Went to the "Walmart Service Center" to get my oil changed for only 55 bucks! Not a bad price at all especially for the the type of oil I use and the car I drive. I was so happy because I didn't have to do it this time. The guy who helped was really nice and answered all my questions. I handed my keys to the nice older gentleman, he told me the wait will be about 3hrs. I had 5 cars in front of me. So I ended up walking around at the near by park for an hour, had a good time there. Saw a crazy shirtless guy with a stick pretending to be the orange ninja turtle. After that, walked over to this weird smoothie place next to a subway. That's a story for a different time... after about 2 hours and 40 minutes I get a call from the Walmart service center. I looked at my phone in excitement getting ready to answer the phone and hear that my car is all ready and I'm good shape! WRONG! LIKE ALWAYS! They called me to tell me that they didn't have my oil filter in stock and wanted me to go buy one at "AutoZone" and I can bring it in. They said they would credit it to me if I did so. So I was like okay let me walk to "AutoZone"! Got the oil filter went back to the service center. Waited in line for 15 minutes. Finally got to talk to someone and they told me that they marked my car as finished and told me that I had to go to the end of the line and wait another 3-4 hrs. So now I'm standing in Walmart with an oil filter and my thumb In my asssssss looking like a jerk! I calmly walked to my car sat there and felt like I just wasted so much time. They didn't even care. As I was in my care about to end it I look over and see 3 of the service techs outside sitting on a bench and having a good laugh telling jokes and just having the best time of their lives. While I'm sitting my car windows up ac off it's 110 in my car. (Just kidding ac was on). Long story short it was crap nobody cared about how much time was wasted. Good luck everybody else. read more

Gave them another try after a few months..frozen food was actually frozen this time, but the 5 pre-made salads I bought were warm (but not expired this time)...My main problem was the contactless pickup involved me rolling down my window 3 times, and one of them actually leaning in, even though my back door was wide open...and, customers are still allowed to walk around outside their cars even with signs asking them not to... read more

This is for the Mcdonalds in walmart. The employees should be replaced by robots. They keep giving out old fries that cost almost 3 dollars. The large size. This happened a few times now when my wife brought them home, i know she should have been paying attention & watching them but you would think the employee would not give out old fries. YESTERDAY from 7am onward at this Walmart was AWFUL! The line to checkout was 300-400 feet long and took forever: good thing I didn't buy anything FROZEN! Employees claimed the computers had been fried...half only of them were working and those worked POORLY. The auto department center here is amazing. We are from out of town in a rental car when we get a flat tire just after getting into oatman. After waiting 3 hours for our rental car company to get in touch with us they wanted us to drive back through the desert and all it's nothingness even though we had managed to get the doughnut tire going and were half way to Kingsman. So we finally get to Walmart and have to spend another almost three hours getting the rental car information to the company to which they try to pin the bill on us for not just the blown tire but 3 total! MVK in the auto department stepped up and saved the day. He was polite, courteous, professional and bent over back to make sure we got on our way as fast as possible as well as making the rental car company see that there was no way this was our fault. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable. The entire team did a fantastic job and were super fast at getting us back on the road in no time. Stopped in this Walmart to buy bulbs for my vehicle's turn signal. This Walmart was the cleanest, neatest, most organized Walmart we've ever seen - any place. The bathrooms were also spotless. Kudos to management and staff!!! read more

I took my car to Walmart this morning to get the oil changed. Later on in the day I decided to check under the hood to check the water level which is a service they do not provide. I understand this because the water would be very hot. To my surprise I found that the technician that change the oil had left the oil fill cap off causing a oily mess underneath the hood. The manager of the auto center did tell me to bring it back and they would clean the mess up but it is definitely a major inconvenience since I live outside of Kingman. I will never take one of my cars there again to have the oil changed or any other service work preformed. Obviously they do not have trained tech's. If you value your car I suggest you take it somewhere else to get the oil changed. read more

I just left the hospital after surgery watched the McDonald's manager argue with a customer about not sitting in their construction area instead of helping him find a seat. Ordered one thing literally one the lady asks me if I was waiting on the item she was making i responded with yes she proceeded to make one and give it to a Walmart employee and then continue taking more orders it wasn't until I started complaining that she ignored me all while the manager is trying to defend her about blowing me off and then they both start complain in front of everyone that the one girl didn't get a cigarette sorry but since when is it good customer service to air your personal laundry to customers read more

