I want people to know the owner of the two City Pharmacies, is very Rude, Hateful and will not call…read moreyour insurance knowing that you can only go the pharmacy on your paper work. He lied to my face saying he called my Insurance I told him he did not and I was gong to check when I got home his response was their are so many agents answering the phone how will they know I called. I told him right then I knew he was lying bc my Insurance contacts me to make sure my Insurance called them. I went to a different Pharmacy in Sayre that same day. The other Pharmacy done his job and did call and my Insurance wanted me to try another prescription instead of what the doc. wrote so there I knew he lied. Shame on him bc ha also told me right in front of his office with people there. I can back out all of the prescription drugs I've already filled. He said it 3 times knowing I can't go any where else but to his place until I'm able to have my office change me to another one. I have to have my medicine and he hurt my feelings before but I let it go. This time I was not going to let him keep being mean to me. I pray that he understands this is not good business. I was told he could not take my prescriptions back one they were filled and in my had they were mine. He thinks he can do anything and get by with it this is unacceptable. Wanted to go in Walmart next door to grab some groceries for our trip (a family of 4 eating on the road can get expensive) just so happened that my husband is a truck driver and we are with him on this trip. If we can't park to walk in then I will not be giving my business to you. My sales tax will not be given to your community. Shame on you Walmart for, your whole business revolves around people just like my husband. I will go out of my way to not shop here no matter where I am across the country if at all it can be avoided. I hope one day a truck will not deliver a load just because of your sign " absolutely no trucks parking at any time" I know your already extremely low on drivers because your outsourcing your loads. Truck driving family's I encourage you to take a stand as well. But campers and RV can camp out right there. I've never seen a camper delivering your loads. Shame on you!!!

Here's why: first, the store is immaculate. Super clean and very well-organized. I've seen hospitals dirtier than this place! Perfect lighting, labels, just a very clean store. The three employees I talked to, even though they were delivering bad news, seemed generally interested and understanding about my frustration. They even offered some helpful advice, assuming I could find what I needed. I mean, they didn't get my business, but with the way they treated me I wouldn't be opposed to going there in the future. That's great customer service. One thing though: the parking is a bit irritating with the placement between 2 very narrow drive-thru areas. It's rather narrow, and of course I had 2 stupid big trucks park on either side of me. Of course.
