I asked her what the parameters of an oversize package was but she was unable to give me a direct answer and ultimately said I was being argumentative and to leave the store or she would call the police very upset. I left and called corporate and was given information about the package parameters that they would receive at CVS locations and I was well within those dimensions by almost half.. I don't know what the ladies problem is, but she's very rude and in my opinion should not be in a customer service position

The shop is part gift shop, part pharmacy and then there are medical supplies. And least I forget, alcohol! The gifts are a wide range of spring items including baby clothes, wind chimes, jewelry and more. Everything was neatly organized. They had the cough drops that I was looking for. The clerk put her call on hold to ring me out. The pharmacy is located across from the courthouse in a historic part of town. There is free street parking with a 2 hour limit.

This pharmacy charges over twice as much for maintenance drugs that you can get at Walgreens, Meijer, Walmart or even CVS. Medicare and our insurance were billed many $ before we caught it. Sadly, Grandview blames Storypoint, and they declined our request to allow another pharmacy to provide medication. Stay away from both of these companies until you've done your research on RX cost.

When I tried to purchase my Allergy medication she informed me I was denied, handed me a receipt, and told me to leave. I left and found out online that if I purchased 15 24-hour tablets I would pass the 30-day limit on Pseudophedrine. I found out that if I bought 20 12-hour tablets instead I wouldn't be over the limit. It wasn't exactly what I wanted but it was good enough to relieve my allergy symptoms for the time being. I waited in a long line again and explained to the same pharmacist what I found out. She looked at me like I was a criminal, and told me she couldn't help me because I was already denied once. I asked her if I could go to another pharmacy and get what I needed. She didn't know. I went to a cvs later that day and was politely helped to get what I needed.

I'm glad to see this Walmart along with other retail stores near by are taking all precautions for…read morepublic safety with the Covid 19 virus. The store has made one way entry and leaving at the store and appear to be doing all they can to keep us and theirselves safe. However, I didn't see any staff cleaning the cart handles at the store and some of the staff working did not have masks on. The poor cashiers still don't have plastic screens up. I did observe the manager jump in when lines appeared to get extra people waiting and open a register to relieve lines. The shelves were stocked and they had toilet paper. Well done. I feel that management at the store and the staff are doing all they can with what they have.
