I have always enjoyed going to Walmart, now I am homebound, and unable to go shopping at the store. BUT , I do enjoy going online and do the majority of my heavy shopping. Oneline is very easy, priced good, good selection. I do like Great Value label. Home delivery or shipping is so convenient. Delivery has always been on time, and I do not mind tipping. I do my weekly Walmart shopping trip for all my affordable groceries. They have a good selection of organic foods and gluten free. The pharmacy is convenient and it's easy to manage refills on my phone app. There are tons of self checkout registers now, so if you shop at times other than peak hours, you're in and out in no time. Good chance to remember to bring reusable bags! Love this store and hope they stay here forever. read more

I decided to try the curbside pick up after online ordering. First problem was that it took them two hours extra to pull my items. I got a message stating things are ready to be picked up. I arrived and notified them electronically that I was there to get my items. Waited for 2 1/2 hours and finally got someone to go in and pull my items and bring them out to me. Many many other cars waited as long or longer than I did. Not the most pleasant experience. read more

I had some problems with OGP and while I was talking to the couch about 5 team members come walking back in from lunch and she ask if they were late coming back from lunch, they all replied yes with Canes drinks and her only reply was why didn't you bring me back any. I scheduled for my click list order. When I showed up they told me they were very busy and they didn't know how long the wait was going to be. WTF!!!! What's the point of scheduling a click list pick up time if they can't accommodate the time! If I could give this Walmart click list a negative amount of stars I would!!!! She then proceeded to demand I scan the bags while she was standing there. I love that this store has started delivering groceries for $12.95 a month. Down side , 2 times in 6 months they failed to have my groceries delivered at all without them giving me a notification. Also when they substitute an item they use poor choices for that substitution. They just don't care. Poor customer service read more

I've been to the automotive department several time the past few months for simple tire patch work being in construction. The first time they told me the one car in front of me would take 3 hours for for a single time repair. The second was like pulling teach trying to just do a $10 job. And this is my last, as today I got a flat and they told me the 6month old tires where to bald to repair the inner tub. Really?! In regards to the tire center, I was extremely disappointed. My tire blew with my 2 year old in the car. I put my spare on and headed to Walmart. They were unfriendly, and barely helpful. They sold me a tire but refused to put it on for me because of "Utah law." I was polite and expressed how I was in a huge hurry for work. My daughter was sitting in the car cold, and the mechanic just said "if it were closer to my break, I would do it, but I'm not, so you'll have to do it on your own." There were plenty of available mechanics and only one other client. He could have helped me out. I have no issue changing tires, but I know any other shop would have had enough customer service to make sure they finished the job of replacing a tire! I'll never go back again. read more

This is the WORST Walmart I have ever been to. I have never experienced the disrespect I did today whilst waiting for them to repair my tire. They originally told me it would take 30-45 minutes for the tire to be repaired. I waited for 3 and a half hours before they told me it would take another 95 minutes before they were even going to touch it. The woman at the service desk for the tire center had the worst possible attitude and complete disregard for time management. And the employees in the service station twiddled their thumbs and looked bored. No work was being done on ANY vehicles they had lined up waiting. When I finally asked for the keys to my vehicle back, she rolled her eyes and huffed at me. I am very disgusted with the customer service at this location. read more

I can't say about other Walmarts in our area but the Harrisville, Utah Walmart Store #2921 at 534 Harisville Road doesn't have a "Customer Service Department. They instead have a "Customer Screw You Department". If you can show you were charged $10.00 more than their advertised price, They just hang up on you. Their optical department is GREAT but their Customer Service sucks. We will try a different Walmart in the future. read more

The tire shop is really a poor example of customer service. Try to get them to honor their lifetime rotation and balance. Do yourself a favor and get your tires somewhere else, not worth the aggravation of dealing with these folks. read more
