Or, I could select "pick up", save $30, and wait 4 HOURS for someone to bring it out to the parking lot. I tried to explain my dilemma to the woman working customer service. She could not understand me because she spoke NO ENGLISH! Frustrating. I forgot to mention literally everything here is locked up. Want to buy deodorant? It's behind locked panels. Want to pick up toothpaste? It's also locked away. Aspirin? Nope. Locked up. For self check out, they now keep you in a line back into the clothing department. As one of 4 working registers becomes available, they lower the "velvet rope" and motion you towards that register, as if it's a privilege to be permitted to complete self check out. I give up attempting to shop at this Walmart. I would rather drive another 5 miles to the one where they don't have everything locked away.

Very Disappointing Experience…read more I had a very disappointing experience at Bravo Supermarket today. I was in line with my groceries, waiting to pay. There was one customer ahead of me, and I briefly stepped away to grab some flowers that were right next to the checkout. When I came back, I noticed the cashier was charging my groceries to the customer in front of me. I immediately explained that we were not together and that she was putting my groceries on his purchase. She started taking the items off, but the customer said he wanted to keep the potatoes. The cashier allowed him to keep them and then told me that if I wanted potatoes, I would have to go back and get another bag myself. I was extremely frustrated because those were the potatoes I had selected and paid for. I couldn't understand why, after the cashier's mistake, I was the one being inconvenienced while another customer was allowed to keep my groceries. I ended up leaving without them. The way this situation was handled was extremely disappointing. Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how you treat the customer afterward. I felt completely disregarded and treated very poorly. I hope management takes the time to address situations like this because customers deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy.

I promise, it will not happen again…read more Before driving the 40 minutes to this store, I "clipped coupons" online and made my shopping list. There were long lines for gas (30¢ a gallon cheaper than Key Largo). Inside the store, I worked down my list. I save $2 off the 24 bottles of Fiji water. Went to find the Cascade. Nope. Only mega giant containers and not the ones pictured with the clipped coupon. Went to find the Quip toothbrushes. Nope. Not at THIS BJ's. The Trident White. Nope. Don't have it. And so on and so on. Out of 22 items I had on my list, they only had the Fiji water and I think that was because they had just brought a palate onto the floor. The lines for gas dissipated, so I got 5 gallons, saving $1.50. Today's shopping trip, I saved $3.50, so not even close to break even on my $15 membership fee.
