There was a scheduled grocery pickup between 5-6pm tonight, I was told Walmart had a delay therefore it wasnt ready till 8pm. After sitting in the parking lot sending my check in text for over an hour along with several others who were still in their vehicles. One mom was with 2 toddlers in toe. Tired of waiting and getting no response when callkng,I went inside and was given the revelation that because of thunder and lightening they do not allow their people outside to load paying customers groceries. I then asked why is their no notification on such things, as clearly with as many as are waiting this would be apparent. Veronica in Customer Service area Is the worst. If you see her avoid! She is short, fat and bleached blonde hair for a Mexican old lady. She is rude, won't give you a refund and is snarky. Veronica has no business working a public job when you can not place customers first. In any business customers come first. Not here. AVOID Walmart on Quaker. They are expensive. I recently puchased a brand name skin care product through Walmart online sales. This is NOT the brand name facial serum. Rather, it is a Chinese knock off in almost identical packaging but with a different name and shipped directly from China. I refuse to use Chinese products because you do not know what chemicals are in them and there are no regulatory manufacturing or health standards. Many products are made in a Chinese province know for forced and child labor according to some human rights NGOs. I am disappointed that Walmart is becoming a marketing province of China. There is no return process for this item so I will be phoning Walmart about this falsely advertised, unwanted product. Caveat emptor! read more

Said my photos would be ready at 6:19 and I got to Walmart at 5:10. So i decided to shop around for an hour, came to the photo center at the time it gave me and the young man working told me another 15-20 minutes. I live down the street so I went home, let my dogs out, relaxed for a second and came back 25 minutes later. I'm here again and once again he told me another 20-30 minutes if the machine doesn't mess up again. I AM VERY UPSET and clearly they have people working the photo center that are not qualified to work it. Go get your pictures developed somewhere else you'll have better luck than whatever teenagers they have running Walmarts. read more

My apologies, I have to vent. I went to Walmart on 114 I had to get some things and thought there would be less people In line. people were 2' inside the 6' mark at checkout. I asked them if they could back up a bit and they started arguing and mocking me for wearing a mask. I am livid. What is wrong with people? how hard is it to be considerate of social distancing? I just got out quickly. still I am so mad at people's lack of respect and ignorance. The cashier did nothing. People at this location are not honoring Covid 19 protocols. I have to buy cigarettes here on occasion and for the last month the store has displayed $6.88 on American Spirit brand. Last time the clerk overrode the price- which rang up at $7.76 - quite a significant difference. This time the manager was standing there, average sized Hispanic guy, at least he acted like a manager. Anyway, the checkout person asked if she should override and he said no, we can't do that- it's the cigarette company's responsibility. I told him the price has been wrong a month now and they needed to get it fixed and said the lady did an override last time. He raised his voice asking WHO?! Well I said, the lady that rang me up. He blustered loudly, well, she's not authorized to do that!! Like I know or work there. So I said, well, it's still your store and you should be responsible for displaying correct prices. That's a whole dollar higher. He stomped off so angry. Nice customer service. I think I am the one who should be angry. Maybe the cigarette company should change prices- but when it's been called out to them- I'm sure I'm not the only one to notice- maybe Walmart should take some responsibility, I'm sure they get some money from the sale, so it is their responsibility to make sure they aren't advertising falsely- regardless of who stocks and prices their products. I just want to start off by saying that my sister and I are regulars at this location and usually enjoy coming here. That was until we were in line, keep in mind the only lane open at 11:00 at night! The cashier was an elderly looking white haired lady who had glasses and a very snooty attitude towards us. Everything was fine until it was my turn to pay and I happen to pay my total of $47 with cash fives and ones! As she was ringing up my items i was counting the bills out she gave the customer a look of utter disbelief like she couldn't wait for me to get done and I should have a card so I could get out of her way! I watched her do this to me and I just apologized twice with no response from this woman. At the end of the transaction she just handed my change back and said nothing! I have never felt so offended and disrespected at this store or any store I've been to before like this! It shouldn't matter how one pays for their groceries as long as they do! Even the customer behind me engaged this cashier's rude actions! It's the job you applied and got you are there for the customer if there's no respect for the customer there is no customer. There's no reason for attitude the only attitude the cashier needs is a positive one! read more

The bakery staff was very inconvenient when it came to my sons birthday cake. They assured me the kit was available then they called me 45 minutes before the party to say they couldn't do it. Then she says theyd do a different character for 5.00 less. I pick up the cake and the character is missing a eyeball and looks faded. They will not have our business anymore! read more
