Like it says, I;ve experienced "better". I ordered furniture for a new apartment and had it shipped to store. After an e-mail confirmation that it had arrived, I was found much confusion at the store. After tracking down a store rep, and waiting 40+mins in costumer service, I was met with a string of employees who had no idea about the "ship to store" process, couldn't assist with finding the product, and hardly understood what I was asking. I have come on other occasions, and had more reasonable experiences, but the service portion has routinely been a problem. read more

Very disappointed in this Wal-Mart, they closed early in the days before Hurricane Irma and were completely closed the day before, while Home Depot, Target, Costco, BJs, etc. were all still open. Then in the days after they were once again closed and did not reopen until two days after the other stores were opened and helping their community. Honestly the worst experience ever... My mother bought me a present for my birthday here and put it on my Walmart credit card. When my birthday arrives and I open the gift, the item that was purchased was not even in the box. She goes back to get our money back and the it took her almost an hour to get face to face with a manager, who after 30 minutes of waiting for him he sends the cashier to tell my mother to just get a replacement, and he who at the end of the day treats her like if she stole the item... Turns to the cashier and tells her to give my mother a giftcard... I'm just waiting for my payment to come into my credit card, so I can close and not have to deal with this company again. Every time I've shopped here, there's always some issue at the cash register that causes a 5-10 minute delay. Unbelievable.

Rant post ‼‼‼ Me and Johnni Jennings Cardoza wanted to buy a TV last year. Finally Black Friday came around and John hadn't started building his credit so after applying (which we all know it's hard to get first time credit), Walmart gave him a card. We bought an $800 TV and paid it off in a few months. Ever since then, we decided to keep the card open and purchase little odds and ends and pay it off quickly to keep building his credit. Of course, we know Walmart isn't the highest quality merchandise but electronics are electronics. This Sunday, we went and decided to buy a Tablet. We opened the tablet and thought it looked kind of weird like maybe used??? But we were like no mot even Walmart would do that. After playing around with it, we found internet history dating all the way back to NOVEMBER 2015?!?!?! Walmart repackaged and sold a year old used tablet as new! And it was probably sold and returned twice because the history stopped in December, started again in February and stopped again in April what the heck! read more

Walmart is not known due to good customer service, but this specific location is really bad. This chain supermarket has really rude employees who thinks that the customer is never right. I have seen this in different stores accross Florida. It has been a mystery why such a large company runs business in this way. The last I heard, customer service is the number one priority for companies. Walmart really needs to rethink their company strategy or rather look into the behavior of their employees. They're doing nothing good for them. Every time I need to ask an employee for help I feel I am bothering them. Always, the same story. They're never able to help customers, and would more than likely give you a run around when you need something. Their main excuse is always "oh I am going on a break right now." Once you hear this you should just leave the store running, because they'll keep you there for hours. read more

What is the point of convenience if it's not convenient? IF YOUR ONLY PAYMENT METHOD IS AN AMERICAN EXPRESS. Then you are out of luck. That's it they do not take American Express let this be known. Usually Walmart has a chip method for the American Express but this one. The chip method doesn't work. I have tried on numerous occasions to pay with my AMEX there and have been rejected but all times even though there's nothing wrong with my AMEX card and I've been paid up in full. The declines don't even show as declines on your card statement. So basically nothing is happening. They just don't know how to take the credit card. I have gotten so embarrassed so many times going to this Walmart picking up a bunch of stuff and not being able to use my American Express even though it is a perfectly working card. I can go across the street and buy something from Walgreens with the same card. I only go to Walmart because of it's late hour convenience and wide selection and I have to drive quite a ways from my house to get to this Walmart. They don't have shitty service or bad selection. You just literally can't pay for anything of yours with an American Express if you do not have any other payment method. It's like if a hospital didn't except Blue Cross Blue Shield. So if you want to shop at this Walmart make sure to bring CASH only. Because apparently This Walmart is now a cash only business. read more

Walmart claims to have lower prices but if you are a savvy shopper you can get better deals at CVS. I know. I've done it. Bilingual employees at Walmart mean that they speak Spanish. That's it. So if you are not fluent in Spanish - don't even ask a question. Lastly, if you shop at Walmart in Westchester come in as close to 6am (opening) as possible. The parking lot really fills up. So if you still want to shop at Walmart - best of luck. read more

Walmart has anything and everything I need! Food, clothes, make-up, etc. You name it, they have it! Walmart is the place to go! Love it!
