flabbers are still gasted. So I ordered yesterday and they delivered all my items from the store but want me to go do curbside pickup for my plastic gallon size freezer bags. Completely ridiculous. What is the point of delivering? The delivery driver isn't to blame it's the leadership. Why the little box of freezer bags couldn't be plugged into the bag holding just a few other items when there was definitely room & it was coming from the same location and someone had to pick all them items in the store. Lame Also if you ever have to return anything without your receipt you all of a sudden become suspect of criminal behavior. Their all good with taking your money but it's only a one side act. This is for the optical department. Completely incompetent. Never properly fitted me for my glasses, once I received my order and given them I was handed them in the case and sent on my way. They no way actually fit my face size, they fall off constantly. Total loss of about $200. The lack of human interaction from the optometrist was atrocious. A wam-bam, type of situation, defiantly not a personable or pleasurable experience. Denise was more than snobby and rude with my concerns and question about my contacts and my glasses. Mostly good I work here and want to clear up some reviews. The self checkout does should have cashback, it's always asked me when I buy something. As for the lady staring she was probably tired and just trying to catch a glitch so she could report it. How else are you supposed to verify? We check receipts for major items like electronics. We also have random inspects. I don't know the criteria but I've been checked too and like I said I work there. Panhandlers. I don't know anything about this but after a few attacks and people robbing us during the holidays most employees want to tell a team lead or coach. They're technically not doing anything wrong unless they're following you. Changed diapers in the frozen food section, alert a manger immediately, that sounds like a day crew problem and something that a customer did. A lot of costumers like to put things in places they don't belong. Floor workers are not the people you tell. They rip up the floors and put new ones in, you want an associate to get a member of maintenance and a manager. They always respond, every time without fail. I have never seen them blow off a customer. If there was a problem it was probably a younger associate or you. As for what we have in stock most associates work in different sections of the store and need a handheld to check. So unless we get a gardening product in the chili aisle or Vaseline in the cereal aisle we probably haven't been to that side. Both of those would be because a customer changed their minds about buying something and instead of dropping it off at returns (near the front of the store) or put it back just decided to throw it back on whatever shelves they were near. You are not allowed to go near Pharmacy unless you have a medical license. Don't expect customer service unless it's specific to the area you're in. If someone doesn't usually help they may need to use a handheld. read more

This is a Walmart--enough said! If you choose to come here, and you want to avoid the usual patrons, I recommend arriving between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. during the week when it is usually fairly empty. This store really does have almost everything you want for a great price. However, its decor is warehouse with grey overtones and grey undertones accompanied by fluorescent lights. Parking is available in the large lot although the spaces close to the store are nearly always taken. There are two entrances and both are usually closely guarded by a nice little old lady. Though the store went through a recent re-model, it still is a terrible place to shop. From high school to college aged kids riding display bicycles around in the back corner of the store nearly nearly knocking over senior citizens. To finding changed diapers in the frozen food shelves. Today? Being hit up by panhandlers INSIDE THE STORE. This has been the second time I have witnessed this. You go to inform floor workers about about these issues, no one cares. Twice I have asked to speak to a manager to let them know what I have witnessed, both times blown off. Everyone here is really friendly! I had to do an exchange but the product I needed was back ordered. So the manager paid the difference and let me choose a higher priced one in stock. WOW I had the most eggcelent time at this store. Hands down, the best food I've ever eaten. Their eggs were so smooth, bald, colossal, jolly, yet a little bit obnoxious due to their microscopic yolktified shell. I dropped one and it DIDN'T BREAK YOU GUYS. This is unlike my stupid chicken who BROKE my heart. I'm so lonely. Anyways, the manager was attractive, he had an egg shaped butt. The size of it was alarmingly big, I could fit so many eggs in there. But I didn't try to because that would be very rude. But I am GREAT at guessing this sort of thing, I promise.