Absolutely terrible experience in this Kingman Arizona Walmart at their money center. The supervisor was so rude and condescending that I doubt that I will ever use their services again. I went there to send money to the Taos Walmart to my son as I have done many times. She took out a form and told me I would have to fill it out. I told her this is not my first time , I filled out that form so I'm sure that I am in the system. She snapped back at me and said listen ma'am this form has to be filled out every single time you do a transaction here. I said really?? After the first time I filled out the form they have never ever asked me to fill it out again. She said well every Walmart is different and this is our store policy. I said well that's funny because this is the only Walmart that I've ever used to send money. She then said well I'm the supervisor here and I will talk to the other associates because they're not doing it right. How sad that someone so rude, unhappy and miserable is working for Walmart as a supervisor. I guess from now on I'll just have to go to the bank to do my money transactions. read more

Just don't bother. The shelves are not stocked, but there seems to be plenty of associates who have time to visit with each other. Add to this, the fact that I know of one good-working individual who wasn't even called for an interview. I guess, sub-standard works for Kingman Walmart. I pre-ordered two items online and was told, directly, by email, that they weren't in stock. Went to the store to see if there were other choices than these in other brands and found that the items ordered online were in place on the racks. This was not even an hour after being told they were out. The associate who was to fulfill online orders just didn't bother. I used to manage Grocery for Walmart and I know that if I had half the staff I see doing nothing in this store, I'd have been happy - they would be keeping stock on shelves and fronted, also. My husband went to have a Sodastream canister replaced and was told "We no have". Are you freakin' kidding me? The associate did not bother to even look. Cashier's are rude with exception of a very few. Shelves are half stocked. The prices are reasonable compared to the grocery stores. To bad they are not like the Walmart in California. There they have a separate building for groceries only, not even around the department store. The staff at the stores are very friendly and helpful. read more

I wanted to shop for some last minute things at Walmart in Kingman, AZ. I must use a walker to shop and I wanted a small basket to place on the seat to collect my purchases. I could not find one at either main entrance. I asked an employee at a check-out counter where I might find one and was told by an obviously bored person, "There are only two in the whole store. All of the others have been stolen." Seriously??? Why do I have no trouble getting a small basket at any other business in Kingman? Do other businesses care enough to replace baskets? I was annoyed the rest of my shopping trip, trying to balance things on the seat of my walker. I won't be back. read more

I have been doing business with Walmart pharmacy for several years. But lately when I go to get my insulin refilled they are always out of it. My insurance is with Humana and my designated pharmacy is at Walmart. It really makes you wonder what kind of idiots run The store when They can't .even keep insulin in stock. You wait a half hour in line minimum only that here they can't fill your prescription insulin is something I can't live without. I think it's time the stores unionized and they get rid of the incompetent management that they have it's funny that all the other pharmacies in town are never out of the insulin I need but it's $400 at the other stores and what my insurance it's 145 at Walmart I think Humana need to take a hard look at Walmart as a supplier and put its patients first. This is perhaps the worst Walmart that I have ever been in. The shelves are often empty, carts are often not available. I have had SEVERAL rude cashiers. The lines are often horrendous and I am often stuck waiting back by the clothes. This weekend was the last straw however, I had an issue and management was demeaning and condescending. I was in town with my grandmother and a book came out that I had wanted to read. It was a famous author so I decided to call ahead to see if it was in stock I waited five minutes just for them to answer in the first place which is fine I understand that there is a wait of people on the phone waiting to be transferred. Once I got transferred and helped I had to wait 25 minutes plus just to find out if they had it. Then, once they answered again it was a different person completely in the same department (electronics), I asked if they had it again and the lady hung up on me after I was on hold for all that time. read more

I have actually gotten an upset stomach thinking about going to this Walmart. I had to start going to a different pharmacy because the cashiers at this one were so bad, so lazy & rude. the lines are always horrendous. The actual pharmacist was a nice man, but the techs & the cashiers were horrible. No one ever knows anything about what they have in stock or can find anything. Lousy selection. I drove nearly 200 miles round trip to buy the $115 40" flat screen tv they had advertised "WHAT A JOKE" I get there and the electronics dept manager tells me there all sold out and that they only had 7 in stock to sell she said they were sold right when the store opened and not at 8am like the ad states, she tried to sell be a larger tv to try and calm my big dissapointment down I think if your going to put something in your ad you should sure as heck have more than 7 to sell.... wasted my gas and time Walmart what a joke.I think Walmart should email me a raincheck. read more
