The store is clean and its very easy to find your desired departments, and if you can't there are some very friendly and helpful employees to guide you in the direction that you so desire. I grew up with my mom shopping at JC Penny on a regular basis and always coming home fully satisfied, and her delightful experiences some how have gotten passed down to me, so that I too can experience them as well, Thanks mom, and thanks JC Penny for a delightful experience..

It was a $30 shirt, so now I'm taking a loss on a shirt that is completely useless to me. The manager was really cold and has no business being in this industry. Beware buying things from this store. They didn't warn me at all when I bought it. When I went to return it. They said that it's on the receipt, but I've never heard of this policy anywhere else and I didn't think that it was a thing at all. I have proof that I purchased the product and I have everything that came with it when I purchased it. I get that they don't want people to return items, but that's just a part of the retail industry. It happens, but yeah, apparently not at this store.

When we…read morearrived in the parking lot in farmington mo, a jeep pulled up next to us in the other handicapped spot. The guy got out of the car and hopped up on the curb and started talking with a group of employees. I made a comment about no handicap tag or placard on the jeep and was ignored. I went and did my shopping. The employees and the male moved into the store and were talking loudly at the freezer area and the male was moving around just fine. I finished my shopping, got to my car and the jeep flew back into the handicapped spot. I asked him if he was disabled because this is handicap parking. He told me to mind my own business and he is disabled as and can park wherever he wants. I am 64. He is maybe early 20. I said he needs to display his placard whenever he parks. He then told me to mind my own damn business because he is an employee and can park wherever he wants. My son then told him Ryo have so e respect. The male then yelled he was dropping off medicine so he can park where he wants. Now, a group of employees come out of the door and stand in front of my car. The one he was visiting has to be a mother, Aunt, grandma? Of his. They look alike. She has a really dark tan, full figured, dark hair. He had short lighter hair. She just stood there the whole time saying nothing. The male called myself and my son filth and said he would kick our ass. It took all I could to convince my son to not react. We left and I said I was going to call corporate. Of course corporate is too busy to take phone calls. I took a picture of the back of the jeep and it's license plate. The manager never said a word. This is disgraceful behavior on dollar tree employees and possibly guest.

ALTHOUGH, last time I went in there I was sorely disappointed and the meat department. I don't know if it was incompetence or laziness.....I asked to have a 5lbs bottom round sliced at 1/4 inch for jerky. The guy asked if he could do that to another employee and I explained (I shouldn't have to) that I've had it done before. This is the butcher area of the meat department......a lady walked up and tells me it will take forever to get done . I said "to slice a 5lbs bottom round?" She said "ya, you usually need to call in a day before to have something like this done so we have time." Absolutely mind blown . It's take 3-4 minutes tops to slice one. Mind you, this is after I explained I've had it done multiple times. I just laughed and left. I didn't even trust them to slice it at this point. She told me it would take approximately 1 hour to accomplish lol. I left and had it down somewhere else in under 10 minutes. While this place is usually just OKAY, I was left with a bad taste in my mouth after this interaction. Obviously I'll still go back for some things, but I'll be avoiding this meat department. I would rather pay a little more somewhere else than deal with that type of service again.
