The hype is real! If you've never been, you need to visit a location near you. Trust me, you will not be disappointed. You can thank me later.

For mass-produced BBQ, this brisket sandwich was on point! Balanced and good meal to bun ratio

I hated it here. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There were just way too many people, and it honestly triggered my anxiety.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I couldn't enjoy anything. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Shopping was impossible because no matter which direction I turned, I was shoulder to shoulder with people.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I desperately needed to use the restroom, but the line stretched from the back of the store all the way to the front. I gave up and found somewhere else to relieve myself. My son grabbed a bag of teriyaki beef jerky, and while the checkout line for that one item moved fairly quickly, we still waited 8-10 minutes. My first visit to Buc-ee's was a total turnoff. They really need to improve their operational efficiency and customer flow. I won't be back.

This place has been on my "must visit" list for some time & FINALLY the opportunity arose. It was a perfect stop on the way home from Charleston, SC. It aligned perfectly with our drive and even allowed us to charge the car while we shopped! [[HIGHLIGHT]]When we walked in I quickly knew it would be a bit overwhelming. It was packed... I think they said the crowd was due to Bike Week[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. They had everything but on STEROIDS! Jerky, BBQ, Fudge, Coffee, snacks, clothing, jewelry... you name it, they had it! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Even the bathrooms were on steroids, so many stalls with lights to show occupied vs available.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It wasn't a place for me to go with my husband. I needed to have my sister & sister-cousin to really enjoy the experience. There was one disappointment... they don't sell the fresh tortillas they make in the middle of the store. I'll definitely be back!

I highly recommend!! I love to stop at Buc-ee's! Sooo many options such as huge convenient store! I love their brisket sandwiches/tacos and their bakery section I have to have a paddle tail! I love their wide selection of soft drinks. I am obsessed with their chapstick!! I hope you find something you like when you visit. I recommend you go in the early morning hours to this location!

We made it to Buc-ees!!!!! Our first time here! I made a stop at Buc-ee's with my 8-year-old grandson and 2 baby Granddaughters, and let me tell you--it turned into a whole adventure! It wasn't long enough of a visit since the girls and their mom stayed in the car! GRRR.. From a grandma's perspective, the first thing I noticed was how clean and well-kept everything was. The restrooms? Absolutely spotless--honestly better than some hotels I've stayed in. There were green and red lights on the outside of each stall to let you know which stalls were available and which were occupied. The lines moved very quickly. That alone makes it worth the stop when you're traveling with kids. Now, for my grandson, this place was like walking into a wonderland. His eyes lit up the second we walked in. Between the rows of snacks, the huge drink stations, and all the fun Buc-ee's merchandise, he didn't know where to look first. He was especially fascinated with the Toy section there were so many to chose from. It was a Saturday so this place was very busy. I heard Al Roker from the Today show praise the brisket sandwiches. I also wanted one but the wait was too long. We ended up grabbing some treats--beaver nuggets (of course!), 3 slushies, beef jerkey, candy bars, chocolate covered pretzels, and a couple of souvenirs magnets, t-shirts, Buc-ees water bottle and a Buc-ees tumbler he insisted we "had to have." I appreciated that there were plenty of options, whether you want something indulgent or a quick, decent meal on the go. What really stood out to me was how easy everything felt, even with a little curious little boy in tow. Plenty of space, clear layout, and friendly staff who didn't seem bothered by all of the people shopping. All in all, Buc-ee's in Florence isn't just a gas stop--it's the ultimate shopping experience. You must go atleast once in your lifetime! If you're traveling with grandkids, plan a little extra time. Trust me, they won't want to rush through it--and honestly, neither will you. 5/5 Ambience 5/5 Service / Employee engagement 5/5 The variety of merchandise 5/5 The food Choices 5/5 Parking 5/5 prices I highly recommend!

The fudge and brisket were amazing provided you don't get a slice with a lot of fat. There were so many items in this place, we didn't get to try the restrooms due to the extremely long line. The sandwich was flavorful and my daughters loved the cookies and crème fudge. I preferred the chips at Dash In to the Beaver Chips, even though they were fresh they were super crisp for a kettle chip.

If you didn't love Buc-ees enough, they added Dolly Parton swag. You already know-cheap gas, clean loos, and everything under the sun to eat, drink, snack, and decorate a house. And more. It csn be expensive. IYKYK.

Buc-ee's Florence is an easy five stars from our family. From the moment you pull off I-95 and see all the pumps and the massive, spotless store, you realize this is so much more than a gas station. The building is huge, bright, and exceptionally clean, and the restrooms truly live up to their reputation as some of the cleanest on the road. Staff are consistently friendly, welcoming, and efficient, which makes a big difference when you've been driving for hours. Inside, the food options are fantastic--fresh brisket sandwiches, crispy chicken, kolaches, fudge, Beaver Nuggets, and plenty of grab-and-go snacks for the road. Prices are very fair for the quality and selection you get, and it's easy for everyone in the car to find something they're excited about. Beyond food, there's a huge selection of Buc-ee's gear, home goods, and fun gifts, so it doubles as a quick shopping stop as well. Gas is competitively priced, there are tons of pumps, and the whole property feels safe, well lit, and well maintained at all hours. Whether we're heading out on a long trip or just passing through Florence, this has become a "must-stop" for our family every time. Five stars without hesitation--if you're anywhere near Florence, make the stop and experience this place at least once.

