Placed an online grocery order on Wednesday to be picked Thursday 1-2 pm Came all the way to Denham on another errand, called to check on order for pickup and was told not ready, I had to come back on Friday to pick up....??? This has NEVER HAPPENED to me before & this was 1st time ordering from this Walmart...it will be the last ! Not happy with gas being almost $5.00 a gal . Run of the mill Walmart, however the pickup department needs some serious work. Not bringing my groceries because it's raining is one thing, but to have me sit for 30+ minutes with no communication is another. I was told my order would be out soon and then nothing else for 35 minutes, when I called they told me I had to come inside because it was raining. I normally have trouble but I mean this is just too much to not say something about. The problem starts with management so there should be some thought as to who should run the show. I love my local Walmart. When I moved to Watson in 2003, it felt like we had to drive out of the area to get anything. I really enjoy ordering stuff online and being able to pick it up from the store for free. I do have 2 issues with the store. It does not carry everything I use, so occasionally I have to go to different stores to get everything I want. That gets old fast. The second issue is their poultry. Its embarrassing to get home only to realize the chicken stinks and you have to wait in line to get a refund. I've learned my lesson and only buy my meats at a locally owned grocery store. But for 95% of everything else, I am in and out of Walmart in less than 20 minutes. read more

Don't waste your time coming here. Your better off driving to the Walmart on range than coming here. The staff is unprofessional and rude.

Very clean and new. The associates seemed very friendly and helpful. Got all my groceries and s few house hold items all in the sane trip. Always a win to get through for all my needs at the same store. read more

i am on my period and i decided to buy some ice cream. i pull up to this bit and not too many ben & jerry's were in the freezer so i was stuck with WHITE CHOCOLATE VANILLA MAGNUM ICE CREAM. most disgusting junk i ever did lick. i am utterly disgusted and disappointed in the ice cream selection. yall best stop cappin on me and bring in more B&J. and that's on gang. read more
