Not only is the quality of rentals excellent (better than any kayak/board rental i've ever used) but the staff is extremely friendly and generous! They were able to deliver and pickup our rentals which made things very easy for us. We thoroughly enjoyed going out on the lake several times and were able to take 2 adults and 5 kids out at once with just the tandem and SUP. Would definitely use for future family camping trips!

This Boscov's is located in the Erie mall. The store is two floors. On the first floor are mostly clothes, and on the second floor are mostly home goods. Unfortunately, I did not find any clothes that I liked and were in my size. I, however, did find a baking sheet to buy. I had not realized that the baking sheet was on sale for only $5, so then I grabbed a second one to buy. Multiple cash registers throughout the store were open. I had to wait in line for a couple of minutes. My cashier spoke to me nicely, and he accurately rang up my purchase.

The staff here genuinely seem well-trained (please take note Target and Walmart) and are consistently pleasant to interact with. While JCP might not be the most exciting store, it's reliable for what it offers, and when I am here, I find myself choosing it over the other branded stores nearby.

The staff here are unremittingly friendly, eager and willing to help with whatever you need. Their bathrooms are always kept in immaculate shape so there's never a Walmart horror story during your trips. Their pharmaceutical staff are professional and cheerful and quick to help resolve any issues that come up. While there's a lot of good to say about this location, it does have its occasional hiccups. Whether it's food under the lamp too long or an occasional spill in the produce aisle. Mostly, though, it's a great place.

Went back the following day (Sunday) and was told no-one was there to fix the situation. Went back Monday and the person couldn't "get into my account." Had to return a third time and again was told they "Couldn't access my account." Luckily a T-Mobile store was close and after running back and forth, I got a different phone and went on my way. Fast forward 1 week later, I get my T-Mobile bill. The plan I have had for 3 years was changed without discussion or my consent by the Walmart employee. My bill went from $70 to $200. I remember stating more than once that I was very happy with my current plan that had been recommended by a Walmart employee (different person) 3 years before. I now had to spend an hour on the phone with T-Mobile to get this straightened out. Shame on the employee changing my plan without my knowledge, without my consent, and with no discussion.

Cranberry Mall is in critical condition with the odds of survival being low. Mall is in a very…read morerural part of Pennsylvania and is located south of Oil City and southeast of Franklin. Parking lot and ring road are in bad condition, so be careful when driving around. There is only one anchor occupied, with it being split between Ollie's Bargain Outlet and Dunham's, with Dunham's having a mall entrance. The former Bon-Ton, JCPenney's, and Sears are vacant. The interior has almost no stores left and one was moving out during my visit. The Movies at Cranberry are gone. There is significant water damage in the mall and you can smell it from more than one storefront. The interior has retro sitting areas and two fountains, one of which sadly appears to be no longer functional. The greenery around the remaining fountain is lovely. The former Sears wing was poorly lit despite having an open business located in it. Aside from the Dunham's/Ollie's Bargain Outlet, the only business that seemed to attract any foot traffic was Fresenius Kidney Care Oil City and PA Pride, a CDL Training center. Mall does have one restaurant still open, 2 Cousins Pizza, but it was closed during my visit. My visit to Cranberry Mall could only be described as depressing. Overall, I can't tell you this mall will be here in a year. Cranberry Mall is almost certainly too far gone at this point. With its location, I'm not even sure redevelopment is an option. The situation at the Cranberry Mall is simply sad.
