We've been here for a few Prescriptions and we get old with less than five minute waiting to make a lap or to come back in a half hour, but then sit behind people for an hour or 20 minutes I'm starting to wonder why are they sending me for a lap or telling me to come back for a half hour when I ask him about it their excuses don't make sense at all. read more

This location was conveniently located close to where we were staying. There were some sketchy people in the lot when we pulled in, which gave me the creeps, but the store was clean & appeared to be well stocked. I was having trouble finding a specific item, and asked a gentleman which might have been the manager I believe. He was extremely friendly and showed me right where I could find the product. We encountered him again in another aisle and again he was very pleasant. The cashier was friendly as well. When I returned to my car the creeps were still in the parking lot, and then a guy ran out of the store, as if he just stole something, got into the car & the driver practically ran into my car as he was trying to leave. I've been a Walgreens customer for my entire adult life, first in Chicago and now in Kingman for the last 14 years. I was already pretty fed up with the one lane drive-through that often takes 30 minutes to get 3 or 4 customer processed before it's my turn but I only have one steady script that gets refilled every 60 days and only the occasional one time script so I've just dealt with it. But I tried to pickup my prescription yesterday at about 5:45pm and the pharmacy was already CLOSED! They've apparently cut the pharmacy hours a few months ago (July) to 5pm and are also completely closed now on weekends!? What is this garbage?!? I was beyond livid so I immediately called CVS and began the process of switching over to them. I've been to the CVS pharmacy drive-through a couple times before, once for a Covid test but generally while accompanying friends who were picking up, and CVS has TWO lanes to service customers and they get their customers processed quickly so I had just been waiting for an excuse to switch but was afraid it was going to be a hassle. Well it wasn't, the guy on the phone at CVS made the process quick and painless and answered all my questions and concerns about switching. Today I went to Walgreens to pickup what will be my final prescription from Walgreens and...the drive through was closed and the sign on the glass said I needed to come inside. Already irritated, I went inside and shot through an aisle in the center of the store to the pharmacy area when I noticed a few people in line. As I got closer and ultimately looked around the corner and down that aisle, I realized there was a trail of people waiting in line almost to the photo department! Good bye Walgreens and good riddance, I'm done with you! I recommend to everybody that reads this to bring your business someplace else, anywhere else, you'll thank me. The other Walgreens in Kingman is no different, same hours and all, so don't bother with them either. read more

Pharmacy staff gets 100 stars. The lady that works the register is fantastic. I had an allergic reaction to latex paint. No Rx plan. So, the cream cost $150. Wow! I asked the lady if she would see if it could be cheaper with one of the discount cards provided in the Dr's office. The lady at the register input all the info and now it cost $200. The product worked immediately. But, she saved the $50 and did not give any attitude when I asked to just do a double check with the alternate card. I say this place is great. read more

The drive thru window is horrible. Have to wait for 15 to 20 min at the window only not having to find your prescription not filled.

After leaving the ER in a lot of pain and upset that I wasn't given anything for the tooth infection there I went through the drive through. The guy asked when I'd like to pick it up. I told him 8pm which it was a few minutes after 7pm. He said it should be ready by then. I was happy to get a text 10 minutes before 8pmsaying my prescription was ready. Now I feel much better that the antibiotic kicked in and glad that the guy was very nice and great customer service given. read more

Never going here again. Sick two year old was puking for three days. Pharmacist decided that he was smarter than a physician who wrote a prescription and refused to provide medication. CVS filled prescription with no hassle. No more Walgreens again. Ever. read more

My wife went by at lunch to get her prescription. She had to wait 20 minutes .. not because there was a line, but because the attendent at the pharmacy kept carrying on a conversation with another customer .. not a business conversation, but rather a how's your dog doing, my dogs Ok conversation .. the pharmacist didn't notice and nobody noticed so she just waited .. my wife is not a rude or harsh person .. I would have called them on it .. there is no reason a business shouldn't see they have customers and carry on private conversation later or when there is no line .. read more

There are only two Walgreens in Kingman, and this one is by far the best one. Managers and all employees are very helpful and provide wonderful customer service. I've been to the one on Stockton Hill and was mortified at the poor customer service that seems to be the norm at that location. This Walgreens on Andy Devine is VERY clean, always well-stocked, and again the managers and employees are excellent. I never even step foot in the Stockton Hill store anymore. I'd rather drive a little more to get to this Andy Devine location and know that I'll be treated well. read more
