I would say that you probably would wait 10-15 min after your order has been placed, so don't go if you're in a rush. I'm trying to lose weight and this one is a good one. They have all of their bowls as smoothies too, which I usually get so I can take it on the go and just sip it. The one thing I don't like is the coffee here. It is definitely unique to Mamaka, so if you like coconut, go for it. But their coffee is a coconut flavored coffee that is alright, but not something I crave. I do like coconut, but the flavor of the coffee is a bit off putting for some reason. Even in the cold brew, it has the same flavor. I usually will only get the coffee if Mamaka has a shorter wait than Ascension. It's not for everyone, but try it out!
