Most of those one star reviews are from totally negative people that complain about everything. This is a great store, and the people that work in there have been very helpful in every way when I needed it. You can't beat the prices, the pharmacy, and yes the selection. used to work there overnight, it used to be a fun place to work but midway through new management changed Micheal decided to make some decisions without giving any of us a notice we were told to "deal with it" plently of others that i have worked with have said the same thing they didnt listen when people were making very valid points we got dismissed. Horrible auto service center. I have a dually and they put the outside wheel on the inside and the inside wheel on the outside. They didn't have time to fix it that day so I came back 2 days later and had to wait for hours for them to correct it and they acted like it was my fault that they put the wheels on in the wrong order. I went here to buy some soap, cereal, and a weave cause a toddler at target snatched mine. I went with my 4 kids and one ran to the other side of the store to look at toys. Then the employee saw her and grabbed her and dragged her to the front and said on the intercom someone is missing their kid. I went to see what happened and there was a shirtless guy that said "Your hair is hot" and I rolled my eyes and SAW MY CHILD. I snatched her out of the employees hands and said "WTF" . The service center people on the phone were extremely rude. what brought my attention was how poorly they acted when a serious event happen of a kid or parent missing, due to this I witness them just standing there and taking no action, when given a description they still stood there and acted dumb. I had the WORST experience with Walmart both In store and online. On Nov 4th I placed an order for a tv that was on sale for Black Friday. When I picked up my order today the tv was broken. I called Walmart.com customer service to see what could be done and they explained to me that I would need to go in store to exchange. When I got in store they told me that they could return it but it was an online order only and the only thing they can do is return the item and that I needed to call Walmart.com for a replacement. I called Walmart.com again waited 30 minutes on hold and was disconnected. I called again and after another 30 minutes I finally spoke to manager Hans who told me that this was considered a store order and that the replacement would need to come from the store shelves. I explained to the manager that the store told me that this comes from the Walmart.com warehouse and it was never on store shelves. He told me that I was"lied to" in store. This is absolutely unacceptable. There needs to be better communication between online and in store. It seems like no one knew what they were talking about. Long story short a replacement tv was never given after a 4 hour ordeal. I would not recommend ANYONE to use the Black Friday sales option online because if something is wrong with it there are no replacements. read more

Do not go to the auto shop at this Walmart, they are rude and Careless . we got a flat tire pulling into there parking lot, we are from out of town so not to familiar with the local tire shops. We were so happy to look and see they had a tire shop right in the Walmart! We went over there to not be greeted by anyone. Turns out they are talking and laughing in the back room. We knock on the door to ask for help and a short bearded man walks out and says "what do you guys need" we simple explain we got a flat pulling into there lot and could they possibly fix it. Without hesitation this man shuts us down. " nope can't help, not doing anymore work tonight" turns out they closed at 7.. we asked for help at 7:05.. wouldn't have minded if he kindly said no we can't but he had to be rude and have an attitude. Makes me wonder what happened to being neighborly or just kind.. absolutely ridiculous never coming to this place again! read more

What can I say, Walmart is Walmart wherever you go. This one is in a good location with ample parking. Similar to the Walmart I frequent in Arizona, it's not hard to find what I'm looking for. I found that the prices were a little higher for some food items than they were at Woodman's for the same item. read more

Walmart is a necessity within my family. Having two small kids who are both in school Walmart is usually the place to go to get school items, snacks and other things to keep the house running smoothly without breaking the bank. This Walmart is a Super Walmart, not sure if there are non Super Walmarts out there anymore. The food section of this Walmart is average to below average. Most of the time the shelves look half filled with many of the more popular items always out of stock. The produce is average and the fruit is less than desired. There is a small organic section within the vegetables and fruits section. The rest of the store is stocked well and would say that it would be above average. Usually I can find what I am looking for quickly. The staff are friendly and helpful. I usually can find someone to ask a question within moments and most of the staff are knowledgeable of where things are in the store. One thing to note is that the alcohol section is completely closed off from the rest of the store. You have to enter through a separate door, pay for it and then you can go shopping in the main part of Walmart. The alcohol section has a good selection and everything is in stock. Overall the store looks clean and is maintained well. The main concern that I have shopping there is when the item I am needing is out of stock of a continual basis. The cash registers are usually speedy if you do the check yourself out lines but you will have to wait if you want a cashier to ring you up as there are usually only a few lines open. read more

