Visited this Walmart several times while on vacation here and never had a problem! They have self-checkout lanes, so that was a plus for me. We went in and out. If we needed help, the employees were always extremely friendly and attentive. read more

Had forgotten an item when traveled and stopped by to get it. Other than the person at the door none of the staff was friendly. One person I asked for helped even came across as if I was unconvincing her. I would probably try a different location next time or a different company. read more

Has a very big selection of different things as to be expected from a Supercenter! The customer service is not good at all, if your looking anywhere near the electrical (phones esc.) service area you will have to stand there forever just to see a worker in the area I've waited for over thirty minutes before. The people who work in the tire checkout are unbelievably rude every time! I have never had a good experience with the workers back there. Also be careful placing orders for delivery or pick up they substitute or take away items that are in the store, Ive had to run in the store after getting an order because I forgot something and almost everything they were "out of" were fully stocked in the store. read more

I couldn't even rate this horrible customer service in the auto center. I bought tires less than a year ago and the wire is showing. The worker goes let me talk to manager and said only can replace 1 tire you have to pay for the other 3 then comes back after talking to manager and said we can replace 2 and wanted owners manuel then comes back and Said we can replace tires we asked to speak to the manager the worker ran in quick and all of a sudden the manager is on lunch and close in an hour the lady that was working behind the counter was very rude too. I ordered a trashcan for pickup. For some reason, it had to be delivered. Then I got a delivery notice and a picture of the trashcan on someone else's porch. I called the store. They told me I would have to call the deliverer. I asked to speak to a manager. The representative took my number because all the managers were on break. I never got a call back. I called the 800 number, and a wonderful person named Mamoud helped me in 2 minutes with a refund and apology. Probably won't ever get one from our local store. read more

The floor employees are a piece of mentally questionable work in that store, especially one named Allika who was standing last in line on a self-checkout counter at quitting time. I have a disability along with active cancer and bathroom urges are unpredictable and sometimes frequent. After standing for over 20 minutes in a long line, I asked some people with cart in front of me to go ahead and switched places, telling them I would be back very soon. Allika was very arrogant and rude, trying to take away my cart as I spent about three minutes in the bathroom. The people in front of me told me what occurred, and I gave Allika a mouthful about treating people with disrespect. I know it was late and employees are worked to death, but this was going way too far for someone who only wanted to shop, checkout and leave but has a medical condition which I suffer from and cannot control symptoms effectively at times. We have been to a lot of different Walmart's in numerous states, this one by far has the worst customer service . The store it's self is very clean and of course has a lot of different product but the customer service , especially from management ( asset protection manager, she needs to improve that attitude) is horrible. I had less than 20 items in my cart, as did the other 8 or 9 people inching toward the register. I even called while waiting in line and told the person who answered that I and others were in line and could they possibly open another lane. This was at about 11:15 in the morning. Walmart is so ubiquitous that it's kinda easy to forget which one you're in. As super centers go this one is large. It covers most of the bases, food, electronics, clothing, housewares, crafts, outdoor and auto, etc. Though last I checked it now longer sells pet fish, which I sent as a good thing since I can't recall a Walmart with live fish that wasn't neglecting them. All the rest is well stocked and seems to be within acceptable levels of cleanliness for a big box sellall store. read more

I have shopped at this Walmart in Farmington, NM for twelve years. It has undergone several remodelings and improved a lot. I love it because their prices a low and they have a full grocery store as well as most other items you would need in one place (clothes, pharmacy, hardware). Customer service is hard to judge since everyone has a different issue. If I return an item, I don't have any problem. read more

I went there to get 4 balloons inflated with helium. We went to the back where the restrooms are. We touched the pin pad and it said "Assistance is on its way". It had to be pushed 3 times and still no one came. I ended up going to customer service where I payed them. They tell me to go to the bakery section and came to find out they said they don't do that anymore. They tell me to go back to customer service and they tell me go to the back someone will be there. We tell the manager and she said "oh well my radio didn't go off". So, I go back to the back and waited 20 minutes while still pushing the button. No one came. Employees just walked by. Finally, a young employee came to help us then a older lady thanked her for helping us. I do not recommend this Walmart until they fix there attitude!! read more

Customer service is horrible at this location. I went all the way up the chain to co-manager Robin, who was incompetent, and refused to provide good customer service. I had a simple return, in which I paid cash, had the receipt, and was within 2 days of the transaction. 1 associate, one manager, and one co-manager could not figure out customer service, or how to keep a 35+ year customer satisfied. I was then directed to 1-800 walmart, which was a joke. All they did was refer me back to the clowns at this location. Customer service has gone into the toilet. I bet Mr. Sam Walton is rolling in his grave. He would have never tolerated such incompetence or lack of customer service. read more

Auto care center? More like rent a center. I had to buy the tools in the store for them to work on my car. They told me. "We don't have the tool". So I go to the Hardware department and buy the tools for 3$. PLUS!!! they broke my TPMS sensor for tire pressure readings. I've been here for 3 hours and they're barley taking off the first lug nut. And I was 3rd in line. Time is money? Nope. Just trainees looking for a easy paycheck. If I were you I'd have your uncle who fixed cars back in high school do the job. NEVER GO TO THE AUTO CARE CENTER. read more
