I shop online at walmart and all the deliveries are on time and most of it is quality stuff

This is a typical Walmart and closest to my home. It seems more industrial now as shop from home service is really good these days . When you go on the store workers are all over the place filing orders for the shop at home program which is a good thing I guess they are busy working. I find that stock is usually good, prices are low and they sell the same food as 99% of other grocery store's. Yes the people shipping can be interesting at times but this is middle America for sure. I go to the store to buy food not hang out ha ha. If you want a fancy store they are around but cost more. read more

Attempted to purchase 4 tires from Walmart for instalation at this supercenter on 8/3. Appointment set for 8/14, 3 tires arrived on time. 4th tire never arrived. Prepaid for tires when ordered. Appointment was canceled. No problem charging my credit card for $348.42. I have contacted Walmart customer service 5x for help, no resolution. I went to the supercenter for help, and was told "nothing they can do", and I would have to contact FedEx. Getting stonewalled on getting a refund. read more

This place is a joke when it comes to anything in the tire/auto shop all idiots. The skinny tall one that thinks he is in charge is a complete A hole. Just to get an appointment to get warranty work done it takes 3 days to get ahold of some one. If you do you will just be put on hold so they can stand around talking with each other. Went into Walmart this morning to pickup a Western Union, that I sent to myself. The girls at the counter instead and f finding out anything said" I couldn't get the money because it wasn't allowed. Yes you can send money to yourself via using a virtual card. There was something about a test ? Which no one asked me. They blatantly lied to the manager and said yes they asked. No they didn't. Really upsets me when people don't know anymore. They either guess or never find out. This Walmart is going down fast. I like this Walmart because it's convenient. But service like I just got was very rude. Thankfully I went to Kroger where Stacey was very helpful. read more

I honestly wish that I could give this place more stars but the fact that they continually are out of basic need items I cannot. We recently moved out here to this area and Walmart unfortunately happens to be the closest place that we can go to shop so we often have to stop in. We definitely focus a lot of our eating habits around organic fruits and vegetables which unfortunately Walmart has a very very limited selection of. It's also very difficult to find any type of specialty items here such as different types of cheeses and different types of bread. As for the positives, they do have a decent amount of home goods and their pharmacy area typically has everything you need. The employees here are very helpful so that definitely makes it easier. It would be very nice if they would focus a little bit more on healthier food selections in the future considering the way things are these days. read more

I can't say enough good things about our experience here on New Years Eve. My mother, kids, and I were driving my dads truck across the state to spend New Years with family. My dad passed right before Christmas and it has been very hard. Driving down the expressway I had a light come on for tire pressure. We were able to exit quickly and got to a gas station. Got out to get air in it and could tell it was more than just low air, it was going flat quickly! Called Walmart Auto Service and explained our predicament. They told us to come right over. I aired up as much as I could and drove across the street. Kind from the minute we got there and helped us get on our spare tire after realizing there was no help for the leaking one. In and out and back on the road within about 30 minutes. I can't say thank you enough for their understanding at a time where we have already been struggling so much, they took care of us like family. Thank you all SO much! Mr. Rogers said to look for the helpers, we found some last night. read more

Walmart auto center is great. My battery was about to die. I had just gotten off a ten hour midnight shift. They installed a new battery right away and didn't pressure me into upgrading at all. Awesome job automotive staff. Thank you. read more

This past labor day weekend, I had to go shopping with my brother for just a phone charging cable. My brother is sick and on a bunch of different medications as well as having an internal device with an external controller. He needs to carry his medical equipment and backups with him at all times. In case of an emergency and he's not alone or a first time shopper that has had to carry medical equipment around with him. My brother had to go to the restroom so I took His larger bag of supplies straight to the back of the store with me thinking I'd be able to quickly get the cable and just wait for him to leave the restroom. On my way to the back of the store two associates mid conversation stopped talking to watch me walk back which I found odd but tried to pay it no mind. Well I waited for an associate to become available to unlock the case the apple cords were locked in and my brother walked up to me while I was waiting. My good friend of these last ten years was the one to unlock the case and cash me out as she was running electronics on her own that day. We leave the store thinking everything is fine because we like everyone else went in, found what we needed, bought it, and left. My friend called me about 20 minutes later because she's off her shift but as she was getting packed up another associate that knows her and I asked if I was just in the store she of course said yes. The associate let my friend know a call just went out over the walkies asking if we bought anything and she told them yes I bought a cable and left. He then called the person that made the call over the walkie talkies and let them know. The person on the walkie asked about our bags if we bought those or if they were checked for merchandise. My friend explained to the associate that we came in with them and those were our bags with my brothers medical supplies is in them and she knows us which is why she knows all this. The person over the walkie after being given this information stated knowing us doesn't mean we didn't steal and they should have watched us better and checked his bags. Unbelievably frustrated and knowing the accusations had a racial undertone( even though we have never in our lives been in any trouble criminal or otherwise) we went back up to the store and told all of this to the assistant manager on duty. He seemed... Nice but he didn't understand the issue and mainly took issue with that information being relayed over the walkie talkies saying he'll interview everyone and go over the policy to not share such information that way... He didn't say anything about the discrimination and dealing with that... I went back one day after this incident to get groceries and I have never felt so uncomfortable and like I shouldn't be there in my life and after that incident and that last time grocery shopping I know I will NEVER SHOP AT ANOTHER WALMART AGAIN. My dignity and name are worth much more to me than the convenience and opportunity to be discriminated against for no reason other than my race. If you are a person of color and you must shop at Walmart do not shop at this one as you will be accused of stealing even if you have a receipt showing what you have purchased as management will do nothing about correcting the behavior of their associates. read more

