Every Walmart needs to invest in security if theft is an ongoing problem. Don't have innocent people have to pay the price and wait for items they need. So many items are behind glass windows it's ridiculous. Obviously I come here to save money but I'm making far less trips nowadays because I don't have extra time to wait for half the items I need. I just had such a bad experience with Walmarts auto service center. My appointment was at 1230 and I got there at 1220. There wasn't anyone infront of me, they took it right away. After an hour of waiting, I overheard the workers talking to his manager or someone about their system going down. They couldn't check anyone out because they couldn't close out the car service or something. I wait another hour before my car is done. I go out to my car and it won't start. It sounds like the battery is dead. Which doesn't make any sense because the battery isn't even a year old. I go back inside and told the associate and they say they'll get someone and meet me at my car. This young kid comes out and says do you need a jump? I was like I'm not sure but I'm guessing so. I got an oil change and now the car won't start. He goes well we didn't go anywhere near your battery. I'm assuming they left the key in the engine because my phone connected to my car an hour before they said it was done. He jumps the battery. I said thank you! He didn't look at me, lifted his eyebrows and walked away. Not one time did anyone apologize for the wait. And then to go out to my car and it wouldn't start?? Not happy about any part of my experience. This was the 3rd time I've gotten an oil change there and never experienced such unprofessional service or employee. read more

Because I am unable to sign up for their membership (2 phone calls, an hour each phone call, and nothing has been resolved. Albertsons still has not updated my information, so I'm forced to use Walmart. I can't drive, but using an Uber at this point, would probably be cheaper then Walmart altogether. Walmart charges $10 for delivery and $10 for under a specific amount. Albertsons delivery is $4, and no minimum order is required. The parking lot is clean; easy to get in and out of. Inside is mostly like any other Walmart. In the grocery section, the frozen aisles are at the far back of the store. Cellular reception is limited in the checkout area. So, using Walmart Pay with the app can be slow. The liquor selection is located next to the Customer Service area. This requires you to complete a separate purchase. You also have to leave your cart outside of the liquor store while shopping inside. The craft beer selection is minimal compared to other locations. read more

This review is for the Walmart Supercenter auto center only. I made an easy appointment online for an oil change. I arrived 15 minutes early and waited for the tech to come out and scan my vehicles VIN# in order to ensure they have all the goods necessary to change my vehicles oil. They pulled it in after confirming what type of oil* I wanted. They said it would take approx 30 mins for the oil change. *Note the prices online are different than those posted outside the oil bay. Be sure to confirm with mgmt before agreeing and having to pay more than you expect. I waited 45 minutes then went to check on my vehicle because I had not heard anything. After 1 hours time, I was told by management, that they could not change my vehicles oil, because they did not have the oil filter. The guy who scanned my vin# to confirm said everything was good?!? I just noticed it has been nearly 8 years since I last reviewed my neighborhood Walmart. What can I say? It's a Walmart. Not the best. Not the worst. I'm lucky to have 2 neighborhood Walmart's (Blue Diamond/Rainbow) available to me. Honestly, I prefer the one on Blue Diamond, as they seem to have more items in stock that I traditionally buy. This place is alright as long as you don't ask too much of them. lol That is the best way i can put it. If there were an option for zero stars, I'd use it. The electronics section at this Walmart is an absolute joke, thanks to one employee -- Samantha. I asked for help unlocking an item from the case, and she couldn't have made it more clear she didn't want to be bothered. With a tone dripping in attitude, she told me she was "the only one working" and that "it's not even [her] job to unlock things." Excuse me? You're standing in electronics. That is your department. The dismissiveness was unreal -- no effort to find someone else, no apology, just pure "not my problem" energy. It felt like I was inconveniencing her by trying to spend money there. I ended up leaving without buying anything, and honestly, I don't blame people who avoid this location altogether. If this is the level of "service" Walmart considers acceptable, it explains a lot. Where do I even begin... If 0 stars were an option, this store would've earned it today without question. I've never felt so blatantly singled out in my life -- and at a Walmart, of all places. From the second I walked in, I had multiple obvious undercover loss prevention guys on me. No carts, no items in hand, just earpieces and bad vibes. This is a large Walmart store with more items than some other Walmart locations in the Las Vegas area. This Walmart location was clean. Most Walmarts that I have gone to are dirty. Grey haired asian lady went to go help some customers getting batteries and I was also there right next to them to get batteries. But after she helped them she locked the batteries up and walked away with them while staring at me. She also never came back to help me after even as the previous customers checked out (and no other worker came to help). Nobody is stealing those over priced batteries, and if you aren't going to interact with customers why be on floor when there are other positions to not interact with many customers. The store is also constantly dirty whether it's trash from stolen items, restock boxes, or restock carts. read more

