I've never ordered anything online from Walmart nor will I ever do it again. Initially the delivery said it would be by 5 PM, and they came early, which is not a problem. I did put in the notes for them to not leave the item outside as it's a TV and you can tell what it is because it shows on the box in the area that I live in it would not be safe to leave it there. It would be taken very fast. So the first delivery guy called like I asked, but I didn't answer cause my ringer was off so he did not leave it thankfully when I got a hold of him, he told me I needed to reach the store to figure out when they would have it re-delivered.. Nobody answered the phone all day long, it was delivered at 4:52 PM, but that driver did not follow the delivery instructions to call to let me know that they were outside and he just left it downstairs. Didn't even bring it to the actual front door of where it needed to be... The whole point of me having it delivered was I have a broken back and I couldn't get it up the stairs by myself... Luckily, I was able to get it up the stairs without breaking it or dropping it. I had my brother come and help me set it up Because again I cannot do it by myself and we open the box and it was incomplete. The box had already been opened, which it was not an opened item when I purchased it. It was a brand new item. The box did not come with a remote control, instructions, legs for the TV, or the screws for the legs. Luckily for me, I had purchased the same TV not even a month ago so I already had the extra items but what it happened was I had bought a new entertainment center yesterday and the TV fell off of it so I had to get another TV. I called customer Service to explain the issue of not having these items in the box, the one agent told me they can have it delivered tomorrow and then my brother asked if we can pick it up. The guy told us yes we could pick it up then we got disconnected. I called back. The next guy told me no we can't pick it up. That guy was wrong. He had a horrible attitude. He was very rude argued and my brother just told him we're gonna go try to pick up the parts from the store like the guy told us we could and we hung the phone up as soon as we get into the parking lot of Walmart, I get an email from Walmart saying that my Walmart account had been deactivated Due to violating the terms of the service. I only had the account for one night as I only made the account to order this one specific item. So he deactivated my account so that way, I can't use the warranty that I've purchased nor can I return it or have anything fixed on this TV. So I had to reach out to Customer Service again to make a dispute for them to allow me to get my warranty back. I have never seen anything like this in my life, that somebody that can work for customer Service be that petty and actually go to the extreme to deactivate your account to block you from being able to fix an issue that was created on their behalf. This is a huge company. I know people order all the time. This is definitely something I will never do again with this company. read more

I'm writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the complete lack of professionalism and organization at the Walmart Auto Care Center located at 17650 NW 2nd Ave, Miami Gardens, FL 33169. Yesterday, I had to physically drive to the store just to make an appointment, because no one ever answers the phone number provided for the automotive department. Once there, a staff member handed me a printed appointment confirmation for today at 12 PM to install two rear tires on my vehicle. However, when my wife arrived at exactly 12 PM to drop off the car, after taking time off work specifically for this--we were told that we had no appointment in the system. Absolutely no record. No accountability. Just blank stares and a shrug. This level of incompetence is unacceptable. Not only did this waste our valuable time, but it also showed a complete disregard for customer service and basic operational standards. Your automotive team clearly lacks communication, follow-through, and responsibility. If Walmart values its customers at all, I expect this matter to be escalated, addressed, and corrected--not just for me, but for the many others who rely on your services. Looks are deceiving. Using the app allows me an option to purchase tires for my daughter who resides in another state. Well as she needs 4 tires, I change my pickup location to 1825 Rockbridge Road and add her as an authorized pickup person. She makes an appointment I purchase the tires that the store clerk said are in stock... when I complete the order it said they only have two in stock. Store clerk asked if I ordered from the correct store and or if I'm on the correct app. Seriously ! I screenshot the particulars and the store clerk responded " I don't know what Walmart got going on" Doesn't make sense to me. Giving a 3 instead of a 2 sense the purchase is convenient. read more

Wow. I've been in some bad Walmarts in my time but this one might just be the worst. Filthy store, slow cashiers and lines for miles. Being the only Walmart nearby you'd think they might make a bit more effort with upkeep but apparently you'd be wrong. With a Cop Cam in the parking lot I suppose the area itself could be to blame. I am only speaking from personal shopping experiences. I always go to Walmart and get what I need and have never used online ordering, or their mechanic services. From a walk in shopping perspective they are great! They usually restock on Mondays at the beginning of the week so if you want to get certain items that's the best time to go. The meat department is ok, not great but you can find something good every once in awhile. Overall clean, staff is helpful, and shopping on Mondays is the best day to guarantee you get restocked items. read more

