There were two female staff members that were very professional and kind. The owner/pharmacist greeted us and returned our insurance cards immediately to us so they would not get lost. The wait time was minimal and they were courteous to a breastfeeding mom having to feed an infant in their waiting area. We are happy to have them as our new pharmacy. Having grown up in Erie, our local pharmacies never provided such individualized and personable service. We appreciated it. We look forward to more positive experiences. Also, our daughter has cancer and often has emergent prescription/medical needs and I feel confident that we'll be able to be cared well for here at the Union City Pharmacy.

She told my dad who is 86 years old that she couldn't help him and he asked why she told him that she didn't care enough and he said he needs it for his wife funeral and she proceeded to tell him that maybe if he took better care of my mom she would still be alive my dad starting tearing up. My mother was 92 when she passed not like it matters she still had no right to tell me dad if he took better care of my mom she would still be here I go to Walmart 2 times a week and spend over a hundred dollars every time if this doesn't get situated then I will be suing I don't recommend coming here because the staff are rude

I got myself some oils that I've been meaning to get. There was also a display of handmade baby items. The bibs are adorable and I snatched one up for my niece. Staff was friendly and helpful with any questions I had. Looking forward to stopping by again. Nice change from CVS or Walgreens

Needed to get a prescription for my child. I pulled up to store and was walking to the door at…read more7:55pm (they close at 8pm); young girl watched me walk across lot, locked the door and walked to her register and down the aisle while I stood at door and knocked. Then 5 mins later, a young man let the pharmacist out and I said I want to have my prescription transferred and he said I cannot help you I just let the pharmacist out. So 3 happy employees got to leave their jobs on time and I had to wait on my child's prescription. Turns out the pharmacy didn't even have the prescription on hand and it had to be ordered. Inconvenient for a local pharmacy to close prior to the stated time especially when you live in a rural town and the next closest pharmacy is walmart in Corry or Erie that would only be open until 9pm. Sean the pharmacist did call the next day to apologize for he was 'unaware of what was happening at the front of store.' He was to pass his on to help fix customer service, but in the end the 2 young employees only care to make a pay check and go home on time completely oblivious to the needs of the community esp. a sick child. I'm sure I have not been the first customer turned away before 8pm. I will never use them again nor will I recommend them to patients, family or friends.

The Pharmacy staff are beyond amazing. Great sales too. The store seems to be a bit older but…read moretends to be consistently clean. Much better than Jamestown's Brooklyn Square store. I shop here quite often. I would recommend this Pharmacy any day.
