Went to return a video game the day after purchase because my Xbox doesn't take cds. They denied the return. Said we could only exchange it for the online card for the game which they then said they did not have. Went to the original Walmart of purchase in beautiful Fort Collins Colorado on Mason street! We called they said the same thing or it can go on a gift card if they didn't have the card for the game. We get to that location, tell them the exact same issue. They immediately offer a full refund on to the card. Whoever worked at 3 today in customer service, the girl with short black hair and the guy managing her, yall are awful, and need to learn proper customer service especially working for a multi billion dollar company that doesn't care about you at the end of the day. read more

Horrible customer service my entire family shops here on a regular basis and yet they have the audacity to accuse my family of putting stickers on items when there was never anything put on the items scanned all employees that were involved were completely unprofessional and threaten my granddaughter I don't recommend anyone go to this location especially if you have kids they are not safe! My family and I had to walk out the store with only half of everything we paid for because they had no proof of anything they've accused us of. From now on I will go out of my way to go to any other location. I would definitely recommend the Walmart manager to retrain their employees and or get rid of them if their customer service is this bad! read more

As a truck driver over the road, I rely on Walmart to replenish my necessities while I'm on the road. Now normally walmart is okay with us parking there, but on this particular day, the manager must've had a hair up his ass because I got a call from my dispatch saying that the manager called them telling me I needed to move my truck off their property immediately. Mind you, I've got probably $100+ worth of their merchandise in my shopping cart when I got that call. What's worse is I've parked here before for 2 days and had zero issues, but now I've been parked here for 15 hours. And as per usual, (as I try my best to stay out of everybody's way), I am parked far from the entrances and there are no automobiles parked anywhere near me. Also, be advised fellow drivers, your GPS will tell you that parking is allowed here, but it's obviously not. read more

Had a terrible experience here today. Went to get groceries and buy our son a bike. He rode around closely on the bike while I grabbed what I needed. We passed MANY employees and not a single one mentioned anything about him being on the bike- up until we made it to the egg section, and an older woman with grey, shoulder length hair approached my three year old as if she were going to put her hands on him. Guys, keep a close eye on your children here because these employees will cross lines with your kids when they think there are no parents around. No one should ever approach a child like that (or anyone, for that matter) and definitely not someone on the clock. If someone is breaking the rules, you approach them and let them know. You do not approach them aggressively and begin to yell. Will not be back! read more

It's always crowded. No one is wearing a mask but employees. I just ran in to get a battery never again. The store should be enforcing the rules. The staff is so busy it took forever for someone to come help us get the battery. But we were able to check out in electronics vs standing in a long line. At this point I don't care how much cheaper stuff is. If the store can't follow the states rules then I don't want to use that store. read more

Don't waste any time here just go to the other Walmart near by. The Customer service representative argued with me over a vacuum .. a vacuum that they didn't have in stock or the code for. I then confirmed with the floor manager zabierl if I may have a different vacuum in exchange for mine and he said yes so I took it to the counter. The customer service representative then argued with me additional tome about what his manager said to me. This continued by taking me in the back of the store and belittling me. The customer representative repeated himself over and over without trying to find a resolution. Ultimately I was told no because they felt as my emotions were out of line. Jake asked me if I was on "my womanly time of the month" and I was floored. I grabbed my vacuum and left in tears. So here's Walmart not taking accountability For not having stock or information for the vacuum all while mocking me your loyal customer. Unfortunately, Walmart is a cheap place to shop for most needs so we'll go to a different location for our next trip. Ordered a day ahead for 5pm pick up on Monday. On way to store, i get a text message saying order delayed and they will text when filled. I didn't get a text until 9:25pm telling me my order was ready for pick up. So I went directly to the store. Called and was told the pick up was closed. I explained about the text, was put on hold for a manager. Hung on for 20 minutes. Redialed and it rang for over a half hour. I hung up when I got back home. I am a frontline worker and working 17 hours today so yesterday was my window to pick up my groceries. And because I had to wait last night and try to pick them up, I missed out on sleep. Customer service today was very rude in cancelling my order. So, yes, tired and cranky today. Going back to King Soopers and will not shop Walmart again. read more

What a disaster. Most Walmarts I've gone to are fine. For their targeted customer base and the occasional others from outside that base - and the base itself is very large, as you know. And for their products. Some products I buy at Walmart, I have not yet found anywhere else. Fortunately, there are two Walmarts in this rambling, disjointed town of Greeley. I have always preferred the Walmart on 10th Street, but have often come to this store on 23rd Avenue. Stop! you demand, Tell me about this so-called "disaster." The last time we went to 23rd Avenue Walmart, I was suprised to see over twenty paint cans had been spray-painted with red, black, brown paints. Ace Hardware avoids this problem, as well as it can, by ensuring that Ace employees ask if they can help each customer, and stand ready to assist where necessary. They have also now chained off a couple of areas, so if you want something from that area, an escort is required. Well, don't you think 23rd Avenue Walmart should do that, too, to avoid the problem of irresponsible parents who let their five-year-olds roam free to paint and destroy? Not enough disaster yet? Packages in the toy section opened, the toys missing. Bottles of soda, contents missing (as in, somebody drank it all up), on grocery aisle shelves. Then there is the normal problem of inventory stocking. We went to get a couple of items, found where they are kept, got them there before, label says that's where they are to be found, but nothing on the shelves. Stocking delays cost money. Even "JIT" is too slow these days. Personnel were friendly and helpful. We have never had a problem with the greeters, cashiers, or stockers we have spoken with. Just, I suppose, something that has to be attributed to some certain level of management. Maybe just a supervisor or three - of stocking, of keeping an eye on the paint section, on watching unattended children. Didn't Walmart used to announce over the intercom - "Parents, please keep your children with you." - or was that another store? Either way, parents should be "encouraged" to keep their children in tow, and if they fail, rather than cost the store hundreds of dollars (the paint section this time), do what so many in sports spectators and voters do when they don't like a particular athlete or politician - "Throw the bums out!" read more

I would've given zero stars if I could. Not enough cashiers and they don't have support if they run into problems. We stood in line for 30 minutes and the girl at the checkout actually had to go find someone to help her because she put our payment type in wrong. When she came back she told us she would have to start over and ring everything again. By that time our frozen food was room temp and our cold food was warm. What's joke. I'll spend a little more and go to Target from now on. read more

This Walmart is awful. First of all I go to there gas station to fill up my gas tank and waited there 15 minutes for an attendant and then had to leave because no one assisted me. Then I go into Walmart to purchase Advil a 4 dollar product. I am wealthy enough to afford Advil of course haha. 3 out of 3 times I have been here Walmart declines my card when the bank confirms its working as well as purchases at king soopers and other stores work. Obviously there is something wrong with this Walmart. I feel discriminated in this Walmart and as a white woman I get treated terribly by the dominant Hispanics in this area. I'm not racist but I think it's upsetting when I'm a kind person and I get treated bad because I'm the only white woman in the store. I've had women yell at me for walking to slow or dressing up too much in that store and it's pathetic. It attracts dirty customers and therefore I no longer shop there plus their groceries are sub par. They are always out of the facial masks I use and never stock back up when they say they will. The registers are always packed with lines that you wait in for 20 minutes and the self checkout is always broken down. They provide only 3 checkers and the managers call for others to come help and it never comes. As a manager it's your job to come help not stand there if you don't have backup. read more
