If it were not for having a fabric section I would avoid this WalMart. It's the closest store to me that has a fabric department. The lack of good help here is astounding. I stood back in the sewing dept at the table for 25 minutes AFTER telling the girl up at service desk that I would need help cutting fabric. I knew what I needed when I walked in the door and I knew (from so many experiences) the lack of service the WalMart in Fulton gives. I thought to save time I would tell them I needed fabric cut before I even went back there. I heard them call for service as I walked back. I had my bolt of fabric at the cutting table and waited. 15 minutes later I went back up to desk and they again called, after 5-10 more minutes some younger girl with an angry face came finally. She waited on me without saying a word. This was on a Tuesday. It was around 10 am. Not exactly rush hour or anything. So much for saving time and telling them as I walked in. The service here sucks. No one is ever working in really any department. You need something in electronics? Well good luck tracking someone down. Oh and don't even bother calling they won't answer and if they do they will just transfer you to a phone were it just rings constantly for like 30 min and you get so mad you just hang up. I tried to get the manager on the phone to complain about the lack of service and I was answered rudely by someone at the service desk and never got to speak to the manager. Overall this wal-mart is one of the worst ive ever been to. read more
