I went in for vinyl and got there at 8:50 I pressed the button said associate will be with you shortly 9:10 rolls around I go to electronics and ask if they can page someone they said yes they can 9:20 still nobody I then call the store on the phone they do a general page over the speakers still nobody 9:30 I go back to electronics they said sorry I only have the keys to my area I can try to get someone there 9:40 still nobody finally at 10:00 I walk up to customer service they say sorry we are trying to find someone like if your not going to have anyone for that specific area please don't lock the stuff up ridiculous if I could give a 0 review I would but for all this remodeling they were doing you would think would have their buttons linked up to some kinda assistance but no ridiculous read more

This is the third time in the last two months that this Walmart has failed to fill my curbside pickup order. Each time, they also did not answer their phones so that I could check to see if it would EVER be ready. Two of the times, they let the phone ring and ring and then disconnected the call. On the other occasion, they actually picked the phone up and immediately hung up. (BTW, this was NOT a case of their blackballing my phone number, as I used different phones to contact them.) Each of the 3 times had a different excuse -- staffing shortage due to covid, non-functioning phone system, a broken "system" that did not enter the order (but was not their fault). Twice I reported my experience to Walmart's central customer service line, but no changes have been made. None of the other chain stores in this area have such poor pickup service. I have no idea whether the problem is just due to this location, or whether it's a generic Walmart problem, but I don't intend to waste any more time and money trying to find out, since I can just go to another retail store and be treated well. read more

Watch photos are to document and verify this review Update: Sherri made things right on 7-17-15. Turns put one watch was actually defective. She exchanged the defective watch out, replaced batteries, adjusted bands, etc. However, thats no excuse for managers not making any effort for customer needs, and finding out IF SOMEONE had capabiluties. Assistant Manager Robert, thank you for making sure Sherri stayed. I found out about this. Sherri did a great job, and helped me with one of the watches at time and date of purchase. Now lets get qualified people on jewelery to stay til 10, or have 75% if the employees trained for those duties found at the jewelery counter. Walmart on McCord is getting much worse. I went on my bike from North McCord road to purchase a couple of watches and a few other items about 3 weeks ago. One watch stopped 3 times, as the other watch had a date changing glitch. I took both watches back to get them looked at and to get a battery fix or whatnot. Last night, I took the 50 minute "detoured" bike ride on Thursday, July 16, 2015. I went through Holland, through the High School Parking Lot, and then wound up at WalMart on McCor Rd. After this extra work and time to get to WalMart, I go in and have Maria page someone to the Jewelry counter. She said to me that it was a smart idea, as she had only seen 2 people since she was working there, in that area. That was a bad sign already. I get to the empty counter area, wait 5 minutes. I get fed up waiting, as I was feeling like I was forgotten. I also did not hear a page either. So I called the store to have a manager paged. After 5 minutes went by, I saw Rick coming over to the jewelery counter. He was outside having a smoke, from the smell. I mentoned to him about fixing my 2 watches, and had the reciept, as date and proof of purchase. He did not know how to fix the watches, nor did he want to page any employee, who might. Out of all of this, due to lack of staffing around 9 pm, due to lack of manager suggestions for customer service, due to my longer than normal bike ride, and aparently bad management training and practices, i Am rather pissed! Note that there was a capable jewelery counter employee at 10 pm a few weeks prior. No reason was given as to why there was not a capable employee there last night. I called and spoke to a male manager who did the fake sounding "thanks for making us a better store." He then said that there will be a discusion with the manager about staffing issues. He agreed about inconsistent staff hours, and said it needed to be corrected. Since the incident, I had found out jewelery counter staff must also be Al Bundy.... In shoes. Not fair to the staff that is way underpaid. Have not seen Sherri since my review, jewelery or elsewhere in the store. That is sad. She took allot of time to assist me in solving my issues. If this staffing issue gets corrected permanently, i will either re-review or change this review, if possible. But the lazy union thinking and actions of Wal-Mart, which is NOT union, has to stop PERMANENTLY. read more

I bought a giftcard around 8PM with the hopes of using it right away. Nope, was I wrong. After calling Walmarts main customer service they told me to call their store, called the store I went too, and she told me there was nothing they could do.... Told me to call the number on the back of the card, yet I did and they told me to call Walmart. She also told me they don't refund cards... so there is $100 dollars down the drain. Ridiculous they are able to get away with something like this. read more

I shop here on a consistent basis. Everyone here is very nice and helpful. Great deals, of course as with every Walmart, but the people always have a smile on their faces and greet you warmly. Not sure what the other reviews are talking about. read more

The last 2 times I have had items I purchased left in bags not pushed to me the cashiers should spin that around and check had to go back and get the rest, she was too busy talking to the staff about leaving in the middle of transaction.lucky the first time my pot roast was in customer service this time looks like the next customer got 2 pair of gloves and an ankle brace.:/ read more

I went to automotive to have battery tested which was still under warranty. They tested and said it just needed a charge not a new battery. Well 1 bad battery and 700 miles later my family and i were stranded in Georgia because of a bad battery!.not only that but we were told the bad battery killed our alternator!!..and we are out of 750 bucks!! Thank you very much walmart for your careless crappy service!..trip ruined!..DO NOT TRUST WALMART..THEY ARE NOT MECHANICS!..and i was informed they dont even sell real batteries! We could have stalled on highway and been killed!..so i guess that is the upside of the whole disaster. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for car service and batteries!!!!
