I've been shopping here for over 10 years. When we lived on base I frequented the Nellis location, but now the warm springs location is closer. I always admired and the color coordination of the clothes and shoes as well as the clean esthetic state of the store. Prices are mostly reasonable, and they have the regular sizes of small to large. I'm glad this location had closed door dressing rooms compared to the open room and having to change in front of others. I did feel like I was being watched and followed, which ultimately did make me uncomfortable , I just spent less time looking and headed for check out bc I don't like the stereo type profiling . read more

I drove about 30 minutes to visit Rhapsodielle after the locations near me closed, and it was worth it. This has always been one of my favorite spots for office attire. People who remember Love Bug get it. The store is really tidy and everything is color coded, which makes it easy to shop and put outfits together. There are a lot of options, especially if you are looking for work clothes. Just be aware that sizing is not consistent at all. Fits vary a lot, so you will need to try things on. Service is pretty hands off. The staff does not really assist, but I actually prefer that. You can take your time and shop without pressure. Dressing rooms are open and self serve, which keeps things moving. Pricing is what you would expect. It is fast fashion with a slightly higher price tag, but still affordable for what you get. It feels like going to a beautiful wholesale fashion district in outskirts of Paris, France. Mannequins are dressed up well with matching shoes on displays. Sale on very back racks. Expect to pay $13-$18 for lovely looking tops and $20-$30 for a dress on average. Shoes are inexpensive around $13-$18 each. There's plenty to choose from from sizes S-M-L and only a few XL. Great selection of clothing for all occasions. This location is 30+ minutes from my home so I was disappointed when the sales associate said they had "temporary hours" and were closing at 7:30pm. Their Yelp page said 8pm (we had just been to another location which was closed permanently). All the gas, time and stress of running all over town was frustrating. My patience was definitely tested but I handled myself like a "good human!" I work in customer service also and could use all the good karma blessings, if you know what I mean! Just in case, save yourself the headache and call to confirm their hours. The two ladies in the front where literally yelling , yelling at the customers at 7:30 that they where "closed" when google literally says closed at 8pm. I needed to quickly try on a dress that I didn't have time to come by earlier. I was super fast and knew exactly what I needed. I had an event the next day and I begged nicely to quickly try on my dress that I chose a day prior. They where literally yelling at me saying that "customers are not right here" in front of other people. I felt humiliated. It was so unprofessional. Very large store with sorted by color which makes it pretty easy to go in and look for what you want. There is still a fair amount of rummaging that takes place. Items are super cheap from $5-$20 at most. You can find your basics, going out clothing, dresses for going out and lots of shoes. I really like the shoes because they are cheap, tall and you can find them with large heals for easy walking. They did take out their plus size which was a huge bummer for me. The front desk clerk did not know why they took it out and said it sold well. The clothing here runs super small. They do not have x-large sizes and when you wash the stuff it shrinks like two sizes. Good for high school girls, but not the mamas. I can still find things here and there that fit, but mostly skim over most items. They do have a cool jewelry section which I enjoy. I get a lot of compliments on my cheap jewelry. They do not have a rest room here which completely sucks. They are next to Big 5 and Petco which is nice when running random errands to stop in. Don't try to switch up price tags cause each item that gets run up shows a photo of the item on their register. Super cool and they should have at more stores. read more

Terrible customer service. I walk in and can hear a group of people speaking Spanish. Low and behold it's the entire staff gathered in a circle chit chatting with each other and laughing. Not one person greeted me or offered assistance. I walked around the store for about 30 minutes. Yes, the clothes are affordable but they are cheaply made. 15 minutes before the store closing a employee screams out "dressing rooms are closed". Yep, pretty sure that's not what you're supposed to do. First off it's ghetto and second people should be allowed to try on clothes until close. Yeah I won't be going back. Once my favorite store until Today's experience. Girl behind the cash register... Alyssa. What an experience. I'm in here shopping for an outfit for a wedding. With covid they closed their dressing rooms.. when yet almost every other store has opened them. Then there's a no return policy. Meaning I have to buy the 3 dresses and essentially keep them or exchange. Whatever. I asked this Alyssa chick for help finding a cardigan.. and she looked at me and said "we have them in the