Another Bucees location. Very similar to other locations except the gas pump arrangement is different. Always nice and friendly staff Clean bathrooms Yummy food Always busy, usual rude customers. People can't seem to drive while in their parking lot. Several dog walking areas.

Coming to Buc-ee's is an experience. Soo many gas pumps. I definitely recommend the brisket sandwich with sliced meat. It has enough of the sweet and finger licking barbecue sauce. They also have the sandwich with chopped meat too and other kinds of sandwiches such as chicken, pull pork. It's also known for its jerky and beaver nuggets. A lot of cute merchandise for kids, culinary needs, and sweet tooth. The mascot is soo adorable. I grabbed a couple of salsa dips. They sell preserves, hot sauces, chocolate covered pretzels, nuts. It's also known crowded store by the line moves fast.

I've been to 2 different Buc-ee's in Texas and neither was as busy as this one in Florence , South Carolina. We even had a large group of Army Soldiers come in and buy a bunch of food. I'm a Veteran myself , so it was good to see. I took my niece and sister today who had never been to one and really wanted to check one out. Of course they bought their share of cups , t-shirts , snacks and such. I got a South Carolina Gamecocks t-shirt and a S.C. key ring. After looking at a bunch in Myrtle Beach I found one here I really liked. We also got 3 sandwiches , 2 Club Melts and one Pulled Pork Sandwich. The pulled pork sandwich was better than the one I had in Texas and it had more of a smoky taste. The Club Melt with turkey, bacon, ham, cheese and spicy mayonnaise was really good. I liked it better than the Brisket Sandwich that everyone brags about. We also got some fountain drinks.

Love Buc-ees and I'm soooooo excited we are finally getting one here in Arizona! We did a pit stop here and boy did I spend some money and time doing some shopping. I bought different items which included: BBQ Brisket Cinnamon Pecans Sour apple icee T-shirts Stickers Keychains Plantain chips Chips Fudge Sausage on a stick Dog toy The cashier was very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were clean and the shelves were fully stocked. Total spent: $150

This place is a trap in all the greatest ways. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Convenient off and on locations- yes, truck stop munchies as far as your eyes can see-yes, fresh food cranking out faster than people can grab-yes, souvenirs that you don't need but just have to have-yes, clean clean clean bathrooms-yes, gas pumps with no waiting-yes![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It's off and on places like this that add some fun to those long road trips.

How can I order a brisket? I need the phone number for the Florence SC store to order. I will be traveling 2 1/2 hours to buy a brisket.

They are always making it and never run out no matter what time of day.

Grassy area to walk dogs at Florence SC location?

Yes, they have a pet area and plenty of space.

Do they have seating for after you buy your food?

Sadly, no. I found that to be a little odd. We sat out on the sidewalk, which wasn't ideal, but we managed. With many napkins...

    Bro? Help me

Just enjoy the craziness that place is!! Try a bit of everything!

Do you offer RV overnight parking?

i stayed in my car overnight...not sure if that helps you. (was too tired to drive from FL --> NY, stopped overnight at Buc-ee in Florence, SC. no one bothered me

Any additional information on EV charging would be appreciated, especially non-Tesla charging. Plug types? Max kW?

Plugshare is saying 16 Tesla 250 kW chargers.

TA Florence - I stopped in for gas and it seemed I was the only one needing to fuel up at this time…read moreof the day - this place was practically a ghost town with a few exceptions. After fueling up I decided to go inside and ummm freshen up some, there was a guy sitting at the outside table on his phone having some discernible conversation while kicking a worn suitcase and fiddling with a few plastic shopping bags, he looked like he was traveling the hard way, unshaven and wrinkled but the new iPhone looked to be an upgrade even from my iPhone 11. The inside of the store was fairly clean if you discount the dis-shuffled restroom, I'd give it a five out ten apparently they were much busier earlier since at this time I was the sole customer. I took the time to walk around a bit, since it's a known trucker stop they always have a few interesting "as seen on tv" items for sale, today the tactical glasses and tactical light was clearly displayed as were a host of electronics all placed conveniently for compulsive purchasing. I locked on the Cobra CB Radio, no I didn't make the purchase but I really think I need one for the Jeep, maybe next time. I never saw the clerk but since I wasn't making an inside purchase no interaction was necessary so I can't comment on the customer service here. As I exited the store I noticed the guy on the phone was still jibber jabbering as I made my way to the caddie and preparing to leave I got a little startled by a tap on my window which was about a quarter way down - the gentleman who had pulled up to the pump across from me informed me he and his wife were staying at the Baymont a few blocks away and they were in the need of some cash or gas and although his story wasn't very convincing I do have empathy but he and his co-conspirator seemed to be toasting some spirits with each rejection and I don't reward deception...
