The staff is rude, follows customers around as if they're going to steal something, and responds curtly when you ask questions. If you're reading this review and wondering whether the negative reviews without photos are accurate -- they absolutely are. As an Elite Yelper, I usually know how to filter out unreliable reviews, especially from accounts with no photos or very little activity. But in this case, reviewers like Alex R., Rudy M., Crystal J., Michelle S., Preslie S., Lauren G., and Candice B. are telling the truth. I won't shop here again. I can find the same cute items online or in Dallas, Austin, or LA without having to deal with the attitude. There's no reason to "bow down" behind the red velvet rope after walking through an embarrassingly tacky single-door entrance with terrible signage.