BEWARE: I thought the curbside pickup was great, tested it out a couple times and it was going smoothly until about the fourth time. My order included some bad produce and something was left out. When I contacted them through the app, they mistakenly thought I'd paid through EBT when I paid with a debit and instructed me to go into the store. After a few more emails (and much time), they could't get it squared away. Finally I went into the store, which is what we all try to avoid, hence the curbside pickup. Customer Service sent me to the back of the store. The assistant manager at the Grocery Pickup area walked me to the refrigerated section on the other side of the store whereby the manager told me he would take care of the issue. Exactly as I thought, the issue has not been resolved. Hence, beware of returns. Amazon is much friendlier in that area, making their service way more attractive and convenient because of the delivery. read more

Very confusing experience shopping at this Walmart. I went into Walmart looking for GoPro equipment and found a dual battery charger locked on a shelf for $19. I quickly asked an associate to help me because I wanted to buy it. As he proceeded to unlock it, I asked him why is it in a plastic bag and for $19. He then scans it and says it's $49. I then stated that it was locked on a shelf for $19, and at that point he called his manager Ricardo. Ricardo (manager) then tells me that the rules are if the front item and the back item are the same, you can get it for that price, but since it's not I'll just give it to you for $30. I then stated, that doesn't make sense because it is marked and was locked for $19. He didn't care and said $30 is the best I can do. I then asked where are these rules, and are they written on the site because this doesn't make any sense. He said it is and if you want to buy it, you can buy it. I then asked why it was locked up in that section for that price. He responded saying it could have been many reason, maybe a customer put it there. Wow!!! Misplaced items are noticeable if a guest moved, but this was locked up in this section deliberately. The price should be honored. After leaving the store I went on yelp and noticed the one star rating and the horrible reviews. It's amazing the building is still open! read more

I love Walmart curbside pick-up, you order your groceries on an app and they send you an email when your groceries are ready. The best part there are no surprises when you get to the register $$$$$$&&. The app is really user friendly and there are no extra fees for Walmart grocery pick-up. Once your order is ready you check in through the mobile app and then they bring your groceries out to your car. The curbside workers are always supper friendly and they bring your food out quickly. I also order fruit and my groceries picker always gets me high quality fruit. And add bonus., Walmart gave me a special Mother's Day treat. One tip I have Walmart should have someone pick the trash up in the pickup area. The extra trash is an eyesore. It makes me grab my imaginary pearls. read more