store..but I don't know where". Then proceeded to stand without asking if I wanted helped looking for one. I legit needed help. So as I go back on an adventure in this big store..looking there's 4 people literally stuffing their bags in plain sight. Most have stolen hundreds of dollars of inventory. When I finally went to check out I told her and she then said she knows.. she heard it and that there was nothing she could do so she just let it happen. Are you kidding me? On trend, great pricing but the older ladies in there walk around barely speaking acting like loss prevention until they see how much money you spend. So the service isn't great unless you're talking to the younger girls. The old ladies can't fit anything in the store anyways so I haven't a clue what the point is in having them there. I truly love shopping at Rhapsodielle because they have some great stuff for great prices. When you walk into the store itt is color coded which has to be my favorite thing about it! It makes it a lot easier to shop if you have a specific event or you want a specific exotic color to wear. They also have a little bit if everything, from club wear to every day wear, to activity wear. Now some suggestions would be for the staff. I truly try my best to engage with all the employees at every location, but some might need a little more instruction on customer service. Maybe greet your customers when they walk in, smill at them when they come to check out and ask how their experience was or did they find everything everything okay. How have I never been to this location before? Gigantic compared to other Rhap locations! My best friend and I were on a mission to find black dresses for an event happening today. We drove miles and miles out of our way only to come up empty handed when this store was just around the corner from her house the whole time. The entrance doors look a little narrow but don't be fooled, it leads to a spacious inside filled with the newest styles of clothing (what looks to be group by color). We were immediately drawn to the right side of the store were we both found 5+ different black dress options. 20 mins later, we were ready to try on. Located on the right, back side of the store, are their (high ceiling, enough to fit 5 people) fitting rooms with wide, body length mirrors. I absolutely love this feature because you can see all angles of your outfit and you don't feel claustrophobic like other fitting rooms. The doors lock for the added feeling of security (if you're anything like me, I hate doors that don't lock because I feel like someone is going to burst in there and see me naked). They also sell heels, accessories and other essentials you may need to complete your look (nipple pasties, etc). Price is okay, a little more expensive than F21 but if you're down for a shopping spree of in season clothing, I'm sure it's not that bad. Lack of customer service though. I tend to come here when I'm in need of something cute and have no time to shop. This store is huge and when you walk in, the cool thing about is that the clothes are all what's currently trending and they're sorted by colors so if you're looking for a specific color of a blouse, purse, scarf or something, you'll know where to find it. And if you're looking for accessories, they have two (or was it four?) racks located in front of the registers, double sided with tons of jewelry in all kinds of colors. I feel like most of their necklaces are quite gaudy but if you're into that, eat your heart out! And if not, no worries, I'm sure you'll find something simple and to your liking. I feel like their shoes go fast, so if you want a certain pair, get it, because the size you need may not be there next time. (Trust me.) Speaking of shoes, they have a variety of shoes for women to choose from, but what I have noticed is that most of the heels tend to be about 5-6 inches & up and not everyone wants that. I've seen high heels I thought were HOT but never purchased it because it's just TOO high. The staff are okay. Whenever I come here it isn't often that I am greeted or that any of the employees even speak to me when I pass by them as they fold clothes or put them away. I get it, they're working, but a simple smile and a 'Hello' can brighten anyone's day. Smile! You do a good job in keeping the store tidy and organized, so now make your customers feel welcome. SO SPACIOUS! I REALLY like this store as my GO TO for shopping... it's convenient & everything is CHEAP!! Honestly though... you get what you pay for... but how often do you wear the SAME outfit when going out to a club on the strip? I'm a big fan of Rhapsodielle. Even when I was living in So Cali, Rhapsodielle is usually one of my stores I visit whenever I need a new outfit for work, casual, or clubbing attire. The locations here in Vegas are just as good. This location in particular is my favorite besides the one in Centennial. This store is HUGEEEE!!!!! Everything is separated in colors and the accessories are up front by the cash registers. I would say give yourself about 2 hours for this store. You don't want to rush through it because you may miss some good finds. Everytime I visit any Rhapsodielle stores, I'm bound to find multiple items. I love this store!! I needed some winter coats since it's been FREEZING in Vegas for the past few weeks and I was able to find a nice, heavy taupe colored coat for only $17!!!!! Such a great price!!! Also got some black and gray blazers for work for about $19 each. Got a good quality (it seems like it so far) purple scarf for $6. Everything here is in style and not really gaudy looking. You may see SOME stuff here and there that's kind "out there" but for the most part everything looks great!! =) read more

