I would give them a -1 star if I could 05-19-16: I had an issue with a NEW (from yesterday) glucose testing kit and they said I needed to buy a new one to replace a 1 day old unit. Once again here is s very good example of how NOT TO OFFER customer service. I called the manufacturer and everything the pharmacy told me about the kit wasn't correct they're sending me another one. After I voice my complaint to the pharmacist with other customers around me that's when she decided maybe she might be able to help, to little to late!

However, once again, I walk thru the doors of Eddie Bauer and spend a couple hours enjoying shopping. I needed some jeans, and as a bonus, I needed a smaller size! I also found some nice layering sweaters on clearance, some tops for 70% off, oh, and I bought a couple pairs of jeans and they were 50% on one and 70% on the other. I didn't have my card, so they used a drivers license to call it in so we still got our EB points AND I was able to use my $10 rewards discount. I love this store. I went there with my respite group. Our caseworker went to buy some black pants, and we were just…read moreminding our own business when this primitive troglodyte of a mall cop came up to us and accused us of stealing. Then this red-haired chick just pointed at me and was like, "IT WAS YOU. YOU STOLE." They refused to back it up with any proof. I offered them to search my bag, and our caseworker asked for video proof, but the staff said that we didn't need video proof because they saw it with their own eyes. When, my good fellow citizens of Kansas, has that ever been sufficient evidence for ANY crime? I have reason to believe that the staff were just discriminating against us because we didn't look well-off enough to shop there. Their claims were totally unwarranted, completely unnecessary, and entirely untrue. Furthermore, they refused us access to video footage evidence merely because they knew they would look like the foolish, patronizing simpletons who had everything handed to them their whole lives that they very much are.
