This location is a good one. It's very clean and you will always see people cleaning. Everything is well laid out and labelled correctly. There is also an easy return system. I really felt like I was in another planet the minute I walked into this place. They sold me a totally sealed Christmas tree in its box, when I arrived at the house and proceeded to untie the tree it was BLACK, in my life I had seen a black Christmas tree, I returned to the store to change it taking the purchase receipt and all , the three levels of manager who attended me refused to change it, arguing that they do not sell that item. I go to Walmart for the prices and savings catcher. There was an issue with The Walmart pay, the cashier called the manager and Ivette arrived. She was easily frustrated because I scanned the Walmart pay again. My daughter and I tried explaining however she was unable to understand. Minimal customer service and that's sad from the stores manager. After Ivette left the cashier explained the savings catcher was no longer working and there had been issues with Walmart pay. For the mere reason of walking out smelling like fried churros, I rate it two-stars. The entire store stinks like fried churros and your clothes will too long after you have left the premises. Self checkout lanes need to be monitored as lots of individuals surpass the item limit. The clothes also come in a wide variety of sizes so I never have any trouble finding what I want. Cons: -Parking is insufficient -NOT open 24 hours! How is this possible in Miami? -LINES...There are never enough cashiers and even if you have less than 10 items your wait in line will be 10+ minutes and feel like hours. -Very few of the employees in the aisles speak really fluent english, so if you have to ask them where...for instance... envelopes are, they will likely respond with a muffled answer about how they don't have them. Of course you know they do, but either the person doesn't understand "envelope" in english, they don't know where the envelopes are, or they don't know how to direct you to the envelopes. It's not a big deal, but if you don't speak Spanish you should know that it's probably going to be hard to find something if you don't already know where to look. Pros: -Will likely have whatever random item it is that you need and can't find anywhere else. -Online pickup is easy, so if you find a good deal online [like a $10 bike helmet] go for it. -They seem to be working on their bakery selections. I've noticed fresh warm bread available the past couple of times I have needed to go to Walmart, and I even tried their rolls, which were surprisingly decent and inexpensive. read more

The message came back that my email was incorrect; well Walmart sent me an email that my mattress had shipped using the same email!! Wal-mart keeps me coming back for a few reasons, but the main one is: price. Wal-mart is such a large retailer that they can sell items cheaper than anyone else and someone living on student loans (like me) can truly appreciate that. This particular location is fairly new (I think) and is pretty nice inside. I've seen wal-marts that are as big as a small city inside and seen tiny POS ones as well. This one falls closer on the scale to the first one. It's not a supercenter so you don't get lost, but it has everything grocery wise that I come for. The only complaint that I have is that I asked someone who worked there if they had any gatorade in the powder form and he answered, "no ingles" I wasn't mad, I just should have known that would happen. The IQ and customer service skills of the people they hire is subhuman. If you go to this place make sure you don't need to interact with anyone of the employees. First interaction was with the "greeting man" that theoretically welcomes customers at the entrance, but in reality welcomes nobody and simply stands there looking sad. I wasn't carrying my wallet but had my cell phone, so I walked up to him with a friendly smile and asked him if they accept ApplePay. He seemed bothered to have to have an interaction. Didn't smile back, mumbled instead of speaking and just made me feel sorry for mankind and its destiny. "dear customer service/greeting/security dude, if you don't know something, how about using the radio you are holding right there in your hand, and ask the people on the other side?". He literally used it a second after our interaction to talk about something else! "Those people you see walking past you are called customers, and they actually pay for the salary you don't deserve no matter how low it is". Anyways, after deciding to keep a positive attitude, I walked to a cashier and asked another employee if they carry ApplePay. Again with a smile and making sure my words were very friendly and clear. She said "YES WE DO!". I thought "great"! I went ahead and shopped for over an hour and finally got to the cash register where another employee was stressing and being unfriendly to customers. She was very very slow so the line took forever, but I was determined to keep my positive attitude. I walked up to her with a smile and even tried to help with heavier objects as she looked she could have had a heart attack or a stroke any minute. She also mumbled her words as if it required enormous effort. "How about trying to be nice to the people that pay your salary?". Anyways, as you may have imagined, when it was time to pay, I found out they don't actually accept ApplePay and I wasn't carrying my wallet. At that point I felt reasonably embarrassed as I had to explain I couldn't pay for the items. She said angrily "we don't accept ApplePay! We accept WalmartPay". To that I replied that I had asked before starting to shop and a colleague of hers had misled me. Anyways, I felt disappointed and frustrated for the enormous waste of time and embarrassment, but still proceeded to keep my cool and politely approached my cart to move it out of the way so that the next customer didn't have to waste more time waiting. At this point the same employee yelled at me the following: "what are you trying to do with those groceries? you didn't pay for them!!" adding further embarrassment to an already horrible situation! How dare you accusing me of trying to steal!! "Do you truly believe, I'd try to run away pushing a cart full of groceries through the door and the "friendly" greeting man, then through the parking lot, get to my car, unload my groceries into it, before anyone realizes I didn't pay?" That would certainly be a clever way of stealing groceries, wouldn't it? Make everyone know you can't pay, then run to your car pretending the stuff is paid for anyways. How come dishonest people didn't ever think of it? I find their lack of courtesy, sensitivity, and -frankly- intelligence very depressing. I'm glad I didn't provide any contribution to paying your salaries today. Terrible experience. I had called earlier in the day to ask for money service hours. The woman on the phone confirmed they closed at 8pm because it's Sunday. Perfect! I came prior to 8 and the center was closed. Apparently they close at 6 on Sunday's. BUT the same sign that has the hours has a sentence that the customer service will assist with money services during closed time. Unfortunately the woman at customer service wanted nothing to do with me and sent me to hell. Then the assistant manager came and she completely disregarded me, contradicting what her sign showed. Poor customer service and few parking spaces are the highlights of this store. Was intending to purchase a new electric razor from Phillips. At checkout it rang up for $79 but the price tag on the shelf said $39. Before i grabbed it, i made sure to check the name on the price tag because i was suspicious of the low price. Sure enough the name on the price tag matched the product. The customer service rep came over and we walked to the aisle for a price check. She said it wasn't the correct price tag for the item. I mentioned how the name on the tag matched the product so it didn't seem as though it was out of place. She then went on to say that she was sure it was another razor because the correct price tag with the correct price for the razor i wanted wasn't even on the shelf. I let it go because it didn't seem like she was willing to give me a small discount or to do anything to make up for the store's mistake. When i got to the register the cashier asked me for the product so she could remove it from the transaction and I told her the CS rep kept it. So i decided I'd take it anyways since I really wanted it and went back to the aisle. Not more than 30 seconds had passed since i had left the aisle and I caught her outside the aisle. When I asked her about the razor, she said someone else had taken it from the shelf and it was the last one. ?????? She insisted someone took it when i asked. So, did she put it back on the shelf where the wrong price was and let someone else buy it? did she magically print a new price tag out of thin air and add it to the shelf, and then someone happened to come by and want it? She said someone asked her about it right after I left and when she said it was $79 they took it. I don't know if I was profiled because of how I look and treated differently but this was just way too big of a coincidence... Terrible from the parking lot to the registers . Parking is always a headache. Customer service inside is a joke. No one seems to know anything or even try to help yet they have a ton of people walking around and speaking amongst themselves. Then they have about 50 registers yet only 2-4 cashiers. Probably because they have about 30 self check out lanes but guess what... only 4 are being used at a time. I've come multiple times and same story every time. This place is the BEST! They literally have ALMOST everything you need. You want food, they got it. You want clothes, they got that too. You want a bicycle? They have that too! Tires, iphones, trampolines and more! My favorite section of this Walmart is the food section. They offer so many different options, and things that aren't usually found in other grocery stores as well. There is only one bad thing about Walmart though. It's always packed! Even though they have so many cashiers, the lines stack up like a railroad pileup, except I think the railway would take less time to clear! Whenever I step into Walmart, it's like always stepping into a different world. It's basically a concrete jungle with low prices that just keep on rolling back, and that's why I love them-- because of their huge discounts. However, I came here about a week ago because it is by one of my most favorite discount groceries, Aldi, and I was honestly disappointed by the selection. I always get my $1 Premier protein bars for them, and guess what, "They didn't have the protein bars I wanted". Wahhh!!! So I am only going to give them three stars for their lower choice of selection and because it seems like one of the more busier Walmarts I have visited. I have both pros and cons when it comes to shopping at this location. I guess let's go with the pros first. For the most part the place is clean and pretty well stocked. I definitely save money when I come here. Of course considering it is a one stop shop it's ideal and convenient for my type of shopping. They do tend to always have a lot of registers open, even if they are long lines they tend to move pretty fast. The cons of shopping here are- the customer service is not always pleasant nor do the majority of them know English which makes attempting to find an item you do not know where it is located difficult for me who does not speak Spanish. The site to store pick up attendees probably are the least helpful in the store. They all seem like they hate their job. Additionally I always list my husband as a secondary option to pick up anything I order, especially if it is a large item and every single time I do there is always an issue when he goes to pick up, even when I printed the order from my computer which has his name listed...for whatever reason it never matches up with what they have. I hate to put this because I have many Hispanic friends and my husband is Hispanic but when I say I do not speak Spanish they become rude..as if I am inconveniencing them. read more

First of all i have been going to this Wallmart for literally 30+ years and ummm i have been parking in the same spot literally every time. So ummmmmmmmm when me and my boyfriend went to Wallmart last Saderday, someone in a very ugly, brand new Neson Kix was parked in MY spot. I literally sat in my Mustang with my boyfriend for ummmm 10 minutes to see if anyone would come out but no one did so i went in with my boyfriend and asked to speak to the manager. Ummmm when the manager came out he looked like he was umm literally like 16 years old and he asked me ummmmmm what was my problem so i literally said I'll tell you what my problem is and i told him literally what i said up there. He looked at me in my eyes and said ok and i said ummmm actually it's literally NOT OK and i looked at my boyfriend who was right next to me and said by the way your parking lot is discusteng and dusty and he literally said ok i will look into it and THANKED ME. This boy was embaresting himself so much and did nothing to help me. So i said ummmm whatever your not helpful so can you tell me where can i go to get a spear key for my literally brand new Mustang so i can give one to my boyfriend and he said i would have to get it from the Mustang store!!!!