The manager, Mary Partida is a joke! And needs to be reported to the department of labor. No wonder this store has horrible reviews and high rate of employee turn over. She lies to her employees about their starting rate. She makes everyone clock out minutes before their scheduled time off but doesn't allow them leave until their scheduled off. She doesn't allow employees to take a picture of their work schedule and cannot provide an employee handbook that's states any of the rules that she makes up. Hopefully the corporate office will see this and take action. I intend on contacting them @ 213-624-5003 and sharing the experience and also reporting her to the department of labor. I was in this store yesterday for the first time. I just needed to quickly find a purchase a cute/dressy top to go out in. The prices are decent for that sort of thing...quality is ok (similar to forever 21). The cleanliness of the store and the employees however...rough. Let me preface by saying I actually work in retail management. My experience was everything we train against. The store was dirty and looks like it's falling apart. Two of the fitting room doors are broken off so those can't even be used. My fitting room experience was really awful. No one working in there so there was a line of us waiting but no employee. Signs say 5 item limit but they must have a ton of theft cause no one is even in there watching. Anyways I finally go into a room and there's a huge pile of already tried on clothes on the bench (gross, trashy, and again a breeding ground for theft). I try on and find something decent and head to the register. I seriously waited at least 20min in line. Only one girl working registers. She was newer and needed help often. The employees don't even wear walkies so every few minutes she had to yell across the store for her manager Desire to come up and help her. It's unprofessional and probably uncomfortable for this employee to have to do. This manager came up multiple times to help her as she had questions/issues ringing but NOT ONCE did that manager find someone else to ring....honestly her acknowledging the long wait time to all of us waiting would have at least been appreciated. I heard one employee say they were short staffed and had a call-out. I get it...I really do. But either this company needs to better invest in training employees or else maybe this just is their business model. Either way I won't be back. read more

If you plan on working here, I suggest you go to another location. Karla Partida aka the manager for THIS specific location is absolute SHIT. During your first two days, she will half ass teach you only basics of cashiering and leave you alone at the register the rest of the day. She also sends out schedules last minute on Sunday night. Whenever you need her, she will either be sitting in the back of the store on her phone for over 30 minutes or she will be in the bathroom doing who knows what for over 30 minutes. But of course, when the owners of the Rhapsodielle comes in and visits, she starts doing her damn job correctly. She is so condescending and she WILL talk shit about EVERY coworker to other workers there thinking they won't find out. When you make a simple mistake, she will first humiliate you and degrade you to other workers there before she comes to you and tells you what you did wrong. DO NOT BUY BODY SUITS FROM HERE. Karla always told us that body suits were final sale (as it should because that's disgusting) but when a customer wants to talk to her, she lets it slide and we spray the worn body suit with a spray and put it back on the floor. Since she despites talking to customers and being cashier, she will leave whoever is cashier at register the whole day. Of course she only comes back to help if there's a long line of people. Really cute clothes for a cheap price, but beware-- buying anything with any sort of clips/buttons/zippers or adjustment straps could likely break. I bought this cute dress and tried it on at home. Strap popped right off. Now I only paid 7$ for this thing and could ask someone to fix it, but I'm just saying you're not paying for high quality clothing it's 7$ for a reason. This place is like a cross between Forever 21 and Hotties... The store is huge and close to the house so I find myself coming here whenever I procrastinate and need an outfit for something.. They always have the most "in trend" items but the material they use is very cheap. When I buy something from here I don't expect to be able to wear it more than a few times but oh well the prices are so cheap so you can't really complain~!!!! The store is clean, the dressing rooms are big and the clothes are organized well according to color~ I have really bad luck with the employees here.. some of them are SO RUDE especially the ones who are working at the registers