This is my favorite store and the employees are very nice. If I can't find it in the store than I will order from Walmart.com

dealt with Miss becky AGAIN today and a few weeks ago at self checkout. who hired this lady!? she's NOT customer friendly! I rang my 30 or so items with my kids. I noticed the socks came up $4-$5 MORE. So I had my kids go back to take a photo for proof to show Karen... I mean BECKY... and she said she needed a more clear photo to match it up With what I rang up. CLEARLY, in the photo my kids took, it had a HUGE red sale sign and the entire rack was filled! but NOOOOO. becky couldnt NOT argue. so I told her to have an employee go look this time because I'm not gunna have kids kids go back again for the THIRD time! so she got upset and said "well, then you're just gunna have to go to customer service and they can ring you up for the socks because I cant leave self checkout" I replied saying " no, I dont want TWO separate transactions I want It all on the same transaction, so I'll just have customer service ring it all up for me" becky said "they won't do that for you and there is no manager that is here to help you" so I replied saying "oh yes they will, and I took my cart and went to customer service where there were TWO PPL not helping A single customer !! I asked for a manager to speak to and as I was telling the manager named firew (I think was his name) and told him I was having an issue with Becky again And all I need is her to fix my socks that came up the wrong price.. then BAM out no where Becky shows up!! Wait, but I thought Becky Couldn't leave self checkout?? then she hands the suspended ticket to firew, and she tells him "she's a good one" EXCUSE ME!!??? don't you dare disrespect me in front of my children ! I was very polite, never raised my voice! and now shes going to come to CS and harass me MORE!? BS! and I told Becky I was going to do another review on her, her reply.... "ok good" firew didn't ask any questions , I showed him proof on my phone and BAM he fixed it , now., why was that so hard for BECKY to do for me? over $4 she's gunna get a bad review and a very angry customer... not worth it! Shame on you Walmart, hire people who are friendly and that are customer service friendly! and shame on you Becky! This was NOT the first encounter I've had with you being rude and disrespectful to me in front of my children! you're in the WRONG career! you need to be fired! read more

I'm very disappointed that i was charged for two transactions of 208.00 dollars and I only made one. Walmart refused to give me my money back, told me that it was my banks fault to take it up with them. I better get my money back, so be careful and watch your bank account Walmart trying to steal from you. read more

One of the nicest cleanest Walmart stores I have been to! It seems the employees work hard to keep things stocked! I love shopping here!

Cashiers and managers need to learn how to ring up/redeem printed and online gift cards. Never more than two cashiers on registers.

Staff member ignored me consistently after I asked him for help. (Name might be jeremiah since other people were talking to him).

So, I am not one to complain but, I had my oil changed not to long ago, and recently I noticed the part under my car that needs to be unscrewed to do the oil, is now hanging and ruined. I work two jobs an make next to nothing at both, so I call to talk to someone about my finding, I was put on hold for a long time, and then was told" umm we now close at 5:00" so I got to make it there on Saturday in person, and I first find out, no, they are still open normal houses during the week. ( lie 1) I then talk to a manager, and explain the issue, he says we won't take anything off, we now vacuume out the oil, but I will check the video of your car being done. He comes back 5-10 mins later, no we did not take the bottom thing for the oil off, thank you have a nice day! I am pretty sure it was not the truth because of lie 1, they didn't want to talk to me, because they don't want to deal with their mistakes!! I m extremely upset, and now have to figure out hot to get the part fixed being pay check to pay check, and it wasn't my doing!! Rebecka read more

If you need car maintenance done stop here. The last two time I have stops in for a oil changed or to get help with a tire. I was not acknowledged by the working staff. Walked out both times after ten minutes of being ignored. read more

This review is about this Walmart's Tire and Lube center. After searching all day for a reasonably priced shop for an oil change, we were recommended to go to Walmart by an other oil shop. The mechanics that were working on the day of our visit were friendly and intelligent, which came as a surprise to me. The price for my type of vehicle, an older model with high mileage, was more than reasonable. The mechanic told us our wait time would be 20 minutes, then proceeded to print off a ticket stub. This stub is very neat. It not only is used to match your car to you at check out, but you're able to scan the stub under price scanners throughout the store to inform you if your car is still on the dock or if it's ready to be picked up. Since I recently moved to the area, and was in need of a new oil changing place, I checked out a lot of places and highly recommend this Walmart Tire and Lube center. read more

I don't give many negative reviews, but this place is continually giving poor service, probably because they hire anybody. Besides painfully terrible customer service, nearly every time I've had a tire changed there (why do I go back?!), I have to come back and have it fixed, because there is a slow leak. Had an oil change there once, and they broke my fuel injector, and all of my oil emptied by the time I was halfway down the road. Yesterday, I asked for an oil change and 2 new tires, and they said it would take an hour. 5 hours later, and one trip to Autozone to pick up a part for them that they didn't have, my car is finally done. Yet I keep going back because I can shop while my car is being worked on. I think it's neat that people can work there with no experience, and learn how to fix cars, but I just think they shouldn't actually let the newbies do stuff without supervision, including handling the customers. read more
