If I could, I'd give a -5 star rating. I don't know who is in charge management wise, but they need to stop being lazy and make sure that products are in the CORRECT spots. They also need to make sure that all aisles and walkways are clear so that customers can actually get through. I was just there and there were so many carts with products on them just left around the store to the point that customers had issues getting to where they needed to go. The laziness of management is causing the in-store experience to end up being a nightmare. I have no idea how this store is functioning, to be honest. Daytime employees are also really lazy and tend to ignore customers if and when they need help. I only ever really come to this Walmart because it's close to my house. But this is ridiculous. Get with the program and do better. read more

The service desk has lazy people on it. I tried calling in to let them know from a pick up order I had, I had missing items, I sat on hold for over 20 minutes waitting. the issue of having no cares for their customers. I feel they do this as to prevent it from being anything negitive. They can avoid answering thinking someone will just hang up and not deal with it. The only reason I haven't gone in and confronted them is the distance. However the time it took to get someone on the phone is STUPID! Then they decided to play phone tag with me. IF EVER you are in Findlay and need to go to walmart do the smart thing and go to the one on Tiffan Ave. At least they answer phone calls right away, and help you out. I ran in to grab a few items and seen an alcohol item on clearance and said heck let's try it. Got to the register and the item rang up at regular price. I point this out to the associate and he said he want allow to adjust the price but he would go get someone that could, he came back after a few minutes and said it's company policy that they don't fix prices would have to pay full price. I told him to get a manager and the manager came out and said that they don't price match of fix prices on items that ring up wrong! I will never step foot in another Walmart I will drive 100 miles out of my way just to avoid going to a Walmart read more

I have a pickup order, and I checked in on the app more than a half hour ago. Still waiting for someone to bring out my order.

Question, is it customary for head cashiers and security to be profiling customers based on gender, age or race even. I have a family member who does the grocery shopping for our family. They have noticed that upon checking out a few employees are near. It never occurred to them that they were being profiled. A couple of times they have double scanned an item and "luckily" a cashier is there to "help" out. This family member never thought that they were being observed, but they were. It's a small world and it was brought to this family member's attention that they were being "observed". Comments were made by certain higher employees that "these people" always try to steal. Trenton Ave Walmart shame on you. This family member does not want to shop at this location anymore. Online shopping is probably the only option, hopefully I don't get judged by the vehicle I pull up in to get my order. Disappointed customer. read more