and especially the guy who seems to be the manager or owner. ughhhhh oh well I will still continue to come here for the cute clothes and cheap prices. I love that this Rhapsodielle has individual fitting rooms. If you're familiar with this chain, then you know that the majority of locations just have one big changing room that makes you feel as if you're back in a high school locker room, having to dress and undress in front of other girls. This particular location is bigger than the others and they also have a plus size section, but they lack shoes. The location on Rainbow has a bigger shoe selection and has more in stock. Like all Rhapsodielles, all the clothing is separated by color so it's easy to navigate through the store. I agree with others who say that quality isn't the best but I don't mind. I'm notorious for wearing an item of clothing once and abandoning it forever, specially dresses, so the less I pay for an item, the better. You can score dresses for under $20 and skirts for about $6. I only shop here if I'm going to go out with friends, if I'm going out to a nice dinner, I shop elsewhere, unless I find a really nice blouse. They have cute clothing but it's better suited for clubs. The staff is nice and helpful, but they don't greet you when you walk in. Be aware that when you make a purchase here, there are no refunds, they only offer store credit or exchange, but you only have 7 days to do that. So, my husband did the granite or something for this store & told me about it before I even saw it for myself. When he told me, I was admittedly pretty excited since it's 1 minute away from my house and it's always a decent place for cheap, low quality, one or two time wear clothing. Seriously, this stuff will fall apart before you can figure out how to say Rhapsodielle, but as a stay at home mom with kids, I don't care. I can pick up a brand new pair of sandals (which I always get compliments on, for every pair I've bought) for $15 if the other ones fall apart. That's some people's lunch & even though their shoes are total garbage, they last longer than lunch at least! I've bought 4 pairs of shoes here. 2 of them have fallen apart within weeks of wear, but it's really nothing that super glue can't handle. The clothes I tend to buy here are flowy little sheer tops that need to be washed in garment bags, but that's not a big deal. They have lasted the test of time (it's been a couple of months now. Holding up much better than the shoes at least!). I would NOT buy work clothes or anything important here. Just fun, trendy stuff that will fall apart when the trend dies. This Rhapsodielle, in contrast to the rainbow location has dressing rooms! Really nice dressing rooms actually, so you don't have to worry about being surrounded by gross naked girls that don't wear bras (or undies). They have a terrible return policy (actually non-existent one), but one that is necessary as tons of people would probably wear their "club" dress once (with tag) and then return, but it is only exchange with tags on and store receipt. Last time I was here, some guy parked his motorcycle outside and the security guy asked him to move it. He told the security to kiss his behind and then they almost got into a fight. It made me rethink where I walked in to and whether this store was worth it if he busted out a gun and started killing everyone (absolutely not), but he didn't, so life is good. Seriously, some people who come here are scary. There were tons of overweight ladies that were wearing belly shirts!! If you're into that, come here for some eye candy. However, on my last trip, I picked up sandals, a pair of wedges, two shirts, and a skirt here for $72. I love this location! I've only been to two but there was a definite difference. This one was clean and well planned out. I really Love how they section out the store by colors. That way I don't have to rifle through the whole store to find that perfect black shirt for work or match a green skirt with a top. I am all about easy shopping because normally I don't wanna deal with the hassle of it all. And of course, they stick the shiny accessories up at the front check out area for the people like me. "Oooooo, that's so shiny. I must have it!" The first time I shopped here I went a bit crazy. I walked outta there with multiple outfits, a skirt, a dress, and misc items for around $120. To me that's amazing! Normally I pay $100 for 2 pants and 2 shirts. :0 so far none of the clothes have fallen apart, ripped, shrunk, ect. That's fantastic in my book. If you've ever been to Rhapsodielle (previously Fashion Q), you know that they like to section their store by colors. Well, it hasn't changed and they still continue to do that. I actually prefer this method since it's easier for me to pinpoint a certain color I want. I really enjoy their fitting room. If you've ever been to the one of the east side, you'll appreciate any fitting room with a door. Most of the clothes here are within reason and that goes for their shoes as well. I have to give it a 4 star though because their accessory selection isn't the largest nor the greatest. read more

My brand new white guess purse was dyed completely red by a dress I got and I wore a black jacket I also purchased, it left stains all over my new gym attire.
