This Walmart has the best customer service, drive thru pharmacy, home delivery, inside shopping, and curbside pickup. Today I'm giving the 5 stars to curbside pickup because the person (Michael) that brought my groceries to my car was attentive, friendly, and asked how my day was. The employees here are the worst I've ever seen at a Walmart and that includes the management or at least the person who said they were manager. Rude, derogatory comments from the employees with ZERO fear that their jobs are on the line....that goes to show that their behavior is encouraged by the Walmart company as a whole. Most of the produce and bread here are expired or expiring within a day of sell. It's a frequent issue here.

Tonight was probably the worst it has ever been with employees blocking the aisles while stocking shelves, the issues were on the rice and coffee aisles. First of all I asked the lady if she could point me to the jasmine rice and she just looked at me like I was crazy, her pallets and carts were blocking the area. THen when I was trying to push through to get to the salsa she was just standing there blocking the aisle on her phone. I get it they want to start stocking but yall also want us out of there at closing time, but when you have employees like this that do not respect shoppers ( the reason they get paid) it slows the process down, I know what I am shopping for and want to get in and out but this kind of attitude they just dont need to be there or go work somewhere else. THe lady on the coffee aisle kind of looked at me like I was crazy and in her way to with her stuff all in the way causing me to get the wrong dam coffee. I am so tired of this, it has happened before but not as rude and just looking at me like I am in their way, no they are actually in my way when I am spending my money and trying to get in and out as quick as possible, I wish the stuff was not in the dam aisles til you closed anyway because it is becoming more and more of an issue and inconvenient. ANother thing was the lady getting smart with me when I came up to the self service, there is a checkout I like she wanted me to go to another one when I asked her if the one I liked was open she made a smart-Alecky remark about it I don't remember what she said but it was her tone. Then the guy running the front for issues at checkout I told him my bag of rice was open (which I probably would have noticed had the lady not been in my way on that aisle) when he came over and deleted it, I said thank you and he said nothing and walked off with attitude as well. Yall do better, if your employees are this miserable then something is wrong, I do not feel like I should have to deal with all this attitude before dropping over 200 dollars in your store. NOt all the employees were like this thank God there was one real nice young guy on the condiments aisle that actually automatically jumped out of the way when I turned in the aisle to look, I told him its ok not sure I need anything down here yet and he smiled and said thank you and that is the kind of customer service I and I am sure others would like as well, not all this you're in my way attitude. If it happens again I am going to get a supervisor because this kind of behavior from your night crew is unacceptable! read more

Ok, so things have gone downhill with this store. Let's just be real, Manor needs a REAL grocery store. Walmart is often stripped bare on Sundays, big Game days, holidays, even random days. It's so annoying. They don't seem to be reactive to customer feedback, either. Their pharmacy is absolute shyte. I refill several Rx's here. Every.single.month. Yet, they act as if they've never heard of Blink Health, the Rx service I use. Every damn time it's a HUGE PITA to pick up my pre- paid meds. Come on! 3 people, 2 separate waits in line, & re-bagging that sometimes takes forever ... for PRE-PAID medication? There was one "pharmacy assistant" who understood how it worked, placed the payment processing info in my file, and had NO problem dispensing my meds. Why can't the others figure it out? Especially after TWO YEARS. I'm finally going to swap over to mail order- just for my sanity. The rest of the store is convenient for quick restocking of things I need in a pinch, but I'd rather go to Elgin or Pflugerville to hit HEB, Aldi, & Dollar General/Dollar Tree instead. The overall repetative ineptitude at the Pharmacy counter, & an incident with one particular employee doing the Exit 'receipt checks', has soured me on this particular store. read more

It's Walmart. Not much else to say. I don't care for Walmart.. never really have....this is why. Customer service at this location is HORRIBLE. The cashiers are constantly talking about being tired of working there and how they "lub walmart but they tired of bein there all da time" blah blah blah... wow??? really? Its annoying. The manager is nice enough (PM manager) but not helpful. the store seems to be in disarray. I mean.. some summer (and not much, they are out of everything) is in one section, then clear across the store is some more (different summer items)... Then in another area you'll find MORE summer stuff... seriously? Cant put it together like other Department stores? The walmart.com service center is ridiculously SLOW. Without fail I wait and wait and wait and wait.... ugggh. Really? I will admit, it is nice to have a department store close to home.. wish they carried more organic foods.. or we had an HEB (not the one in Elgin, it's useless) I use this place for the convenience, but every time I do, I wish I hadn't. Wish we had a Target... ahhhhh... luckily Tech Ridge isn't far. Overall... POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ................It's Walmart.. never really anything to brag about. read more