This review is for the Regal Nails Salon located inside the Walmart, near the pharmacy entrance. I was shopping for random house things and as I exited, I saw the salon. I've seen it many times before but am usually in a rush. Today though was a more relaxed day and I was able to see their prices posted at their entrance. They have a manicure and pedicure special for $50, but all I needed was a pedicure. Their basic pedicure for $35 comes with nail trim, cuticle clean up, massage, and hot towel. It was such a nice relaxing experience. My esthetician asked if I wanted a callous removal for $5 and I said yes. I'm glad that she discussed prices with me up front. She was thorough in the process. I really liked that she took her time to fix my cuticles so it looks really nicely shaped. She gave me my little foam slippers and got to work. She added a base coat, my pinky nude polish that I picked, a top coat and I was all done in 30 min! She didn't make me feel rushed to leave. She had me move over to a manicure table so that my toes could dry up more before I left. And when I paid with card, it was just $40. No tax! But also no option to add tip to the transaction, so I went out to the self checkout to buy a pack of gum and get change. For $40 and 30 min of time it was good work. My only complaint was that she sloughed off my skin, not callous during the removal. And she buzzed off some of my skin during the cuticle part. But those were tiny mistakes that didn't hurt too much or cause blood so no big deal. Will definitely go back for more pedis here :) read more

Very bad customer service at their auto service department. From the check in process all the way to their actual oil Change service. Had a 10:30am appointment and was told I didn't have an appointment. Their automated system sent me messages prior to the appointment to confirm it. They finally found my appointment and they started the job after an hour and a half from checked in time per their text message to me. Oil change with appointment at Walmart Arroyo Crossing took 3 hours. That's ridiculous. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WALMART ON ANY AUTO SERVICE. DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR. (1) Please remind employees who are operating the check out registers, when they cough into their hands, please use hand sanitizer immediately afterward so they're not packing my produce and food items with their cough-filled hands. Really unpleasant experience today from the Walmart gal who coughed repeatedly into her hands and handled my food. Maybe wear a mask if you're constantly coughing? I hope she feels better as she expressed she wasn't feeling well and she was struggling to open the plastic bags to insert purchased items. (2) please train cashiers how to run gift cards. The cashier had no idea how to run it so we didn't use the card. (3) a guy walked out the entrance with a cart of groceries without going through the register or self serve area, on the other hand, I was asked 2x for a receipt after paying for my groceries and walking 20'. Why am I being stopped from exiting after I paid when you literally have people walking against the traffic flow with a cart that didn't go through the registers? This makes no sense. We needed some cleaning wipes for our car so we came to Walmart to pick them up. Like usual the store was a madhouse, and no handicapped scooters for my friend who need one. Stopped going to this location but was in the area and had to add cash to my Walmart card. Waited 20 minutes because only 1 person working the counter and someone had a large transaction and could not seem to be able to pay for it. Then, when finally got to add the money after waiting, allowed to give them the cash and get charged a fee to do so. Sidenote -- A lot of employees walked by during the wait and not one was smiling and most seemed to be in a Zombie-like haze. As far as I am concerned, Amazon has nothing to worry about if this is the new Walmart experience. read more

Daniel in electronics said he couldn't help me check out unless I had electronics as he was instructed by his manager. I had four small items and my toddler with me. I also asked for help with getting a bike, since they are all locked up now. His response "bikes are not his jurisdiction" lol I asked him to call the manager so I could speak with him and his response "nah, I don't think I'll do that". Haha I called the store so I could talk to a manager and the operator response when I told her I was standing in electronics and wanted to talk to a manager "well, I'll see if I can get one down there." Ahaha At least the customer service is consistent. Nobody is going to stop shopping there and that includes me, but it made for a real entertaining and disappointing shopping experience. I'm going to get straight to the point. This Walmart SUCKS! Most of the employees are very rude with nasty attitudes. Especially at self check out, which btw self check out doesn't work half the time. The employees stand over you like you're going to steal something while watching your every move. This happens every time I come to this location. They don't want to help you with basic information when you ask, get instant attitudes, but insist on hovering over you while you do all the work ringing up your groceries. Not all of us steal, and I don't like being monitored while shopping when I'm spending my hard earned money. Also, the other thing I don't like about this store location is SOME of the people that SHOP inside the Walmart are aggressive, pushy, or have a sense of entitlement so they don't feel they have to say excuse me when trying to get by and while reaching over your head to grab an item. Humans don't have simple common courtesy for others anymore. Whether we like it or not, We all have to shop at the same stores. Be courteous to EACH OTHER so we can get in and out of our neighborhood stores SAFELY. It cost nothing to be kind and courteous. read more

