My doctor called in some medicine and I sent my husband to pick it up. I got cough medicine and nasal spray. It was $70 for both bc the cough syrup was not covered by insurance and was $50 alone! They never told him it wasn't covered by insurance and he just said they told him this is what the doctor said I needed so he got it so I could feel better. Of course they can't take it back even unopened so I had to tell them to put notes on all our accounts that we don't want to get the medicine if it's not covered by insurance unless there's absolutely nothing else. She said they normally tell people if it's not covered and we can always deny it but they didn't tell him. Also the pharmacist asked if he has any questions about them and he said well I don't know what they are and then she says well it's Dextro............. (Some super long name) and he jokingly goes oh well that clears it up and she just huffed and walked away. Maybe it was just an off day for them as it was a busy time but not a great experience and we were not happy with it.

When we walked in we were greeted in a friendly style and waited upon in a timely manner. The food was very good, the atmosphere was friendly, and the service was outstanding. Our waitress was a young lady named Tab. She was friendly, courteous, professional and got all our orders correct without writing it down. I commented to her on her ability of recall. All in all, if one finds themselves in Graham, TX and is hungry I would heartily recommend the 'Cozy Kitchen.'

I came on Black Friday to shop and never had more than one item in my hands because the staff was always making sure to take it to the front for me. They were so helpful and kind even though they were busy. They also had 25 % off everything that day which was amazing! Such a gem in a small town! I should've gotten more photos to showcase how absolutely adorable this shop is but I only got one of the love shack fancy because it's my fave!