I cant even rate this store because it does not have a zero.. I go to this Walmart in Manor at least 2 or 3 times a week. The shelves are empty and when you ask to speak with a manager who is in charge and I have , you get someone who takes your name and number. When you ask about why a lot of the merchandise is never there, the girl said I know,I have worked the floor before. Come on Walmart..I was under the impression it was for residents in Manor, but yet we still have to drive to Austin to shop, what a waste of even putting a Walmart Superstore here if the items are not there to purchase... read more

It's nice to have a WalMart near home so I'm grateful for that. I buy my groceries online and pick them up outside. This is a great service! Staff always prompt and polite! Whoever is managing this department, they are doing a gteat job!!Anything to avoid having to go inside the store and wait in long lines, and it saves me a ton of time. Otherwise the customer service in the store is some of the worse that I've experienced. There is usually a very pleasant African American man who greets you when you walk in, who I always look forward to seeing. After that, it's never a good experience. Always long lines no matter what time you go. Self check out has long lines too. Customer service has long lines. Slow moving cashiers, but I believe that's because the young crowd they hire don't show up for their shift, and the mature cashiers do-or at least that's what I've been told. HEB is suppose to be coming to Manor, and will attract committed employees and good customer service because of better pay and management. read more

New location. Open 24hrs and the staff is super friendly. I've been a couple of times and each time was an exceptional experience. I really hope the bar remains high. Would've been awesome to offer something besides a subway, but I can't complain. read more

The gas station place is really shady. The lady in there said I couldn't prepay with my debit card unless I purchased a Walmart gift card - otherwise I had to use the machines outside (which I don't like because of the hold they put on debit cards) Something tells me she gets credit for every gift card she sells and refused to let customers prepay otherwise. Really crappy customer service and greasy employees. A manager should take care of that. read more

I ordered a winter coat from Walmart.com I got it yesterday. it's not a winter coat as the ad said its a glorified sweat shirt I don't go shopping I buy online cause I don't leave my house. so I have this so called coat and called customer service and they say well we have to contact the people who sold it for a return well I can show you the statement that says Walmart got my money and the other people have not contacted me for my return so i'm out 40 bucks and no winter coat. in case I have to go out to doctor or something as my old coat doesn't fit anymore. i'm disabled and don't leave my house except in emergency. read more

This place is the best place ever. My mother and I PREFER this walmart compared to the Elgin location. Staff are always attentive and friendly and manor seems to have more items. My mother and I sew our own stuff as well as stuff for my daughter and I never can find the things I need in Elgin. But manor has it all! Great managers and friendly attentive staff! read more

AMMONIA/CHEMICALS IN FOOD. I'm giving a 2 only because I still appreciate the prices. I used to shop Walmart Groceries on a regular in the past about 10 years ago. Recently went back because I needed to grab some other items and recently noticed that all the food smells and tastes of chemicals. Please pay attention this cannot just be me. And it's not only produce and meat. I have a bag of breakfast potatoes made by a private brand and in the middle of cooking them the whole kitchen smell like ammonia but I thought I was tripping until I just tried to take a bite and it's the potatoes. Me and my son both agreed that the fruit tasted like a chemical . And a salad I bought tasted the same way . Now I know it's not just Walmart brand it's all Walmart food . Possibly not dry or Frozen . I don't know if they're getting the prices that they because their packaging some of these big-name Foods in their own warehouses and they're spraying them with extra chemicals because of the conditions of the warehouses say in China or wherever else the slave labor warehouses are or if it's extend dates on Foods so that they can buy larger quantities. I will never buy food from Walmart again. Please beware. Never again. Watch what u eat. Something is not right at all. read more

THE GOOD: They sell just about everything, so it's one-stop shopping. They take most returns with-out a hassle. Generally, quick check-outs. Friendly employees. THE BAD: Poorly managed store, You could die of old age waiting for someone to come to the lay-a-way, Walmart pick-up area. Their roasted chicken taste like someone sprayed ammonia on it. They hate taking returns on things you bought over the web. THE SOLUTION Maybe they just need to pay the employees more and get a manager that could find pride in a smoothly running establishment. read more

we were ready to check at about 10:30pm and they only had 2 lanes open. the lights were on on lanes 9 and 10. we started unloading our cart in lane ten and we were going to also inquire about purchasing a 60 inch Samsung TV priced at 998.00 and we were told the lane was closed and we can help you in lane 9. So we loaded our items back in our cart and proceeded to lane 9. shortly after going into lane 9 the lady from lane ten told the person behind us that she was open and to come over. I was so upset with this extremely poor customer service I pushed my cart blocking lane 10 and walked out of the store. they just lost just over an 1100 dollar purchase. I don't think I will be shopping there for a while. read more
