They had an impressive Sale on TVs, and they had a very good price point for basic household items. After walking around the store, I was impressed with the selection. Seems you can find almost anything at Walmart. The checkout was not too long. I'd recommend it. Special Note; they had an automated propane refill station - and the price was much less than local gas stations or other centers. That refill station offered New Tanks; or Replacement Ones. I was looking for some sun shades for my car. I headed to the Auto section and as I was walking around.... I happen to see someone who worked there. I asked about the shades and he was very nice, taking me to the aisle where the visor and shades were... There's a bunch of shades for the windshield, not many for the side windows...The ones for the windshield go from classic monochromatic ones to fun, colorful ones. Walmart had some really good prices on these. So I had a good customer service experience at this store. read more

Terrible service. I made an appointment, for my vehicle to get service and the vehicle apartment, and they still made me wait in line and take my turn. I made the appointment two weeks ago. I would never recommend this place. I can't give them fewer stars because it's not possible, but if I could, I would do it without hesitation. When you make an appointment, you should have the benefit of being seen first, not waiting until the last customer. People who hadn't made appointments were seen first, so what's the point of making an appointment? Awful service. read more

First time coming here, wanted to grab a few things while I was in the area. Prices were fair but they had only self check out lanes with none of the cash ones working and not a check out with an associate. They definitely do alot of their restocking in the morning, prices here are fair as well. Parking lot is usually packed. The clerks that check your receipt spend 5 minutes looking at your receipt as if you're trying to steal something. read more

I had an amazing experience at the front of the store with Latasha and Tarrah im not sure if their names are spelled correctly but they need a raise! They are the epitome of customer service and made what would have been a bad experience a good one simply by being themselves and making me and my family feel welcomed on the way OUT. Wow really like this Walmart because it's so big , clean and organized . Went in because I usually walk for an hour in the park but it was raining so off we went to this store. I have not been to and I was impressed the isles so big and perimeter inside store huge. Had a terrific walk in the store and bought my groceries too. Parking is ample. $222 for 2 brand NEW tires for my 2008 Malibu LT with Lifetime rotation. I opted out of the roadside assistance they offer for ONLY $10. At first, there was a communication issue BUT EZER the Store manager made things just right. If you have an issue there is no need to be on TIK-TOKacting a fool. I was at a Florida Marlins game at Joe Robbie/Dolphins/Marlins/Pro Player/Landshark/Sun Life stadium and a friend mentioned that one of my brake lights was burned out. Hmmm, what store is open at the time we're leaving the stadium that sells lamps? Ahh!! Wal-Mart is open 24 hours, and it's located a short distance from the stadium! This is a Walmart Supercenter, which means it has all the extra amenities such as a pharmacy, a bank, full service grocery store, vision center, photo center and 1 hour photo, a tire and lube center, cell phone sales and a McDonald's restaurant. It's a bit plain inside compared to some other W.M. stores (i.e. the floors are bare brown concrete, but this may be due to the fact that it's one of their "environmentally friendly" or "green" stores), and for some reason, after 10 p.m. they lock the main entrance doors so you cannot get in or out there and must use the grocery store entrance. My mission here was quick and simple; I went to the automotive section and got my replacement lamp (note that they do not have any manuals here telling you which model of lamps you'll need for your particular vehicle. They seem to have computers or books to explain what types of air and oil filters, batteries, windshield wipers and other equipment you should purchase, but nothing for headlight/tail light/turn signal lamps for some reason). I then grabbed a few items from other departments in this store, went through their halloween section to see what they had there, and headed to the checkout. Even at 10:15 p.m., the 1/2 dozen or so checkout lines they had open weren't enough. They only had I think 2 full service checkout lines open, the rest were express checkouts and all the lines were long. I waited in line for about 10 minutes, paid for the items I bought, changed my burned out lamp in the parking lot and was good to go! read more

