TL;DR: They do things to your car without telling you and hack things off…read more These people (while working on unrelated systems on my car) cut the brake shield off of the car. They didn't use the bolts the manufacturer handily located to make taking the brake off easily. Nope, they _hacked_ it off, literally. When my mechanic father called to ask the about this, they said they "had to" hack the brake shield off, because it was in the way. Didn't even defend it. Didn't remove it properly, seeing as it is manufactured to be removable; sawed/cut it off. They had the _gall_ to actually argue and try to defend mutilating a vehicle without even telling the owner what they did to their car. Troubleshooting a stalling issue, they went ahead and replaced the spark plugs. They are very bad to go ahead and most unprofessionally do things to your car without asking or informing you until after the fact. Well, it turns out that they put the incorrect spark plugs into this vehicle. On the same car, they _also_ took most of the emergency brake assembly off the vehicle. They weren't supposed to be touching it. They weren't asked to even look at the emergency brake. They didn't inform the owner that they even looked at it, let along touched it; they just stole parts and let the owner leave with a non-functioning emergency brake they caused, without telling them. This is a hilly region. They could have killed someone by doing this, but I guess they were hoping I would come back when I "discovered" the emergency brake no longer worked. Do not go to this shop. They will do things without asking you, behaving very unprofessionally, put on incorrect parts, literally _chop_ parts off (and not even tell you) while also being overpriced compared to some other local shops. Then, after they do all this, they will smile at you and tell you "it's ready for the next thousand miles!"

Where do i start.. Called in the morning to get my car in…read morethe same day to get tires put on my car, explained that i had my own new tires and just needed them mounted. The person who i spoke to assured me it's no problem to get my own tires mounted, and scheduled me in later that morning. When I got there, the lady up front had no clue i had my own tires, and even tried to sell me tires after looking inside of my car where i had them stored literally in the passenger and back seat. After i got the car dropped off, i got a call saying that i have the wrong tire sizes and that they needed to make sure i was still wanting them mounted. i agreed and picked the car up a little bit later in the day. When i got there to pick it up, i was told very aggressively that my battery "failed" and that it would be $370 to replace it without me ever asking for the battery to be checked, and i'm not sure how/why it was checked considering it's in the trunk and there was zero need or desire to be quoted anything other than the tires i came in for. After paying, i got told the car "absolutely won't" pass state inspection because i have the "wrong tires" on the car, and felt like i was being passive aggressively pushed out the entire time i was trying to pay. after i got back in the car i noticed my tpms light was on and one tire was showing 0 psi (i've had tire companies break my sensors before and try to claim no responsibility) so i went back in to ask about it. After waiting for the man up front to acknowledge me, i asked why it was showing 0 and he immediately acted like i was an idiot for asking him a question. he told me i needed to actually drive it and that is how they all work (even though the other 3 tires were showing the pressure just fine at that time) and that if i had another problem to take it somewhere else. He had a tone and an attitude like i just ruined his day and was the dumbest person on earth for wanting to double check on my own car. Finally after parking the car at home, i noticed that the staggered wheels that they gave me such a hard time about aren't even mounted in the correct spots on the car. This shop is NOT a good place to go if you want 1. Actual customer service, and 2. Quality work. I felt like i was being judged and pushed out, and felt like they just wanted to upsell me as much as possible. I do not recommend this place one bit. The workers up front absolutely need to be trained on their "quality" of customer service.

They also ripped the boot on my upper ball joint. Upon second opinion at a reliable shop, it was found that none of those 'repairs' needed to be done. Goodyear employees were also very unprofessional. Employees were screaming and cursing while customers were in the waiting room. Do not go here for any reason at all, as they will try to rip you off.

They recommended that fortune perfectus tires were a good quality tire. They are some of the worst tires I've ever had. They slip on dry surface, they slip on wet surface and they spin on hills. Let me first say I am not a person that likes letting others work on my car. I have been…read moredisappointed more often than not when I do. Applying tint to car windows is something that someone who doesn't know better might think is easy. Well, I know better. I am very happy with the tinting that Car Tunes did on my vehicle yesterday. I didn't have good light to look after it was completed last evening but I just got a good look at it. It may take a while at the current temperatures (currently less than 20 degrees) for the tint to cure and it will probably be several weeks before I roll the windows down. But I currently don't see any reason to not be very happy with their work. I have at least one other car I want tinted so I am sure I will see them again. Thank You Car Tunes!
