They have just achieved a new low. (In addition to the nonexistent customer service.). They have had a store reset, which means stock was allowed to run low to make it easier to move. They have removed all but 3 human cashiers. The rest are now self-checkouts. Seriously? Not shopping there anymore. Plenty of other options in town. read more

Traveling across the country and having stopped and shopped at many of Sam Waltons little stores, this location is a diamond among a bunch of coal. Location; Enterprise, Al. No connecting interstates, and no real major metropolitan areas this location has been a real money maker. Just off the Boll Weevil circle there is plenty of other shopping and eating nearby. Like most super centers this one has the usual food and pharmacy sections as well as the outdoor center and tire center. The new modern electronics and entertainment section has a best buy feel. The location here stands out by the excellent customer service. Always willing to do as much as they are able, the team here is looking out for the customer. In many of the 3.74 or 5 dollar movie bins there are movies which come with a free digital movie on VUDU. It is getting two movies, in two different formats for the price of one. They will go quick so see what classic movies you can find. read more

I am refused to check my self out , I do not get a paycheck from Wal-Mart , neither do they issue me a W2 at the end of the year , you keep cutting associates just so the " Big Managers bonuses are getting bigger . Cashiers that are there, are grumpy and over worked because of the fact that 1 cashier has to do the Job of 3 . I shop less and less at WM , it is not worth my time, apparently WM does not like customers anymore , I go down the street to Publix , I may spend a little more , how ever , I sure dont have to to check my self out , just to get out of the store , WM Customer Service is horrible , ( Wal-Mart getting to big for their own good ) . For the third time i have come to this location to get paint. I have waited 20 and 30 minutes for an 'associate who will be glad to help me' to come . BOTH times they come and say ' "Oh, we can't mix paint. The machine is down"... NO SIGN!!! And the first time the manager said she would take care of it. Absolutely horrendous management from the grocery pickup. I was so disappointed because I've been so grateful for this service for so many reasons and I've loved it everywhere we have lived and traveled but this location is incredibly rude and still does not have a grip on how to do things efficiently. I had a horrible experience today at my local Walmart. I had gone there to purchase a series 5 Apple Watch that they had for sale and the sale price was set for $280. When they went to ring up the item it was rang up to $399 plus tax. I had asked them why the posted price didn't match. They then went to tell me that it was for the display model. Ok, I'll buy the display. They told that they couldn't sell the display because it was for display only and the watch wouldn't work like a normal Apple Watch. Just like most everyone else, I'd give negative stars if I could. The people here are absolutely the rudest people I've ever met. We regular here because we're low income and can't really afford a pricier store. All that will undoubtably change however after their ""customer service"" I called to check on a ring that I had to get resized that my boyfriend bought me before deployment and I decided to call. Left on hold for 12 minutes. So I hung up and called again. Got put on hold five more minutes and then when the next woman picked up the phone I said "yes, ma'am, I'm still waiting to talk to someone in the jewelry section" she LITERALLY SCOFFED and said "hold please" and I waited 10 more minutes. I gave up. I went into the store only for them to say "we sent the jewelry people on lunch/break" are you serious? So I waited and once someone came to the counter they literally refused to serve me because I was "rude on the phone". Take from this what you will, but they really need to clean up their act. read more

The people who work in the deli have horrible attitudes. I went to get a pound of sliced turkey. There was two girls there completely ignoring me and they made eye contact. They knew I was there. I stood there patiently waiting for what seemed like forever. One girl goes to the back completely ignoring me. The girl at the hot bar rolled her eyes and decided to come help me finally! I never said a word I waited patiently. Why the attitude? I actually worked in the deli and bakery for a long time at Walmart in another state. We were taught that you never keep a customer waiting and you definitely don't roll your eyes and have an attitude because you have to help a customer. We were in a very high volume deli and still made time to make the customers feel welcome. In the Enterprise Walmart about 6 months ago I found rotisserie chickens on the hot coop 9 hours past bake time! They need pulled and chilled after 3 hours! You will make people sick! read more

Every time I buy the baked chicken from the Deli at Walmart I get this dry mess of a chicken that should have been thrown out long ago. I am sick of wasting my time and money on it. I went to the Walmart in Enterprise Alabama to buy a new game camera. I bought one that was sold as a new camera but when I got home and opened up the box I discovered that the camera was a used one. They tried to pass off a used product as a new product. Now I have to drive a 40 mile round trip to take this camera back. This store also is consistently out of things. They also want to force you through their self check out lines so there is always a long line at the one or two cashiers they might have open. And just so everyone knows, you don't have to show them the receipt when you walk out the door. I never do. I won't be treated like a criminal. read more