Scheduled tire replacement on the front two tires on a car, they lied about how long it would take and then when you ask them about it they get confrontational. I finally get my car back after two hour with damage to the rear tire and rim and it appears they took some of my fuses out of the passenger fuse box in an attempt to do wrong by me. These people are miserable in their own life and the highlight of their life is being able to take their pain out on others, shame to Kendrick the manager and the whole (filipino SpaceX) auto department. I bought two sets of deep seated cushions for our patio chairs from the garden center, and also grabbed three large saucers for our patio pots. The lady at the garden center mentioned they didn't have a cashier for the outdoor area during the busy spring season. Instead, the closest cashier was in the cosmetics section. After waiting for a good fifteen minutes, I couldn't help but notice the only cashier on duty opening makeup cases to help women find the perfect shades for their skin tones. So, I kindly asked the cashier if she could check me out, as I promised to keep an eye on the woman browsing the makeup to prevent any possible theft. To my surprise, the cashier replied, "I'm the only employee here." I completely understand the issue of theft, which is truly disheartening, but it would be beneficial to have an additional employee in the cosmetics area during the busy spring season for the outdoor area. It was hard to ignore the sight of two employees standing idle in the outdoor area, just guarding the entrance. Come on, Wal-Mart, I believe you can do better! It's important to make wise decisions rather than prioritizing short-term savings. read more

In this tough economy this Walmart has decent prices. Yesterday July 8, 2024 I go in for grocery shopping. In the frozen pizza case is some deep dish personal pizzas for $1.50 so I grab 2 of the 3 different varieties. At check out, I scan those and happen to look at the screen and they ring up as $2.97 each instead of $1.50. I call over a Asian lady wearing a mask and tell her the pizzas are ringing up at the wrong price from what is labeled on the shelf. She scans them with her phone and she says, "no that's wrong, the price is $2.97". I told her I was just there and all 3 varieties are clearly marked $1.50. She says she will go and double check. After a longer than usual wait she comes back and says I am mistaken, but she will let me have 1 at the $1.50 price. Why she's doing me a favor, I don't know. I told her again the price was clearly marked $1.50. She shows me a picture of the shelf and the stickers are gone. I told her that's not right, I won't buy them so void them off my order. I can feel her snooty attitude. I check out and go to put my groceries in my truck. On the way out I see a small pomeranian dog standing, propped up on the dashboard of a white Tesla. The motor is running with the air conditioner on, but no one inside except the small dog! unbelievable that people would do such a thing on the second hottest day in Nevada history! I unload my groceries in my truck and I see the owner of the Tesla back at her car. I told her that is very dangerous to leave a small dog alone in this blazing hot weather, even with the air running. She informs me her car has never overheated and it won't stall out. I said you should never leave a pet in a locked vehicle in over 115 degree weather. She wasn't convinced . I go back into the store to recheck the prices on the small pizzas AND all the stickers have been removed by that lady I asked about the price! I know it's a minor pricing issue, but it was just the principal and now very upsetting. I went back to the check out area and confront the lady again. I told her that she knew the price was incorrect and she removed the stickers. She continues to say I was mistaken and she offered one at the $1.50 price. I just walked away. Went to customer service to complain, but surely they don't care either. Those self check out employees need to check their attitude. I am sure they deal with theft on a constant basis, but not everyone is a problem. Just rediculous attitude by all involved. Very unprofessional I would be surprised if there is a response to my review from Walmart management. read more

Former employee at this location 8 years ago and the customer service has been going downhill the past year don't recommend at all!

I had a tv that needed to be returned. I had the return receipt barcode and the receipt of purchase. Tish the "coach" said I needed the box & she said she would not take it back. My son stated that the your old number was on the TV plus the receipt had the barcode. Also Tish then said that returns are 30 days which was inaccurate because I had until January 15 to return it.. Tish was so unprofessional. She argued with my son and then said take us somewhere else. We're not gonna return it. She kept arguing with him and not even acknowledging me who was the one who purchased the TV. The agent Rose omg was the most Professional and helpful and I think her for the bottom of my heart because I did not want to be out 409.00 on a TV that stopped working. Rose looked up the ours chase and asked for Misty to assist us and Misty was behind nice and new her job. Thank you to both of those lady's for being so helpful. Rose you need a raise because in your heart you knew Tish was wrong!! I will NEVER shop at this Walmart because Of the behavior of Tish if you put her in a power position, she would use it to her advantage by not helping the customers at all!! Don't really know why people rate this place so low... It's Walmart. You know and love it for its low prices. It's not sexy; it's practical. I come here at least once a week to pick up household essentials. There's a McDonald's inside if you need a snack. There's a manicure/pedicure place (never been) and a phone repair shop (never been). I'm sure those places are convenient for some people. There's a Sam's Club adjacent to this location so you can conveniently pick up whatever you couldn't find (within reason) at Walmart. read more
