I came to Marshalls for a reason... good high quality clothes and brands for a fraction of the price. Husband found a few long sleeves and of course didn't want to go over to the beauty area and try on... he just put them up to him and proceeded to the checkout.... only to get back to our rental condo and can't even fit his arm in two of them... one was good to go and he will be wearing that one over and over...about to get into why.. Those two small shirts went right back into the bag with receipt and tags still on... that's how I roll... I want a refund and respect and honor store policies and want to make everything eezy breezy for myself and the store workers. A few days later we are heading to Destin and I grab my Marshall's return bag with all the goodies and receipts.. Husband that refused to try on stayed comfy in his Jeep while I went in and did the dirty work... Get to the register and kindly say hello and start my return process.... That's when my day totally took a turn....I was asked repeatedly why I'm returning and what's wrong with them.... I stayed kind as a true southern girl who was raised right would... Remember I am a visitor to this state and the only other time I have stepped foot in this store was with my husband a few days prior... he paid with his credit card and he checked out... after thoroughly inspecting the clothes, tags and receipt, holding up the line way longer than she had to... she asked me if I wanted the return back on my card and I said yes please... she attempted to verify the last 4 numbers and then it hit me.. husband paid.. but our credit cards are on same account.. I called him immediately, he answered on first ring.. I told him to run in real quick because we paid on his card.. he was headed in... I looked back at the line I was holding up and smiled and said sorry.. the cashier said "OKAY, I'm going to do it this time on your card but this is the last time!" I was shocked at her aggression and what she was saying... "I recognize you! I NEVER forget a face!" Ma'am I live in another state and this is my second time ever in this store and I have never returned anything here and you weren't even the lady my husband checked out with. still polite and respectful on my part... She continued on with how she remembers me and this is the LAST TIME! She recognized me. I took my cap off hoping for her to realize she had the wrong person. But don't forget, my return had the tags, I had the original bag and the clothes had never been worn and I had the receipt and it had only been a few days. I was 100% in favor of a return! She insisted on refunding back to my card and warned me again IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS that this is my last time. Husband walks in with his card... Im walking out... the cashier is now talking about me to the next guest... I am so embarrassed at what just happened... my husband notices and asked me what just happened.. customers are walking out looking at me because they heard the ridiculing being done to me... I felt like I broke the law or got in trouble... Embarrassing!!!! First big issue she was rude and getting an attitude with us because we asked to get 2 chicks and 2 ducks. (We already have lots of chicks at home) Store policy says "must get 4 chicks. other poultry must get 2" but you can COMBINE chick purchase with other poultry purchase to meet the minimum. There was literally a sign that said it AND we looked it up online and it said the same thing. She argues with us and says no. There's a long moment of silence where we're just staring at her and wondering what's her problem as she grabs 2 ducks and 2 chicks. She ends up giving us what we asked for because WE WERE RIGHT ab the policy lol! Must've been a coincidence but 3 of the 4 birds we bought that day happened to die within 12 hours of leaving the store, but that's likely shipping stress and the way they don't take proper care of the animals so I digress. Next big issue they have a "price match" policy and my husband asked to have something price matched. She comes over and interrupts the employee helping my husband and starts going back and forth like she was trying to confuse us ? Or like argue until we just said "nevermind we'll pay the full price" but she kept the BS up so long that we DID just end up paying full price and walking out of there This lady has a HUGE attitude problem and feels the need to always be right. Not sure if we're the only people she targets but it's an issue almost every single time. If she's not butting her head in our business when we're being helped by one of the many amazing employees she's giving us looks from across the store. You can tell she makes all the other employees uncomfortable because she's always having an attitude and stepping over the other employees when they're trying to help us and making everything difficult for absolutely no reason. If we have one more issue I will be contacting corporate immediately because at the end of the day we have to go to tractor supply to buy supplies and there's no reason we should be getting treated the way we do. Other than that this location is up to par as a tractor supply should be. We won't stop coming here just because of one person despite the annoyance it causes.

I am amazed that Tractor Supply tolerates such lousy customer DISSERVICE. I bought a black leather belt this summer as a "dress belt" wrongly I assumed it would be as good as one I bought there over 2 years ago (so did not keep the receipt). But, on maybe the 3rd time I tried to put it on it literally snapped in half. Again, I wrongly assumed that since they were still selling the same belt, they would just give me a replacement. I asked for help from a lady working the front end and it was immediately apparent I was annoying her. She glanced at the belt and said "Not our fault you broke it". "No receipt, I CAN'T HELP YOU" I tried to get her to look closely at it, and I told her I was wearing a belt I had bought there, and I didn't "BREAK IT" She just WALKED AWAY. I said OK and walked out of the store and told my wife in a very loud voice, "That was the last time I'm going in that (BEEPING) store. AND I MEANT IT. My experience yesterday was something out of the ordinary. I have never experienced anything like it in South Florida when I've shopped at TJ Maxx. I won't put details here but I can tell you that it was very disappointing. I definitely took the opportunity to write about it in the survey that they sent me via email with my receipt. The experience upset me so much that I contemplated making my daughter and her friend return the purchases that we made yesterday but I opted not to do so. The girls were oblivious to the experience, two giddy teenage girls that were just happy to be out shopping for the day while on vacation. I picked out a few items, but the purpose of our trip was for them to shop and while I was trailing and waiting on them. While waiting, I had time to observe what was happening while we were in the store and it was not a comfortable experience.

They constantly screw something up in it usually involves a minimum of a 20 minute wait. With respect to Covid testing, they fail you just the same. I have been in line for over 45 minutes for my C19 test appointment and it has barely moved. There are no signs of life in the drive-through window either. They also state that it will take at least 2 to 3 days for test results when my parents went to their primary care doctor in Chicago and were given results within eight hours: PCR test results. CVS sucks!!!! They should not be allowed to offer Covid testing, which by the way is self administered. Go somewhere else even if it costs you money.