Likely the worst Walmart I've ever been to. Auto Care Center sells batteries advertising warranties and then doesn't honor them when they go bad. Amazing how the battery has a 5yr warranty sticker on it - bought from Walmart - and then when you need it replaced they tell you it only has a 2yr warranty and accuse you of putting that sticker on yourself. read more

The whole store needs to be retrained. The pickup for my items took forever and also gave me the wrong item without consulting with me that the item was sold out. Had false advertisement for an item and the manager said it wasn't her fault. How are you the leader of your employees and say that's not your fault? You are supposed to monitor these things because you need to prevent situations like this. Making sure all the prices are correct so the customer will have satisfaction that this is the right price. It was clear as day that the item I had in my cart said it was 12.94. She tells me nothing over there is $12.94. So why are you having false advertisement for this item? She couldn't give it to me for the price that was obviously right above it clear as day. What kind of manager doesn't take the fall or apologize for the inconvenience? The customer is always right. Your employees needs to make sure that when they put out items that are new to change the pricing immediately if its in a new location in the store. The manager has no leadership skills at all and doesn't care for customers at all. She needs to be a cashier because she does not deserve to be a manager with no leadership skills at all. The whole store is discombobulated, they need to care that they have a job and care for the convenience of their customers. This is the only walmart in Enterprise, they have to stock these shelves more often as well. Employees are oblivious of what's going at a place they work at. How? At least get an answer for me. I didn't have a very good experience with the Pickup at this location. I couldn't find it in my app (perhaps because they don't do refrigerated groceries yet?). They don't have a parking area where you pull up and they bring your order to you, you have to go into the store. I ordered through Walmart.com on Wednesday about 9:30am and it said my order would be ready that day. I figured I could go get a few cold items and produce and pick up my order before dinner. At 4:30pm I called because I hadn't received the email yet, and they told me someone was on the floor pulling my order at that moment. I called again at 5:30pm, and the customer service woman told me to call back in 20min because everyone was busy. I tried and she said the same thing. By then, I had to go to Publix to get the items I needed to go with dinner which was inconvenient. I tried to call 3 times the next day and was told to keep calling back. I tried again Friday morning and was told two more times to call back. I finally received a text and email at 9:23am that my order was ready. I stay busy, but I made time to go grab my order after lunch. When I arrived I was greeted by an assistant manager and 2 other employees. She told me I had to wait because my order was only partially ready. They had to go pull the rest off the floor. I asked why it wasn't ready and that I had been waiting for two days, and she said that their Pickup tower was broken. I don't know when that happened, but I wish it would've been updated on the website or someone would've told me when I called, OR someone would've called me to explain the delay. That would've been the best customer service plan. I still had to ask what the hold up was when I arrived. So I had to wait another 10min to receive my order. Then while I was waiting for my kids, she came over and said she was sorry and offered me free coupons that were sitting on the table for anyone to grab, like she was doing me a favor. Amber Barrong: Excellent employee. Professional, kind, friendly, and excellent at her job. Thank you for all your help, taking care of my son, as I am stationed thousands of miles away. The fight he got unnecessarily because someone at the pharmacy didn't do their job correctly... you fought for my son. You are incredible. A blessing. As he stood there, literally having asthmatic symptoms, that were getting worse by the minute from all the stress; and I could hear his constricted breathing just getting worse by the minute, over the phone, while trying to deal with this Walmart pharmacy; as she (the evening pharmacist) held his money and prescription, having not told him that she had NOT put all his medication in the bag, nor giving him the bag until after he paid for it. Then telling him he couldn't get his money back, nor the original prescription (to leave this partial prescription, and go elsewhere, where they had all the medication prescribed in stock); nor allowing him to give the bag of meds back (in "sealed" boxes) was just unbelievable. What this pharmacist did was appalling and unacceptable. The abuse this Dependant (mil dependent) underwent was uncalled for and the pharmacy was unprofessional. However, "you" stood up for my son, made calls to the GM, spoke with the pharmacist, and supported my son. I hope Walmart knows just what a blessing you are. This could've gone very south. We were trying to figure out who do we call next? The military police? Our lawyer? Report this pharmacy to "their" correct authorities? Amber and the GM for Walmart (not the pharmacy manager-who never answered her phone or called back, after more than an hour) handled everything. All was made right. Thank you Amber (& Walmart GM-you Rock). You are are an absolute blessing. I wish many blessings upon you. Thank you l, Amber, for protecting my military family as we continue to serve. read more

Heading to FL after a few stressful days in Alabama... stopped for lunch in the pouring rain and of course the "check tire pressure" light comes on... tried three different places all closed... decided to try WalMart Auto Center... took us right in / found the source of the leak (darn nail!) - patched it and we are on our way... took less then 45-minutes from start to finish!
