    Truck in Walmarts automotive shop

    Sabrina in automotive along with the crew in the shop are absolutely clueless. I watched as the crew smacked my mirror into the lift and proceeded to lift the truck with the new tires still in the bed of that truck multiple times. After watching them repeatedly lift and lower my truck they came in and ask me for a 4th time what I need done? Sabrina then chimes in from her register saying they aren't able to do that. 1.5 hours after my scheduled appointment is when she tells me this and she's the one who checked me in. I try explaining this is nothing new and they've done it before but she insist they can't. They pull my truck out and I asked to speak to a manager. Sabrina calls for Leilani the manager repeatedly over a span of 20 minutes, with her never showing up. Another department manager came by to help and informed me that Sabrina was wrong and it's as easy as signing a paper to get it done, however I might need to make another appointment but insists I do need to speak Ronald about it since Leilani is nowhere to be found. Ronald shows up and Sabrina disappears to talk to him and reappears not saying a word. I finally left leaving my number for a phone call but no surprise it's been 30 mins and I've received nothing. I will tell everyone if you value yourself, your vehicle, and your time GO to a real tire shop. Get your oil changed somewhere else where you're valued. Don't Go To Walmart For Your Automotive Needs *Updated to correct the manager's name.

    Went on a Saturday around noon. Went to the deli, they only had 1 person waiting on people. This is totally pathetic!

    I do self check out because I like to bag my own groceries…read more Yesterday, like I've always done . I did a split payment. The computer froze and the attendant (male) decided to restart my check out, the other employee (female) that was already helping me got into it with the attendant because she was going to suspend my transaction, and he messed up the process. Delaying me to stay in store longer than needed. So I paid with my door dash debit card , and it took the money so she told she would have to ring me up again. And I told her that they still had my money it was taken from my account. So she decided to blame me for the computer freezing that i should have know the computer doesn't take split payments. Waited for 30ish minutes to get my stuff refunded. today 9/12 I come back to rebuy the things I needed to purchase yesterday but due to the inconvenience I ran out of time and needed to leave. So the same lady , came up to me trying to redirect me to the register assuming I had a split payment, and again tried to blame me for the register problem. And I said I don't have one , and than had the audacity to asked me loudly if I was paying with WICC giving me attitude . Last time I checked I don't need to disclose anything with anyone about how I pay for my groceries, and for her to A. To blame me For their computer problems, I have previous receipts to show that I have indeed made split payments B. For her to try to embarrass me Assuming that I was paying with WICC and of course, when I tried reaching out to customer service, no answer

    Being the only store on base to sell a wide range of products they do well having exceptional…read moreavailability and ok lines. The lines are why I took off a star, because they have a ton of check out stations, but only a couple open, but they have Baggers eager to earn money, and they're usually waiting a while because of the limited amount of checkouts open. This could be because they have self checkout, but I disagree. The line usually gets long because of the limited cashiers checking items. They have a large produce section with a ton of items there as you can see in the photo I attached. They maintain fresh food and you'll barely ever see anything that's rotten. They do have a little section in the back where the "abnormal" fruit sits, if you want to try that. I like the idea, because it makes all the fruit available and helps keep a wide range of products. Finally they have Isles dedicated to different food like most grocery stores, but they offer cultural food from different places like an Asian cuisine.

    Okay, when I initially started this review, it was going to be a 5 to 10 word sentence amounting to…read morebeing disappointed with the service my wife and I received. Then my career was threatened so this will have to be meticulous and thorough. I was in my army uniform during this incident. A little before 4pm my wife and I came to CVS to get her prescription. We first went through the drive thru and was told it will take avout 15 minutes to produce. We were fine with this and parked to wait. After about 25 minutes my wife entered the store and spoke to Shantell. Shantel told my wife that it wasnt ready and it would be an additional 15 mintues. My wife came back with that she had already waited 15 mintues and Shantell simply said, "okay" and walked away. My wife came in the car visibly upset. Some background is that me and my wife had previously spent a good portion of our evening and night at the ER for what my wife experianced as, feeling as if her throat was closing and heart attack symptoms. Luckily it was not a heart attack but after seeing her doctor we confirmed it was more likely something else. So at the time of this incident she was already sensetive to bad news. I entered the CVS a few mintues after my wife's to see if there was anything to do to hasten the process because we also had toddlers in the car that needed juice and dinner soon. I approached the counter and after asking about my wifes script I got the same answer that it would take about 15 minutes. I gently added that we had heard that answer twice and have waited over 30 minutes already. She told me coldly, "it will take as long as it will take" and began to walk off. I asked why she was being so cavalier about all this and she came back with, "If you don't like the wait you can go to the Fort Riley hospital and wait a day instead." I asked how she could treat customers so cruelly and tried to get her to understand that she is supposed to care a little bit more since she deals with people's medicine and she just walked away and waved me off. At this point I clocked 4 pharmacy employees that had to had heard the commotion and did nothing. A minute or so passed and I heard my wife's name over the intercom. I walked up to the counter and she begrudgingly did her job. Huffing and sounding annoyed. Once the purchase was made she leaned towards me and said, "I saw you write my name down." I replied yes, I wanted to make sure I remembered your name. She then said, "if you report me, I can report you. My husband is a first Sergeant. So you can try and claim I said stuff but I can report what you said to." I asked what she thought I said and she just simply replied back, "you know." So I just grabbed my bag and said you can try and damage my career if you want, but it was still wrong how you treated us." She responded at some point with, "You don't scare me, cause I served " and I just shook my head. Honestly I was just in shock by the blatant threats I was receiving. If there is a first sergeant that would seriously try to affect my career over this, know this. Your wife has caused my wife an immense amount of stress over her threats. I have five children and am doing my best everyday to show right from wrong, and your wife was in the wrong. Whether I wear this army uniform or not, No one deserved to be treated this coldly and this cruelly.