Strange experience we were turned away approximately 45 minutes before closing. Had some police officers yelling very loudly that the store was closed. I hope there weren't any accidents or problems in the store. I also hope that the store was not trying to close early and there was some funny business going on. Who knows? The website says 130 every night. I included a screen shot of my phone's time before closing hours while I was in the parking lot after being turned away. I guess just call ahead of you plan on going to this location. The parking lot looked pretty full. I have 130,000 car. It's not like I'm a hoodlum looking for trouble. I didn't enjoy the hostility. The customer service here is beyond ridiculous! There were about 15 associates that were huddled up with a manager, I assume having a quick meeting. I approach them to ask if anyone can open one of the shelves in the electronic section and they all said there was someone working there and I walked around the entire section and no one to be found so I walk back to them and all of them said they could not do anything for me. How hard is it to walk over and open it and give me what I needed and go back to your meeting. It's hard to believe that these people actually work here because none of them wanted to work or do anything including one of the mangers. It goes to show how much they care about their customers. I just had the worst experience ever. The people were absolutely rude and kept speaking in Creole! Even when I was trying to get service and when I was trying to pay. The place was completely empty and when I walked in they seemed bothered by me when I came in and asked for service. When there was a problem with the car they didn't tell me about it until everything was done instead of approaching me and telling me of the issue. I ordered 4 copies of 4x6 prints from the photo kiosk and was charged exorbitantly. The picture I printed was from a passport photo app so that I won't be paying a steep price for 2x2 pictures. Upon check-out from the kiosk, it told me that it will cost me $1 for the 4 prints. When I came back to pick up the pictures, they told me that I have to pay $29++ for the 4 prints. How ridiculous is that? They never took the picture- it was from my phone- but the person in charge of the photo section felt it was the correct price (talk about common sense!). He took it upon himself to agree with a machine which tells him to charge a customer for passport photos even if what was ordered were just copies of MY OWN pictures. I went to CVS and paid a dollar and few cents for the same thing that Walmart charged me for almost $30! It's either there is an ongoing picture printing scam at Walmart or it's just being ran by inept people who don't understand what they're supposed to do. For autocenter part: went in for installation of two new tires. The new tires are 215/60/r15 and the recommended tires are 195/65/r15 for the stock rims on car. The male service manager of the auto center refused to put the new 205 /60/r15 tires on the grounds that it was a liability to install tires that are wider than the recommended size. I was naive to think I could place an order online for pick-up and it would end up being LESS hassle. Not at this store! After going to the back of the store where the pick-up area is located, I could not find anyone there to help me. I pressed the call button and five minutes later, still no one. I stopped to ask a nearby employee if someone was supposed to be back there and they responded "Push the button and wait". Good thing they had such courteous staff to point out the obvious to me! Another five minutes go by, so I ask another associate for help. This one was kind enough to look back at me, roll her eyes, and keep walking. After being unsuccessful with asking four different employees for help, my husband was finally able to convince one to go back to help us get our items (twenty minutes later). She went to the back where the pick-up items are stored and finally found the employee that should have been helping us all along. Now to the merchandise... This woman brings out our canopy tent that we had ordered and after taking one quick glance, we realize it must have been a return because all the packaging was completely removed and the "easy to travel" case was completely torn apart. My husband requested they provide us with an item that was not a piece of shit and you would have thought we asked them to...do their job...shocking! Another twenty minutes later we finally walk out of the store with a less crappy canopy (I'm pretty sure they didn't even give us the proper receipt for it, so I'm hoping we will never have to return it!). Oh, and another fun fact we learned, ping pong balls are "seasonal". It's football time...this IS the season! (Don't fret, they do indeed have this item available year round. We were on vacation and my brother happened to forget his contacts at home. He is a patient at Walmart Vision center, so we found a nearby Walmart and had his prescription sent there. They refused to fill it and forced us to pay for a new prescription and a different brand of contacts. All we needed was one sample so we could get on our way. On 11/17/2012 I went to the store to exchange a toy which was missing most of the parts (an oven), twice and the second time, the customer service staff, named Kenia treated me like trash. Because the first time I changed the toy, the cashier did not mark the item number in a new receipt, the second time (in the same day), Kenia told me in front of other customers, that she was not going to exchange that item, because I probably STOLE it! When I asked to speak to the supervisor, because by that time, I wanted my money back, he was worse. He told me that I probably went to another store, STOLE the toy and came to his store to change it or get my money back. This is a place that I go everyday, because my sister lives about three blocks from them. I felt humiliated, descriminated against, embarrased, because I am a 73 years old hispanic lady, I was never called so many names!! At the end, Kenia, threw the money at me and told me "to take that s___ out of her counter. When I asked for the supervisor's name, she refused to give it to me, but I got her name from her name tag. I was mistreated, embarrased, descriminated against, only for $39.96!!!!!. My blood pressure went up, I was so furious and embarrased, that I started to cry all the way home. Kenia is african american and the supervisor is hispanic black. I wrote an email to the corporate office the same day, and until today, I have not received a response. I would like to add that I have been going to this Walmart for 7 years now and not planning on going again and I hope that everyone that sees this review take my advise and DO NOT SHOP AT THIS WALMART, and if you do, be careful WHEN YOU NEED TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM!!!!. read more

Home of the rachets. One time I went there to use a coupon and the cashier called one supervisor to help her with the transaction. Instead two other supposed supervisors came to "help". One supposed supervisor who didn't even read the coupon told me it was by mail and it wasn't. I couldn't believe they would need 4 people to figure out one coupon. In total they didn't let me use my coupon and wasted 20 min of my time. Also half the employees don't speak english or know what coughdrops are... I once purchased a mini Haier fridge from them in which an employee stuck the fridge in my cart without realizing it didn't fit. I got home and my fridge was damaged out the box thanks to the careless employee. I went back to return the fridge without my receipt and they denied my return claiming I could have taken the fridge off the shelf and tried to return it. Which for one that didn't happen I had walked in with the fridge. I decided to take it up with customer service and a store manager called me to tell me what they did was wrong and that i should have gotten a store credit. That took hours of my time and thanks to the horrible so called customer service supervisors. I will always upload my receipts into the Walmart app from now on. Also the customer service ladies who do returns are so lazy they never want to leave the counters to do price checks.