Never enough cashiers at Fowlerville MI supercenter The workers on the floor run away if they see you to ask a question....Cashiers are rude..many times when I get home at least one thing I bought is not in the bags and have to go back if I have the time...don't want to go back..shopping is not fun anymore, it's a chore...Walmart is higher in price than food items not on sale at Meijer and Kroger in Okemos MI...I look at their online weekly ads now before I shop I'm going to go to Okemos and get cheaper...like Coke always on sale..and meat sales...Walmart NEVER...very high priced...done with Walmart in my town...enjoy the drive to Okemos... read more

Since they have changed their hours I notice the service because crap ( not the workers god these are the best Walmart workers out of slant location I've been too ). Every night the U scans are closed with one register open maybe 2 if your lucky. I came here the other day for medication for my son, I had 2 ITEAMS 2! I had exactly 6 people in front of me, and most of them have baskets full to the top. I don't know what they are trying to do with cutting hours or whatever, but people here are completely annoyed I know it! read more

Stopped in a couple weeks ago to buy tires for my truck. The service rep was courteous and helpful. He ordered my tires and they were in the store and installed the next day. Stopped in this afternoon to buy tires for my car. The experience was night and day different. Took 10 minutes for anyone to help me at the auto counter despite the fact that 3 service reps were assisting a couple at the other end of the counter. Finally a kid with red hair emerged from the service bay and asked what I wanted. I told him I wanted to buy tires for my car and gave him the brand, model and size. His response? "We don't stock those." Strike one. I asked him if he could order them. His response? "You can go online to Walmart.com and order them." Strike 2. I explained I had just bought tires from the store a week ago and was assisted by a helpful staffer who ordered my tires and scheduled my appointment for me. His response? "We can't order that size." I drive a Chevy Trax, not a Maserati. I have never seen anyone so interested in not doing their job than this kid. It's hard to believe the store is so desperate for help that they keep this guy on staff running off customers. read more

Check every single product you buy from here, you'll be surprised to see many are past the expiration dates!! Do NOT recommend buying any produce from this store, it will go bad within 2 days of purchase. I will gladly drive down the road at a different store to buy my produce from them, it lasts well over a week in my fridge. Curbside is decent but again, dont bother the produce. Ive had already moldy tomatoes sent home with me from curbside. Not sure how they missed a tomato that's covered in green. read more

Unfortunately I had to give it a star to get out of this screen, this store definitely needs a negative. This is one of the worst stores I have ever been in, I mean don't get me wrong they are all pretty bad. Nothing is ever in stock, you can never find an associate or manager, and the rudest associates ever when you do find one. Yes, all Walmarts are pretty much the same; no employees, 20 cash registers and only 2 open, etc. The reason I shopped here was because it was 3 blocks from my house, well not anymore, I will drive 10 mins to get better service, friendlier associates, and in stock products. This was the last time I will ever shop in this store or any Walmart for that matter. I don't appreciate being treated like an idiot by your argumentative electronics associate, and it's apparently not the first time he has been rude to people, but let's keep him anyways because we are in need of help, who cares about his customer service skills. I know that this review, store complaint, etc. won't do any good, because that's how Walmart rolls they don't care about the customer, it's all about them and there $$. To bad, the company is no longer ran by an American! Sam Walton would be turning over in his grave if he knew how his company was being ran and has been for a long time now. I am a well educated adult that previously had worked for this shithole of a company years ago, and I am so thankful I was smart enough to see thru the bullshit, lies, etc and came out knowing a lot more then people may know. Meijer, Target, Costco, Best Buy & Kroger, are still by far better. Yes, they may cost a bit more at times but way better quality, and sometimes they are cheaper, and you don't have to wait in line for 10 mins to buy 1 item, and actual can find an associate that is more than willing to help you, because that's why they are there for Customer Service. read more
