TJ in the automotive department was simply above and beyond any Walmart employee that I've encountered in all my years of shopping. My car would not start in the parking lot. I went to automotive. He was eager to help me. He tried to jump my car so that I could drive it to the automotive center, but it still would not start. I purchased a battery he brought it out, installed it all while smiling and having a great attitude he is an exemplary employee above and beyond anything I've encountered this guy deserves a raise. read more

Absolutely appalled, I bought a Lego and when I took it out of the box it was already built. Which means Walmart employees did not do their job to check the return or even inspect the item before they put it on the shelf. Didn't even know this could happen but it's a new kind of low for a store. read more

Placed a Walmart+ order through here and paid for express delivery. Waited for over three hours for the delivery to be delayed last moment. When I talked with a customer service representative named Summaiya, she was very unbothered by the fact I had wasted three hours. I was also simply told to just cancel my order so I don't loose my money. No reason in three hours someone paying a subscription fee couldn't receive 13 items. This is ridiculous. read more

Walmarts should be gauged on the fact that they are Walmarts. This particular one was surely one of the cleanest ones I've seen in a while. The staff at the entrance was also very friendly and shouted out a Welcome when you entered and left the store. Unfortunately I kept forgetting something from my car, so was welcomed a few times. The Cashier named Sarah is a very condescending and rude person. She talks down to the customers and not helpful.

I purchased a vacuum and opened it at home only to realize it had been used, at some point smashed, then returned, and put back on the shelf for sale. The person at services was no help at all, barely even seemed alive (I get it you work at Walmart it sucks). I bought the last vacuum on sale at a great price so that means once returned I would not be able to exchange for the same vacuum, they would not match a competitors price on another vacuum, they would not match the price on a similar optioned vacuum that they sold, she would not get the manager, she wouldn't even check to see if there was another in stock. "I got the everything is on the floor already" answer. What a great experience... but in the end I was the one that went to Walmart for a discount. I did it to myself. Given the extra time, cost of fuel, and stress I realized the true cost of a cheaper product at Walmart. What a waste of a good Saturday. read more

ThisWalmart has the basics! However I was very disappointed when I went and they were very limited on...well everything:( otherwise I would be giving them a solid five stars. I usually retreat to Wally World as it usually has everything I want and for a great price but not this one:-( so it pains me to write this but this Walmart is not on my make it out this way list from this point forward I will stu k to Kriger as it is closer and has the food basics I need. Yes it may cost a tad more but it's wayyyy closer so I suppose I am making up for it in Gas. Now for socks, panties and school supplies at an awesome price this place is still the way to go. Thanks for nothing Walmart. This Walmart has joined the ranks of many other truck unfriendly locations. We were told Thursday morning 4/12/18 that we could no longer park there overnight. Walmart's used to be VERY trucker friendly but in the years since Sam Walton passed it's becoming more unfriendly across the Nation than ever and now the Morgantown location is as well. Sad, sad. We leave our families, the comforts of home for long periods of time to bring EVERYTHING to people, and Walmart, where we buy tons of stuff while we're on the road, won't even allow us an overnight place to sleep. I deliver in Morgantown late at night then I pick up in Morgantown in the morning. There's no truck stop around the corner to stay for a few hours, where do I go!? Oh, they offered a vacant dirt lot down the street that's for sale. Can't wait to get in there when it's a huge mud hole! Again, thanks for nothing Morgantown Walmart. read more

Usually this Walmart isn't horrible to shop in. Today was not a good experience. Me and my wife were checking out at self checkout. We were buying some peel and stick tiles. The price on the shelf said $6, got to the register and it was $27?? We tried taking it off but it wouldn't delete. The worker that was supposed to be watching the register was no where to be found. Finally she came, instead of helping us she just started cleaning a register that was out of order. She couldn't get the item off so we had to get back in line. We also got a tomato and a extension cord. The tomato rang up as a "bundle of oranges". The extension cord was labeled on the shelf for $5.18 and of course we got to the register and it was $12 something. We are just confused on if the workers are labeling things wrong or they just stopped caring. Walmart used to be fun to shop in, but now it seems the place is miserable. Do better Walmart. read more

