Hash browns were cold and they didn't heat up my biscuit. As a result, semi cold bacon and cheese just lazily placed on biscuit without heating it too. Didn't offer to neither.

They didn't have the one I wanted in stock. So, they ordered it. She said it will be in about one week. However, the manager went out of his way and brought it to me within a couple days. I ended up having to call them back later for more material and again, the customer service was top tier.