They couldn't even put a tire on a rim which takes 5-10 mins to do instead denied services because they had cars waiting for hours, there mechanics were right there and didn't stand up and say anything about doing a quick job. let's be honest, fair reviews of Wal-Mart are going to be rare. there are so many irrational haters out there, you just know that if for some reason Wal-Mart were to hand them a million dollars, they'd complain that some of the bills were a bit crumpled. also, people make unfair comparisons, like saying that Woodman's has a much better selection. of course they do, Woodman's is a huge dedicated grocery store. Wal-Mart is not, they are a retail store with a grocery section. using that same logic, you must then complain that Woodman's has a terrible selection of sporting goods, clothing, electronics and automotive products. here's the negative, the reason the one star is missing: they quite often have empty spaces on shelves. it's not as bad as some will make it out to be. on my bi-weekly grocery trip, there will probably be 2 or three things that I will not be able to get because they have not restocked the item. it's frustrating, but this problem is not unique to Wal-Mart. one small example: I need a new cat litter scooper, Wal-Mart is sold out. went to target today to get one, their cheapest one is twice the price of Wal-Mart and, yep, also sold out. here's the good: as a retail store, their grocery section is huge. target and menard's have copied them, but there really is no comparison. if you need to have 200 kinds of ice cream and 400 kinds of coffee to choose from, Wal-Mart is not your place. for me, they have everything I need to complete my grocery shopping. prices are also competitive with everyone around. some items at other places are cheaper, some are more expensive. but, if there is a printed sale ad from someplace else, Wal-Mart will match the price. quite often though, I see other store that have sale prices that bring it down to wal-marts regular price. in target today, saw they had 12 packs of pepsi products on sale, 3 for $12. regular price is $5.09 each! wal-marts regular price is $3.99 each. thanks for the big sale, target! also, compare their selection of products to other stores. Wal-Mart has a really decent automotive section, offering many different types of oil, filters, air filters, bulbs, spark plugs, wiper blades etc. I think the automotive section at target consists of a few travel mugs. Wal-Mart also has a big selection of camping and fishing gear, along with archery equipment, firearm ammunition, and they recently started selling firearms as well. what do you find in the sporting goods aisle at target? a couple of sleeping bags, that's about it. another feature of Wal-Mart that sets them above the competition: the other services they offer. in this particular store there is a Subway restaurant, some place to get your nails done, a vision center, a pharmacy and a tire and lube express, where you can buy tires, get them rotated and repaired, get your oil changed, have car batteries installed and if you change your own oil like I do, you can take your old oil and filters here to be recycled. basically, love them or hate them, no other retail store around offers as many products and services as Wal-Mart. read more

One thing I notice about this one is that the produce always leaves much to be desired, mainly as in the fruit always being wilty, moldy, oxidized, or just . . . old. Not always the lowest prices though so you should just take responsibility and compare prices all over town. read more

The grocery dept always seems to have personnel stocking shelf to ask questions and are most congenial. There is usually help in the electronics and sporting goods dept. Walmart like Target, is basically a self help. So, be patient when shopping at Walmart and you will usually find good pricing too. read more

To be completely honest...... I don't like Walmart!!! Sometimes when I walk in I get greeted.... Other times I don't and that's ok... If not for my last experience at this establishment, I would have given at least three stars. However, due to recent events I am only giving one. I grocery shop for the facility I work at. I have shopped every other week for 3 years using the same check and have never had an issue until my last visit. Employees explained to me that they "don't accept this type of check" and "whoever allowed the use of this check, should not have". This was frustrating and confusing. So, apparently a very large amount of Wal-mart employees have been accepting an unaccepted form of payment over decent period of time or nobody working at the time knew what they were doing. Either way, I left without the groceries needed for my workplace. I attempted to call and try to have my question answered the next day and was only met with unpleasantness over the phone. Also, not sure if it's relevant but I had just used the exact same type of check at Sam's club an hour prior to the issue at Wal-mart. Heading back to Wal-mart sometime this week in hopes of getting this resolved. read more