This is the second time I've been here lately that there were absolutely no carts at the entrance I went in, and there were only a few at the other when I walked over to the other side. Idk if the problem is not enough carts or not enough workers to get them from the parking lot, but they should really address this. No bad experiences here beyond that. I don't know when it was remodeled, but it now looks like your regular Walmart supercenters which is a good thing because it is familiar. It seems to be a little smaller in the food department and the prices for produce and veggies is a little more expensive. An example is in Texas Walmart always had avocados for .50 cents often times just .25, here I have yet to see them below .98 cents. Still a good place to come to get just about everything you need. read more

Battery warranty !!!!!!! I would never purchase a battery from them again. Battery had 3 year replacement 2 year pro rate. 2 year later they would not warranty. After they load tested finding to be bad. Not to mention I was redirected from customer service to auto desk multiple times. Because they didn't know how to warrany on battery. Please note! This took over 2 hours of wasted time. Excluding the time to have battery dropped off and tested.(well I guess you live and learn) don't waste you're time. read more

It is no target, but the bathrooms are much cleaner. They once let me return a tent I slept in on the street, so that is a definite plus. My biggest gripe is they never have sharing size bags of Mini M&Ms in stock.... which if you're someone with taste, you know is the superior M&M. The only other negative is I sometimes get harassed in the parking lot, but that's to be expected with any walmart excursion. read more

Going on for months now and nobody has improved this poor excuse for a supermarket. Approximately 12-15 items in my favorites that have not been available for months. 3 out of stocks and 5 substitutions (same as last week) when I went to pick up my order. Bananas were slashed with a box cutter and had to throw 3 of them in the trash. This is the worst managed operation I have ever experienced. I know somebody reviews reports, out of stock levels, unavailable items, substitution refusals, and poor reviews. Yet nobody is held accountable for terrible service. I have sent multiple complaints and get a customer service person who has one job, send the customer free stuff and everything is better. It's not, don't send me a damn thing. Send me a reason why I should still shop there. I spent $88 yesterday at your competitor. I spent $45 last week, picking up items you decided you could not order. I am in a similar business and in operations. If I ever saw this anywhere, I would call everybody in the chain of command to that store and ask for answers/solutions and I wouldn't leave until there is a plan. Fix this terrible operation or you lose me for good. Fix it! read more

Worst Walmart I've EVER been to well let's be real all Walmart's are horrible non union crappy place. The employees wear the most embarrassing things I've ever seen why not make them take some pride in their work. Will stop you to check your cart well I tell them no and to go ahead and call management I'm not waiting around if I wanted to steal something it wouldn't be 3.00 item I couldn't bag. They never have anything that is needed always out especially on food stamp week uhh you know 90% of everything is going to be wiped out go ahead and plan ahead! Needless to say I'll drive out of my way to go to any Walmart but this one. They literally have maybe 2 lanes open and self checkout with a bunch of workers just standing around complaining to each other you're at work do your job! read more

Visited today around 230-245pm. I visit often after work. I was at a register to check out. A girl with blonde hair named Elaine I believe it said. Was on her phone while a customer was checking out in front of me. Then on her phone whole time while ringing me up didn't greet me or anything. I said thank you have a nice day after and stil nothing. She was very rude and cared more about texting then the guest in front of her face . Ridiculous! read more

I wanted three of something but there was only one on the shelf. I stopped an employee to ask if he could see if there were any in the back. He told me "I can't do that in the middle of what I'm doing, you'll have to go ask the dressing room employees." didn't even call someone to help me. Very bad customer service. This store is a joke. I've been here 100 times and never once have they had more than a couple lanes open. At the bare minimum it's a 15 minute wait to check out. Get your stuff together. You had 3 people in the jewelry department and 2 at the main check out. Manager needs fired. read more

The shelves are either empty or complete mess. Employees are not helpful. After I finally found the things I was looking for, I waited for 20 minutes in a checkout line (each of the two open lanes had at least 8 customers in line. Sydney, the cashier, basically ignored the customers in line, shut her light off, and complained to an off duty employee about "dumb customers coming in late." I guess it was the end of her shift, so customers shouldn't shop there. When I finally made it to the register, she rung my purchases out as slowly as possible, shoved them into bags (damaging one product, and the packaging on another). I tried to call the store to talk to a manager, but it must have been near the end of whoever answers the phone's shift, because I got no answer after ringing for 10 minutes. I'm glad that there are other options for all of my future purchases. Do not expect to ever get convenience or good customer service at this Wal-Mart. read more

I was highly disappointed during my visit to Walmart due to the lack of bomb ass popcorn
