The worst managed walmart! It's Saturday mid day and only two cashiers. The self checkout was open but many of the registers weren't open. This wasn't just today it's every time I go in there. The cashiers are not social at all. Lines were backed up with customers. read more

If I could give a 1/2 star I would. This store by far is the worst. They have one person working at the hot food section and deli also the same person working at the bakery. I waited at the deli for service. The employee was waiting on someone at hot food. When she finished with that customer she went to the next person in line at the hot foid section. By the way that customer came to the hot foid section 10 mins. after I showed up at the deli. I made sure the employee knew I was there. She said she would be right with me. Another 20 mins go by as the employee was waiting on the customer and texting and talking on her phone during the whole time. She finially fished with that customer just in time for 2 more people to show up at the hot foid section. She went right on to help the next person who just showed up and I am still waiting. By now I am pissed. I said something and she was like I will get to you. By niw I have waited about 35 mins and still had nothing. I had someone page a manager to no avail. I left and actually walked in the other doors and had a greater page a manager. After another 20 mins a manager showed up. I complained about the lack of service. The manager and I walked back to the deli. The employee who waisted my time was finially free and she told the manager that she was going to wait on me and asked me what I wanted. I saI'd an apology for making me wait. She told the manager she was waiting on people as they got on line and I wanted to jump the line. I was so mad I called her a F$#%\€; LIAR, and she knew it. a needless to say I walked out left my carriage or as they say in the south "MY BUGGY" with parishables like ice cream milk etc. The way people work thete I am sure it stayed there till the store closed and the cleaners found it. ...maybe found it. could still be there for the amount of work they do. read more

This was the slowest tire change of all time. Not a single car in the bay but mine and people are walking around acting like they have nothing to do but stand around with their dicks in their hand. Never do I want to have to stop at a Walmart auto center again. It doesn't take 45 mins to and hour to change 1 single tire. read more

It's unfortunate that others have this store poor reviews...Our experience was great. The automotive center did an excellent job with our car - we got 4 new tires. Diana, the front desk clerk, was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The staff installed our new tires within 45 minutes with no hassles at all. Great job everyone! read more

This is one store that obviously has associates with no training in customer service, have no knowledge of their surroundings, and obviously just views their work environment as a easy source of income. No matter what Job you work having respect, curtiosy, and a obligation to fulfill the customers needs should be mandatory especially when they are representing a multi billion dollar corporation......... Evidently some of you didn't meet all of the employees! You can't judge all of them by one or two bad ones! My daughter works there and I've seen her first hand be very nice to customers regardless how she was being treated! I have had customers see her with me in the store and tell me what a wonderful and helpful young lady she was. There are other workers that are wonderful as well! Tried to get a tire balanced while passing through Dillon. Associate was sitting in the waiting chairs talking with another and completed their conversation before helping me. Once she worked her way around the counter she was rude and short with me. She wouldn't give me an estimated time the tire could be done and wouldn't ask the techs standing behind her if they could even give me a rough timeframe. She just kept saying "gimme your keys" and "no idea how long". Not worth the "no idea" wait so we continued on with our vibrating tire. :) read more

My experiences at the Walmart in Dillon SC (there is only one store in that own) has not been favorable. It is blatantly clear that the staff has no training in customer service. Their demeanor is very dry, no thank you have a nice day, no helpful workers, no friendliness whatsoever. I'm normally the one saying thank you to the staff, which is just habit because I am trained in customer service.... However, I had a very bad experience that occurred on 11/17/13 and I will never shop in that particular store again. I actually feel traumatized as I have never encountered such rudeness from staff. My son and I went in to make an exchange. We waited in line as the Clerk was dealing on another worker there (dressed in a walmart uniform) and they discussed personal issues throughout the entire long transition. This occurred in the customer service department. I could tell they are both unprofessional because of this. When it was our term, we informed her that we needed to make an exchange. She rolled her eyes and said nothing. When we returned, we brought the item back to the front. There was a line. The clerk, who later identified herself as Nayeta Lacey yet she did not wear a name badge, rudely informed us that we must go back to the end of the line and wait like everyone else. I called a manager named Erica over, explained to her we already waiting a long time the first time we got in line. Erica just said, yep you got to get back in line and she left. Now if this is company policy, so be it. But I feel that they were both being rude and insensitive in the situation. Naketa was rolling her head around, talking junk and saying she doesn't care.....My son returned in the store during her shift to get her name, As I already stated, she was not wearing a name badge. She gave her name as Neketa Lacey. Again with her usual attitude, she repeated with attitude that she doesn't care about giving her name.....Come on Walmart, with the high unemployment rate, I know you can find better workers than this. And seemingly the problem is not just Naketa, it seems to be staff in the entire store. I've been in some Walmarts and the staff made it a wonderful experience. read more