Why does this store bother with lanes that are limited to 20 items when you allow customers with carts full of items causing back ups. I had 4 items and got in the speed lane. Two women in front of me had full carts. After seeing that the line was not moving I moved to a regular lane. This mind blowing situation occurred 1-7-18@10:40ish... Imagine walking into an empty salon. If your a woman you UNDERSTAND the joy you feel within your heart. THEN the ONE stylist in the salon (as she is creating a wig on a mannequin) tells you she cant take you because she is gonna take a 11:00 Business conference call. Really Smart Style screen your employees better.... geesh Oh yeah the icing on the cake was I was also told I can wait until after 11:30 when she finishes her call. Needless to say I just got up and walked out of the EMPTY salon. Try finding stylist that are there to really work not sit on the clock for FREE! Had my car stolen from this parking lot. Someone found the keys on the floor, and instead of turning the car keys in to the employees, the person found my car by pressing the alarm button, hopped in, and RIP. This Walmart has horrendous customer service and are willing to sell you a product higher than the MSRP! Absolutely disgusting and very anti-consumer. The items are terribly labeled that you have to get a price check to make sure you're buying said item for the correct pricing. The management in understanding the consumer and applying correct consumerism method(s); in the simplicity of a pleasurable shopping experience is severely lacking, or is disturbingly just not here. The employees and all of staffing will flat out lie and not adhere to the correct pricing, with utmost lethargy by providing a "covered public relations excuse"; saying that their franchise "Is ran under different management.", a way to shut down any rebuttal of a price match for the consumer. I will not be supporting this location of Walmart with it's under-trained, uneducated, staffing and it's lack of cleanliness. This location demands human resource attention immediately with it's very poor customer service, and it's horrid messy item inventory. read more

I really like to give small businesses my money, but when you're traveling and you need something like a coffee maker (don't ask me why), you go to the one place that sells everything, WALMART. So it's huge and overwhelming - ARGH. But the staff were friendly and helpful. They will watch your every move. I opened the box of the coffee maker to see how big it looked, duh the box size should have been an indication. I was in 30 seconds stopped by someone saying you can't do that. I said, I'm buying it, but need to see what's inside. True. It was an easy breezy purchase, in and out in no time. If you want to wander for clothes, shoes, appliances, toys, jewelry and grocery, WALMART is really a one stop shop. This Walmart is closer in location, but it's one of the worst. Every time I truly need something they never have it in stock, so I have to drive to other locations. There are so many registers, yet few employees leading to longer lines. Therefore I can't be in a rush when coming here. Some employees are approachable and willing to help, but not all. Customers from all over visit, especially during the football season so this place can really get busy and crowded, leaving issues for parking. All in all, id rather drive a little ways to a store with better selections and service. read more

this is got to be the worst Walmart I have ever had the horror of stopping into. Walmart already has a bad reputation for bad customer service but this one really takes the cake. it's five minutes to closing time they literally repeat the closing message every two minutes. first of all how annoying is that the last 15 minutes if you're there trying to hurry up but they're sending out the door pushing you by repeating the same message that they're going to close almost like a countdown wow... The only problem that I have with this Walmart is the fact that they are ALWAYS moving stuff around. One minute the frozen pizza is here... Now it's there. They do it all the time.It's just annoying. Everything should be more organized and not a freaking maze all the time. And with 20 registers available, only 4 would be open (that's actually a common problem with every Walmart out there but that's a whole other topic) so you can imagine the long lines. The good news is the fact that the employees are not that rude. You will always find one bad apple but that's about it. If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Let's start with the fact that I stood in line for 30 minutes BEFORE I was assisted. Then only to be RUDLEY helped by the young lady at the counter. Now after waiting ALMOST 2 hours ( oh yes I was told it would take about 2 1/2 hours to have 2 tires mounted & balanced ) which wouldn't take soo long if the workers wouldn't be walking around doing NOTHING! Yes but AFTER waiting almost 2 1/2 hrs I was told they didn't have the tires I requested but had the same brand which would be $20 more each or I had the option of going with a cheaper brand. UNACCEPTABLE! I requested a Manager who then has the nerve to tell me someone right before me received the SAME EXACT SIZE tire as mine. My question to him was you mean to tell me you guys system doesn't tell you what you have IN STOCK when it's inputted?! The MANAGER then proceeds to tell me well I can give you your keys back or call another store to see if they have them. So that's your SOLUTION to give me my keys back or call another store then I have to wait EVEN LONGER?! No, you have my size tire, same brand but at a higher rate. You can give me that tire at the SAME RATE you were going to charge for the tire I've been waiting for over 2 hrs. That's what CUSTOMER SERVICE is!!! This store DOESN'T VALUE their customers.
